Love going here. Hours of operation work great with my schedule. Manager and staff are very good at making you feel welcomed and make sure you have what you need for your workout.

Pretty good. They open at 4am but Im on bond for a felony so I cant be out from 12am to 6. Other than that its good

The place is well equipped. It is always clean. The staff and clients are friendly. The app is great and you can see how crowded it is before driving there.

Apparently they think its a good idea to tell a uniformed officer that he has to leave his weapon in the car.

The facility is fabulous. Staff if friendly always having smiles on their faces! Always there whenever someone needs something! OH and the manager Sherry got to hand it to her she’s working a 2 man job like a PRO. She’s very professional always interacting with us club members also communicating with her team members! Anyways I could go on about cleburne PT how clean the bathroom is and always the whole gym….smells clean and not like just another gym u go to!

No better place to work out!! Friendly staff! I have the black card membership and I tan, use the total body enhancement (which helps so much) and the deep massage chair and the hydro massage chair. I broke my back in October and it has been a life saver!!

Black card is definitely worth it amazing facility great people new staff really awesome the only bad thing is it charged me 3 times for 1 month and it has only refunded 1 of the 3 charges so far but Ill be revisiting today to see about it.UPDATEIT TOOK A WHILE BUT.... They finally got everything refunded still a great place black card definitely worth it. Love this gym.

My wife join the Navy and unfortunately due to our location I was not able to continue to use planet fitness. However the manager took care of everything that needed to be taken care of to cancel the membership. From the day that I got my membership until the day I unfortunately had to cancel it the management and staff were perfect.The minute I’m close enough to a planet fitness to get a membership I absolutely will renew my membership. Thank you Cleburne management and staff!

Operating hours were supposed to be 24/7 and open all year except major holidays. That’s what I and many other members signed up for. The entire state of Texas is fully reopen but this location continues a limited opening hours policy. They close at 7pm on Sundays and 10pm on other days... planet fitness how long do you intend to keep reduced hours?

Love this place the staff is amazing the gym is immaculate and has all the newest equipment not to mention the rejuvenation light that you cant find anywhere else. Locker rooms are huge clean.

It supposed to be 24/7. That’s what I signed up for. Texas is fully reopen but not this gym. They close at 7 on weekends... And please dont say thats because of Covid!!!!! Cause no one NO ONE really cares, no one is wearing a mask, safe distance???? Really!!... why isnt open 24/7???

This was a 5 star review submitted by me a year ago.. I am changing it to 1 star.Hours have changed. Used to be 24 hours. Now they close at 10 on weekdays and 7 on weekends. It would be nice if they stayed open until 11 or midnight.They say it is due to COVID. No one here cares about COVID. Its a cost saving measure and I completely understand not being open at 1 AM or 2 AM, but closing at 7 PM on the weekend when many of us signed up for a 24/7 gym is ridiculous. My family and a few friends wont renew next year.

Great hydro massage beds and massage the staff is friendly and easy to talk to also which is great. I recommend this location.

I paid for a 24/7 gym. Covid is over! This gym is constantly crowded due to reduced operating hours. It closes at 7pm on weekends!! And 10pm during weekdays!! Why is this location still only open for limited hours? Follow the cost savings. The reduced operating hours appear to be a bottom line enhancing measure for ownership… no one in this gym wears a mask or adheres to social distancing guidelines. Please stop blaming covid for reduced hours and tell your members the real deal… they appear to have no plans to be a 24/7 gym again. Can’t wait for another gym to open in Cleburne

Really hard to get a hold of if you’re trying to call, but still giving 5 stars. Very clean, comfortable, affordable, and the staff are very friendly. Had to cancel my membership unfortunately due to having 2 babies and a crazy schedule, but I always loved loved loved going there when I could! They even have teachers and first responders discounts! If ever getting a membership again, for sure will be with Planet Fitness! Wish they had one in Burleson, Tx!

The Cleburne location is very clean! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I always feel good coming to workout here. Im always greeted when I come and thanked when I leave. The staff is quick to help me when I need something and they are so nice about it. Thanks for being so great!!

For the price its 5 stars because the next cheapest gym is like 30 a month more. However, when the manager personally harasses you for not wearing a mask after doing intense cardio while everyone else is standing around not wearing masks, I wouldnt call it a judgment free zone. That being said, all the staff are cool there except for the manager who should be fired.Edit: I encourage them to protect people from coronavirus if they can, but singling out people who are breathing too heavy to even complain about the mistreatment while others stand around not wearing masks in the same area is just basic discrimination. Either have everyone wear masks all the time or trust your clients to know when it is or isnt appropriate to wear a mask. Seconds after doing intense cardio for 45 minutes isnt the time.

Ive felt a welcome vibe since I first got a membership. I love the atmosphere at planet fitness, as well as the kind and helpful staff. Id also like to add that Machelle has helped me reach my fitness goals by building a workout schedule for me, shes gone above and beyond to help me anytime I needed her. Im a forever member now!!

Website says opens @4:00am but when I showed up the sign says open @5:00 was trying to find gym I could use before work bas I was gonna sign up today Im having serious doubts now. Lack of communication.

Its supposed to be 24 hrs , everywhere else is but Cleburne . Voicemail says different hours than whats on the website. They also dont answer the phones ,Ive tried calling for three days now.

