After going to different PTs for nearly 2 months with little to show for it, I felt that I was just going to have to deal with nagging injuries forever. I just finished my pt for my hips and knees. I have had issues in the past and went to various pts in the last 30 years but this one is the best! I got undivided attention and an exercise regime tailored to my issues to walk and stand better. Premier lives up to their name with staff from appointments and billing to their pts are top notch. I worked with Gina and felt she really cared about my progress and shared in my triumphs. I felt she listened and pushed me to meet my goals to be able to walk on the beach. I liked that they did monthly evals to make sure I was progressing. They were friendly and always took time to answer questions and I was never rushed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you are looking to feel better, have less pain, or just want to increase your balance.

Two of Premier Physical Therapist worked with me in strengthening my shoulder/back muscles to increase my range of motion and to ease my pain. They were very knowledgeable and professional.They were excellent leading me through the various exercises, which over several weeks, greatly improved my shoulder mobility. The exercises they printed out for home use, were clear and very beneficial. I recommend Premier Physical Therapy for anyone who wants an individually designed program of physical therapy by a knowledgeable, highly educated team of professional therapists. I am in my sixties and my back had been giving me trouble for about two years. My doctor said I should get some physical therapy and he recommended Premier Physical Therapy as the best. The team of Eric, Marsha , Kim, Theresa and Kaitlyn were tremendous. They created a schedule of exercises to improve my core strength and support my back. Through several sessions of increasing intensity I was able to increase my strength and flexibility thus relieving the pressure on my back. I really appreciated the individual attention and friendly encouragement they gave me. I wish I had gone to them sooner. I now have a home exercise program that I can continue with and remain pain free.

They are phenomenal! I just finished up my treatment plan and I feel so much better. They dont just have you aimlessly doing exercises. They explain the mechanics and really want you to understand why they have you doing them. They make sure you thoroughly understand your homework and genuinely want you to get back to where you want to be. I would highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy for anyone dealing with Vertigo. I was in sad shape when I walked through their doors, but was greeted by caring staff the minute I came in. AND THEN I MET MARSHA! What an amazing experience! Her and her assistant were wonderful, explaining everything in detail about the Vertigo I was experiencing and how they would treat it. After the short treatment when I sat up on the table, I could immediately feel the difference....no more spinning! WHAT A RELIEF! I would definitely recommend Premier Physical Therapy and their caring staff.

This is the third occasion that I have had to use Premier Services. Two very important points they are incredibly professional as well as friendly and also have cured my ailments on three occasions. Went to Premier Physical Therapy for a back issue related to a change in my golf swing. Hays did a great job of identifying the issue and provided proper stretches to help reduce the pain. What I liked the most was Hays listened very well when I shared that if I didnt like the stretch I wouldnt do them so he made sure to provide a number of different stretches until I found the one I enjoyed doing. In additional sessions he showed some strength training exercises that would strengthen the area so the problem would be gone forever. After just a few weeks the pain is gone and I played four rounds of golf in four days without any pain. I will continue to incorporate the stretches and strength training into my regular workout routine so the problem never comes back. I highly recommend Hays and the team at Premier Physical Therapy for any issues and definitely for any golfer who needs help understanding their body better.

I highly recommend Dr. Hays Estes and his staff. They were very knowledgeable and helped me recover from my shoulder injury. The office is very clean. One thing I truly appreciated is the individual attention to each client. Most places have 3 to 5 patients at a time and it’s crowded. I was there for over 2 months and never had more than 2 people. Recently, I went to Premier Physical Therapy to assist with some back and neck pain I have been having due to a recent car accident. I found out about Premier with a quick google search and boy did I luck out! Premier not only provides one on one services, they encompass an entire staff of board certified doctors of physical therapists. This makes treatment so much more reliable. They also take my insurance which I love and makes coming here extremely affordable I love this place and would recommend them to anyone in need of this incredible life changing service.

