Although this is a nice and safe community to live in; the HOA in this community is horrid and NO resident that I have spoken with respects the HOA efforts and harassing tactics. They have a restriction for everything and it does not allow our children to live freely and just be kids. Not only do they come on your property uninvited, they harrass you with changes theyd like to see to your home not changes that are based on the bylaws. If the HOA was not as horrid as they are, this rating would be much higher.
