Dr. Ward and his staff are extremely professional and kind. I value Dr. Ward’s medical expertise and trust his recommendations regarding my knee injury. Dr. Ward always takes the time to answer all my questions and never makes me feel rushed. His staff, Tom and Bradley Taylor are both professional, experienced and kind. Tom goes above and beyond to answer my questions while updating my medical file prior to seeing Dr. Ward. I’ve been seen many times by Bradley Taylor I’m Dr. Ward’s absence. Mr. Taylor is kind and professional and I trust his medical opinion as well. The office (Clemmons) is very clean with a large, well lit waiting area is never crowded. The medical assistants come out to call you back from the waiting area in a reasonable amount of time after checking in. I’m always delighted to see Tom (Dr. Ward’s assistant), as he is always friendly and has a delightful spirit. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing their services. I have been a patient for 5 years and they always go above and beyond to make me feel valued as a patient.

Dr. Saunders is wonderful. So is his PA. I had broken my foot and had to have surgery on it. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and all questions were answered. Surgery went very smoothly. All around great experience.

Novant Clemmons Medical Center and the adjacent Novant Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are the best places for my knee issues!I had a total left knee replacement last year at Clemmons Novant Medical Center by Dr. William Ward. Excellent surgeon and procedure for me!Brad Taylor, PA has been my follow up medical team member. He’s a great listener, very knowledgeable, and I trust his advice.If and when I need my right knee replaced, I will definitely return to this wonderful hospital and orthopedic rehabilitation facility! And hopefully I’ll have these same orthopedic specialists!

If you are elderly theres no reason to go here my grandmother went to three different places the doctor referred her. She came home in as much pain as she left, and the doctor asked me what do you want me to do, I thought that was their job🤷.. Im glad everybody else had a good experience... Its hard to watch your grandmother be in such pain and keep getting sent other places. Hard to see someone you love in excruciating pain..Its my right to give you one star because thats my opinion.. her primary care sent her to the sports medicine doctor. I believe they should communicate better because he tried the offer the same thing the primary did. I called the feedback number but it doesnt give you an option for feedback... . I do want to put this in there because we saw Dr mcmabe today and he gave my grandmother injections he is a wonderful doctor and I will give him five stars.. the sports medicine doctor is the one that gets the one star from me

Fell and broke my knee middle of April. I was referred to Dr. McCabe to see if surgery was necessary, and from the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone was incredible. They put my leg in a new brace, and explained everything about it, and before I left they had my surgery scheduled. They made sure I was comfortable, and not to hesitate if I had any questions. Everyone checked my brace before I left to make sure it was in place, and not sitting on my ankle. Dr. McCabes nurse typed up a letter regarding my living arrangements where I needed to be on ground level, and that helped me tremendously. Overall great experience. Dr. Veneziano was my surgeon, and totally awesome.

The care that I received at this facility by Dr. Haigler was nothing less than exceptional. Dr. Haigler is professional, informative, sharp, courteous, and listens attentively to your concerns before making assessments. I highly recommend Dr. Haigler and this facility.

I was seen at Novant orthopedic yesterday February 5, 2021. I had a bum shoulder lots of pain and from the moment I walked into the office I was treated with incredible respect the doctor was fabulous injected my shoulder I did not even feel it and today February 6 I was able to plant my trees in the backyard.Thank you doctor and staff I’m making my experience a good one.Sincerely Carmen Josey

It was my first visit and it was to talk about an upcoming surgery. Dr. Craven was very nice and explained things very well. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and polite.

Dr. Ward is amazing and I cant thank him enough for all he has done with me. Not only does he take his time with every patient , he goes out of his way to meet his patients needs in all areas. The staff goes is also excellent.

Dr Wray and his entire staff are by far the best that anyone could want to go to, they are so knowledgeable and very trustworthy, Dr Wray replaced my left wrist last October and he did an amazing job. Would trust my life with him and staff.

I had an outpatient procedure at this facility at 8 AM. Everything went as expected. However, upon returning home I had a question regarding my post procedure course. I called their office at 2 pm and left a message with the triage nurse. No one returned my call. Fortunately the issue I called about resolved on its own so no follow up call was needed.

The staff is very professional, courteous, informative and caring. I highly recommend them.

Great service with my appointment dealing with a degenerative hip. Both the PA, Taylor, and Dr. Ward were a part of the appointment.

Visited this office for the first time. Everyone was very nice and professional. X-rays and consult happened even quicker than I expected. Dr. Saunders thoroughly explained the x-rays and provided three treatment options. Ill chalk this up as another successful visit within the Novant Health System.

Thorough Doctor. Well pleased with care given to my mother who went in there because of all her knee pain. Dr. McCabe was understanding, providing instructions regarding healthcare in layman’s terms where my mother understood all he had to say. He advised that she needed corticosteroid injection to alleviate the pain and swelling to left knee. After injection, my mother felt great and to this day approximately 6 days after injection remains without much discomfort. I highly recommend this Orthopedic Surgeon/Doctor for anyone suffering from joint pain, etc. He is the Best! Also staff inside office very friendly providing smiles to aide in your pain. The Male Nurse extremely friendly to us as he greeted us at the door. X-Ray Tech. very kind and gentle according to my mother. This was definitely worth the trip to the Doctor, who provided Great Care for my mother. Thank You.

They dont respect their patients, we had an appointment with Dr. Calvin McCabe, we headed to the 200 Robinhood medical plaza as the address they scheduled us for,we went there and they told us that Dr. McCabe has moved to the Clemmons medical circle, and we went there and the receptionist treated me with contempt, she didnt even call me by any thing, she just pointed at me with tow fingers to call me for the appointment, and when I told her no one called us to inform us about the change in location, her answer was they will call you next time, she didnt even apologise. Novant health is one of the best healthcare providers and were really glad being with them, but this type of behavior with patients is in unacceptable, I felt unwelcomed and its really disrespectful to treat patients like this.

Had hip surgery 5/14/18 and that was a top notch experience from check in to recovery/discharge. This facility is the best Ive ever been to. Dr. Richard Haigler and staff, 5 stars!
