Moving from New York in 2014 to FL was a hard adjustment with finding good eye doctors. I first had a doctor near me that was absolutely horrendous and then I found this office and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff and Doctors are absolutely amazing. There is never a wait time more than a few minutes. The doctor is absolutely fabulous and takes her time not rushing you out. She even told me something that I had wrong that I never ever knew and treated that as well. I am so grateful and lucky to have found this office because not only is my vision really poor, I had gotten a huge stye in my eye and cellulitis twice this year. I called the office and they immediately made me appointment and controlled the infection and surgically removed it. I never felt so comfortable and she did a fabulous job, I don’t even have a scar. They even called and checked on me. I have my vision checked once a year and because my vision is so poor they take the time out to really make sure they are giving you the right prescription. The prior doctor that I was seeing before I found this office had given me the wrong contact prescription and eyeglass prescription and I was unable to see well and had horrible migraines. This doctor corrected everything. I can’t thank her enough for what they have done for me. I highly recommend this office to anybody.

Brand new patient first visit and what a great experience. Even though they experienced a few computer related technical difficulties. Theyre able to take care of the problem quickly and the rest of the way was smooth sailing. Dr Allison page Dixon was excellent both with her demeanor and her comprehensive knowledge and testing. I had not been to an eye doctor in 16 years. The doctordialed me right in made me feel at ease. They give you answers right there on the spot. I appreciate it this. Due to the calm nature of the doctor as well as the staff. I will return. Should you be looking for a great eye Care team I would recommend this one highly. Thank you.

The recommended eye care center was dropped by my insurance and they recommended Robson.All the staff are competent and go above and beyond to accommodate patient’s needs .The office has a calm atmosphere and nice decor.Both Dr. Pabon and Dr. Dickson bring current expertise and care to each patient.Dr. Pabon even gave her personal #, just in casesomething came up, since this was my first ever surgery !!Who does this except a REAL professional💥

First time visit with Robson Eye Institute. Was recommended by a friend and her husband who were so impressed. My daughter and I both saw Dr. Pabon and we’re totally satisfied with our Eye exams. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge, she is very patient and explains everything. Very willing to answer questions and very willing to listen. Her assistant was excellent as well as the other person who checked my eyes when I first started the exam. I was concerned about going to a new eye doctor because my doctor of 15 years, Dr. Klein, retired and so I had to find a new doctor. It is always hard when you have been happy with a doctor for so long and I was a bit apprehensive about going to a new doctor. We both were so impressed with our visit with her that we made our appointments for next year and I also will be seeing Dr. Dickson for my lens exam.Dr. Pabon is definitely five stars!

I hadn’t had my eyes checked in at least 5 years but I was having some eye problems. I searched for someone new and who would take my insurance. From the moment I contacted them they were helpful, friendly and gave me an appointment for the next day. The office was clean and everyone was friendly. They provided great service throughout my entire visit and scheduled me for surgery for the following week. They gave me a few samples of some medication that worked immediately! I would definitely recommend them!

My husband was first to become a new patient at Robson Eye Institute, then I was! I feel so blessed that we both became new patients there. If you have any questions about anything, their right there to answer you. It’s a very nice place. I recommend it to everyone; and by the way, they do take Humana Gold Plus Ins.🤩

Robson Eye Institute with Opthalmogist Dr Pabon was a great experience for me! I have Sjogrens and take Plaquenil twice a day to slow the progression which it has. No problem with my eyes, retina is good. It’s a small institute so this staff was personable and made me feel comfortable. So happy to have found my place for eye exams.

That story is a lie and I called to straighten everything out. They bluntly refused to hear me out and still after some time still have that lie posted. I never heard what happened in the room next door. I even tried to clarify my end of what happened. I am so disgusted and disappointed on how a place can pump a lie without giving some one a chance.

I was experiencing floaters and flashes so made an appointment..they got me in the next day...after filling out my ppwk I only waited in the lobby about 5 minutes =) Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the techs-And Dr. Pabons assistant Ani explained everything so well to me, and Dr. Pabon was great. I was really nervous to get my eyes dilated, but I felt very comfortable after being seen.