I came here to work out a couple weeks ago and was super disappointed. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required, yet half the gym was not wearing masks. The equipment was not being cleaned regularly, or properly, the people at the front desk looked totally overwhelmed. We are in the middle of a pandemic, there is a mask mandate from the Governor. Why was half the gym not wearing masks? Why is it not being enforced? Super disappointed, will not come back to this location.

We wanted to return to our local gym and decided to go back. The app for checking in has a notice that states mask are required, then its posted on the doors as well. But when you get inside a lot of people are not wearing them and staff isnt reinforcing wearing them.The other cleaning standards seem to be in place with cleaning equipment and having sanitizers on hand.

I love all the extra amenities with the black card membership! The prices are exceptional for everything they have to offer, and I always feel comfortable while there. Its really great that they offer free classes with a membership and I take advantage of the 30 minute workout room when I get off work late. So much great stuff! The staff is helpful and friendly as well!

I like the club and I never have much of a problem when I come here. However they charged me a forty dollar annual fee despite the fact I have only been registered for six months. I was only able to have my call answered once when I originally inquired. I looked and found my register date was in February. It is only August. So I tried multiple times to call back to dispute the charge but no one is answering either my calls or calling back after leaving voicemails. Terrible communication and I cannot say this is the most professional behavior either. I feel like I have been scammed.

Its kept clean, members I saw clean equipment after use, plus the cleaning done by planet fitness. Only caution is that every employee did not seem familiar with what equipment they have. However, instructions are on each machine.

The club manager at this location is horrible. I took a video of her singling out one person for having a hoodie by where they were working out but didnt say a thing to anyone else who had hoodies by them. I personally think you should get someone who knows what they are doing and has knowledge of running a gym. She does not. She walks around on her phone the whole time and doesnt wear her mask correctly. I am going to make a complaint with the corporate office and send them the video. Im sure they will like to see how hard she is working. And how she and coworkers talk bad about people trying to work out and better their health. Its a no judgment zone right?

I really like this gym. Its so affordable (most other memberships are $40+ ), the gym is always immaculately clean and offers most equipment that you need to get a good workout. This gym is adequate for all levels of fitness.

We are so happy with our choice of a fitness center. Planet Fitness is super friendly, helpful, and professional. Our schedules are crazy, but the trainer worked hard to find classes and a way that works for us. We highly recommend Planet Fitness, even if you can go in for a few minutes on a treadmill.

I really like the cleanliness, and the quiet. Im a mom of three rowdy boys. Its absolutely wonderful to be able to come into a CLEAN, quiet gym and get my stress out through a workout. The staff is great as well. I forgot my lock in my car one day, and it was pouring down rain. A staff member heard my dilemma and immediately got me a loaner lock so I wouldnt have to go back to my vehicle and get soaked in the process. I gave 4 stars because recently, while I was in, there was a few people just standing and talking. Taking up equipment, and not exercising. It was a little annoying. However, if that is my only complaint, that says a lot. I really enjoy Planet Fitness for my personal exercise needs.

Love the place, the atmosphere, I can tan , I can work out for $25 a month and when I go to visit my dad I can work out there too. Its a fun and very sweet spirit around there with people who love to help get you to a plan that work for you plus its 24 hrs. How could you beat that.

Place is the joke of the gym scene because of how sensitive the crowd is. Recommend only if you need a cheap gym, but dont expect hammer strength machines or free weights. Dumbbells dont go very high up either, around 60 lbs. Judgement free zone is a joke, because they judge you if you go in there with a gallon jug, they judge you if you wear a tank top. Spend your money better and go to another gym.

Because of health & mobility issues, going to gyms is very challenging & intimidating. They take out the intimidation factor. Even tho I had to use my rollator twice & my metal cane the other time to just be able to go, no one stared (or they tried not to). I felt like a fish out of water but even the other ppl who were working out made me feel welcome & able. It’s amazingly healthy & positive. I’ve only been a few times (3 I think) now but I just really love the place. Thank you Planet Fitness for providing such a positive, healthy, growth-oriented place! I look forward to many more visits & getting increasingly healthier! 😍

Nice atmosphere to get a quick workout.

Very clean facilities, friendly staff, lots of cardio machines. No bench presses nor abundance of barbell and free weights. but there is plenty of other options for those of us who are simply not trying to bulk up.

Ive been a member almost since they opened. The staff has changed a lot since that day, but as far as Im concerned, theyve all been friendly, helpful, and downright amazing! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that asks! Im sure Ive convinced a few to sign up! (I see them sometimes when Im there!) Anyway, I really enjoy this gym and the price fits my budget! I love that its 24 hour so if I get the itch at 2 in the morning, I can go workout!

I absolutely love this place. I can workout, get tan and have a massage all in the same visit. How AWESOME is that?!?!?!!!! I have never had to wait on a machine and I dont have people coming up and bothering me. Very nice!!!!

I am one of those people that has never been a gym person. But I gotta say I really love this place, the staff is extremely helpful and everything is as clean as it can be. and Jackie is so fun and helpful. If your complaining about this place, you really just wanted to complain.

The staff is incredible! Everything is always clean and the variety of workout equipment is great! The “extras” (tanning, massage chair, etc...) put the icing on the cake.

Open 24 hours a day. Clean and well maintained equipment. Awesome staff. And all of this for as little as $10 a month. You cant beat that kind of deal.