Premier is a wonderful office with staff that are knowledgeable on all things insurance related and therapists who are educated in their craft, compassionate with patients, and they have a sense of humor too! I went for a strained rotator cuff issue. Between office visits and prescribed home exercises, they had me feeling great after only a month! I would highly recommend Dr. Hays and his staff to anyone needing mobility assistance. A++++

They have 3 very good physical therapist: Marsha, Kim, and Eric and all are very experienced with tons of attention to detail. The front office staff are very nice, pleasant, and professional. They have a huge backroom with equipment and plenty of open space to do exercises. One thing I love that all the therapist do is recommend equipment for you that they use. They give you the brand name and you just find it on Amazon, order it, and your good to go do your own PT at home while checking in with them throughout the week. They also give you plenty of print outs to take home and even record you doing the exercises so you can reference the correct way of doing the exercises. The attention they give is amazing because its one on one work, not 1 on 3 or 1 on 4 like most PT offices do. I have been to 4 other PT facilities in Pinellas County and Premier has been the best. Look no further until you at least try give these guys a try.

The team at Premier is top notch. This is a great PT group to visit for runners. I gladly made the drive over from Tampa twice a week and found the sessions highly informative and relevant to my specific injury. I have been intensely involved in sports my whole life and still continue to maintain an active lifestyle. I am a 44 year old active duty military member which requires maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to stay in the best shape possible. To maintain this, I continue to play soccer, beach volleyball, tennis, golf, and bike pretty heavily. I believed my career, along with playing all those sports since childhood, had taken a toll on my back and knee due to the pain I was beginning to feel on a daily basis. In my 26 years of military service, I have always tried my best to steer clear of seeing the doctor or taking any kind of medication. That was until I started asking for Advil so often my fiance started pestering me to see the doctor. Finally, one day at work, the pain got so bad that a co-worker had to drive me over to see the doctor. After getting x-rays and finding out that there is nothing structurally wrong, my doctor suggested I see a physical therapist. I told him that I have had an experience with a physical therapist in the past and that it wouldnt do anything for me. I then spoke with my fiance who said she knew of someone who she believed would help me.I had been going through pain for a good amount of time and was pretty down thinking that I had run my course of sporting through life and now it was time to pay the pain-man. So I made an appointment with Premier as my fiance had suggested, of course with a lot of skepticism. But from the first time I went into Premier, I knew that this time was going to be different. Dr. Eric sat me down and went through all of my history and completely analyzed my back and knee to get to what exactly was causing my pain. The enthusiasm and confidence that he had about getting me back in the game without surgery or medication was exactly what I needed.The physical therapy experience I had in the past was simply sit on this exercise bike for 15 minutes and we will be back to make sure you havent passed out. Working with Dr. Eric and Dr. Marsha is more like having a personal professional sports trainer working with me one-on-one, something I thought only the rich professional athletes had access to. They ran me through many different exercises and workouts and were with me every step of the way, teaching me and giving me the encouragement that I needed. Not only did my back and knee feel better but my whole body felt better. They gave me the confidence and the tools that I needed in order for me to maintain my active lifestyle and get back in the game. I believe the reason my experience with Premiere is second to none is due to the fact that not only are they both Doctors of Physical Therapy but they are athletes that hold themselves to the highest standards of health and fitness.I am kind of sad that I dont have a reason to go back to Premier at this time but as active as I am, I am sure it will be sooner rather than later. Since my discharge, I have contacted Dr. Eric a couple of times with questions concerning my knee and he has been more than helpful sending me a plethora of information. I am grateful for everything they have done for me at Premier and with there knowledge and expertise, I am proud to say that I am still in the game.

During the first meeting they found out the history of injury, what was recommended by referring doctor, and found out my specific goals on where I wanted to end up. They are open early (which worked great with my schedule) and have one on one appointments allowing time to discuss questions and concerns. My experience here started very good with one on one help and direction, and felt a solid knowledge, friendliness and caring. But after some time the friendliness and caring stopped. They changed my therapist to an intern without even mentioning a word about it to me. Then about 20% of my brief time there for therapy was directed to training the intern. Discussion was directed between lead therapist and intern and not client. The intern showed no friendliness or caring. Just really no therapeutic connection from Eric, lead therapist or intern.So to me, they were a fine service initially, but changed into a physical therapy assembly line passing on service to an intern or tech that doesnt really care and is not as skilled or knowledgeable as MA or PHDtherapist.They made no effort to communicate with me about using intern and changing my therapy to her. Not cool, respectful or professional.Wouldnt go back and wouldnt recommend

