I dont personally live here but I frequently visit a longtime dear friend of mine that does I have heard him recieve complaints about his trash can being left out on the curb for a couple hours after the trash was picked up...? Some people have jobs that take them away from their homes during the hours of the trash pickup so I thought that was a little much. There are always those people that have way too much time on their hands and sit at their windows and watch to find out if someone is doing anything remotely out of line for the HOA. Having grass an inch linger than their neighbors is a huge issue apparently. I cant understand why that is so detrimental to a neighborhood that is otherwise very nice.

If you are a minority family (black) and a renter the HOA and the management company will send violations for everything you can think of while the white homeowners and renters get to do the same thing you are not allowed to do. I have felt not welcome from day one of moving in but I will not let racist people make me and my family leave. Watch yourself and document everything if you can.

Never received annual bill,but received a letter on the consequence of non payment instead.

The offers are misleading. At the store he says no credit. No donw and when you arrive they will issue you the credit and ask you for a down payment.
