I love 💕 Laura. I wanted a cut totally different. I wanted a style to flatter my face bc Id gained a lot of weight. Laura listened to me patiently. She told me how she could cut my hair and why.Shes going to do color next week to complete my new look. 💕

Update: correction happened. Cooled down the blonde and added a few low lights. MUCH better!! I am satisfied with my hair.First time here, Annie did my color. She is quite new in her career. Ill be calling tomorrow to have color corrected (WAY too much gold/yellow in my blonde, exactly what I said I didnt want). I was her last appt and we were the last to leave so just wanted to get home and see/play with my hair in my usual lighting. Holding 3 stars with the expectation I can get the color toned down. Also, she was very difficult to engage in conversation. Part of this is age/experience Im sure, but made for a long 3 hours of phone games. Perfect for the introvert who does not want to be chatted with (I know theyre out there, its just not me).

My wife made an appointment online and they said they don’t accept appointments online. This is confusing because she have a confirmation and a time for a specific stylist. When discussing on the phone the person was unprofessional and unwilling to remedy the situation.

Rosie is awesome! My best 1st cut EVER! She listened, took her time, and was patient. I got exactly what I wanted because I knew what I wanted and she delivered! Shes new and so worth the try.

There is a stylist for everybody ...Cierra has always done an excellent job and never steered me wrong . The Keratin treatment she did still keeps my hair from being fizzy...even with all the time spent at the beach
