Overall experience was great. Everyone made me feel special at the office. After having a lot of pregnancy issues, “miscarriages and ectopics” I finally made it to 13 weeks. This office told me over and over congratulations and how happy they are for me. The ultrasound tech was very detailed with showing me everything on the screen. The doctor was very compassionate and caring. That is sometimes hard to find in doctors these days.

Amazing had to go to him at 38 weeks pregnant cause my old doctor(Dr. Sheets Patel) was the worse experience ever. So he took me in last minute and that same day was able to tell me everything I needed to know and rushed me to get a blood transfusion and deliver my baby. Now if I would have stayed with Dr. Patel me and my baby could of died

I always feel comfortable and cared for when I have a visit with Dr. Casavant. He always makes time to talk and LISTENS when I talk and have questions. I highly recommend South Lake OBGYN!

I was a fairly new patient to the office. The first time I came in I saw the Dr. he was great. For my follow up appointment the Dr wasn’t available so they recommend I see Nurse Jackie which I didn’t mind. When I saw her she was beyond what I expected. I have never ever had a medical provide sit with me for about 30-40 minutes answering all my questions and explaining things in such detail for me. She never made me feel like I was annoying her with my questions. She never gave me the impression that i was keeping her back or taking up too much of her time. I left there knowing everything I wanted to know about trying to become a mom. She didn’t force me to do anything I didn’t want to do. She gave me options and hope. She gave me a plan that worked for me. I knew when I left there that I would ask to see her for my appointments from that point on unless it was recommended I see the Doctor (not that he wasn’t great as well). I just was so happy with my experience with Jackie and I felt soo comfortable. When I went back the second time to see her, it was the same experience. I thought the first time I just got lucky but nope... it seem as though she is just that great to her patients and I love it. Thank you Nurse Jackie.

Dr. Casavant did my procedure and today week after surgery I feel fine did even have a pain after it. He take his time and explain everything involved, never bother answer questions even if I did already ask that....I personally think they are great doctors in this office.

I had recently relocated to Clermont and was looking for a new OBGYN closer to home. I figured with all the positive reviews and “christian” values they claim to have, seemed like a no brainer.I was very disappointed with the lack of genuine compassion and patient care, especially by it’s founding physician.In my opinion this office is solely focused on revenue and seriously lacking in real patient care, letting insurance companies dictate how they with treat you. Very disappointing to say the least.I will be returning to my previous doctor even if I have to drive an hour commute.

Absolutely horrible experience. He has no bedside manor and is degrading and rude. The pelvic exam hurt and he rolled his eyes several time when I asked questions. Do not go see him.

The waiting time never exceeded five minutes. All my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and if I needed a refill I will call from Office and they will send it to the pharmacy. My appointments always were at the time I ask for. The front office personal is the best and they speak Spanish, always happy and friendly.I highly recommend Dr. Matthew S. Casavant and his staff.