The decision to try Premier Physical Therapy was one of the best things I could have done for my well being. After several discouraging recommendations from neurosurgeons, one surgeon decided that we could give Physical Therapy a shot before going under the knife. I chose Premier based on their google reviews and I am so happy I did. An amazing experience! Best physical therapy clinic overall and Ive tried several. The therapist there got me back to full running races, biking, and getting to test for my black belt. Two years ago I went to Premier Physical Therapy to help relieve pain and had great results. This spring, when asked by my doctor if I had a preference for a physical therapy group, I immediately requested Premier. Their entire staff of professional therapists have been a joy to work with and, within a few short weeks, I have resumed my activities and have no pain. After poor experiences with other PTs in the area I was thrilled to find Eric and the crew. They have helped with ankle, shoulder, back and knees. With their advice I was able to put off knee replacement for 9 years, continuing to ski, hike and bike. Today I graduated from PT for a total knee replacement five months ago. The therapy I have also received in the mountains of Colorado set the bar very high, and Premier is every bit as excellent!! I have told everyone I know that Premier is the best in the region!!

Very knowledgable and motivating. They used sports-specific training, weightlifting and traditional PT to return me to my favorite activities quickly after ACL replacement. The exercises they gave me were creative and as enjoyable as physical therapy can be.

I have been to Premier for my knees, my performs muscle issues and to improve my posture. I have been very pleased with all my outcomes. I went to another PT office years ago when I had shoulder pain. There I had PT assistants that were working with me. When I repeated the exercises for the Physical Therapist, I was told I was doing it incorrectly. At Premier there are no PT assistants but Physical Therapists that work with you hands on. I believe that this is why I had such positive outcomes. Eric even put me on the treadmill and watch my gait frame by frame to see what was going on with my knee. I highly recommend Premier!

My experience with Premier was excellent. They exceeded my expectations and I will continue my weekly therapy until Im back to feeling great again!

I call them the miracle workers! When I started, I had hamstring and calf pain. My 5K run time was about 33 minutes and I hurt for days after a race. Eric said that we can fix anything that gets lots of blood, like muscles. He was right. He collaborated with Marsha regarding strengthening and stretching, and developed a program of exercises and stretches to correct my muscle weaknesses, posture, and running form. Two weeks ago, I took first place in the 65-69 year age group. My official 5K time was 22:50 and more importantly, I feel fine with no muscle pain. Thank you Eric and Marsha!

No pain, no gain. Physical therapy after a complete knee replacement is excruciating. Wrong! Premier Physical Therapy in Clearwater was recommended to me by a friend who had successful therapy there. Here I found a wonderful staff of Doctors of Physical Therapy. Yes, doctors not therapy assistants! I was happily assigned to Dr. Marsha Cholog. She thoroughly reviewed my surgery and tailored a program to my needs. I have had physical therapy several times in the past and find that Premier is unique in helping their clients heal and educating them so that improvement continues after you are released. The facility is beautiful and the camaraderie between the doctors and patients is great. You are at ease while performing your workout. They get results. I have participated in long distance running and triathlons for years. During a recent extensive home renovation project, I spent considerable time on my knees. This resulted in a very painful right knee that after six months would not heal regardless of the self help therapy that always seemed to work in the past. I was worried that it may have been a meniscus issue and that my running days were over. During my initial consultation at Premier I was told that it was very likely a soft tissue issue, and they were confident they could get me back running. After just three treatments I was able to start to run with significantly less pain. It has been three weeks now and I see daily improvement with no more limping. I highly recommend Premiere. Amazing experience! After dealing with the aftermath of a 14 year old foot surgery, I was in debilitating pain and desperate for relief. I spent two months working with Dr. Eric and Dr. Marsha and my pain went from a 9 to almost a 0. I have regained almost all of my strength and range of motion back. My appointments were always educational, interactive and fun. Ive never wanted to spend an extended amount of time at any doctors appointment until now. Active Release Therapy has enabled me to finish 6 marathons and I am working on my 7th. I recently moved to the area and found Dr Eric. He has exceptional ART skills. If you have a sports injury, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.I was sure I was going to have to forfeit my marathon because of an excruciating knot in my calf. Dr Eric got me back to 100% after just 2 sessions and the following weekend I was able to complete my 18 mile training run.Another very important asset for me is he doesnt try to keep you coming back once you are feeling back to your satisfied fitness level.The practice doesn’t double book so my appointment times were precisely met.I won’t hesitate to return for a tune up if needed. I have been going to Premier twice a week since October 22, 2013 for a severe ankle sprain. Before I began, I had the impression of no pain, no gain. Well, Im here to say that I have had the gain without any pain! I look forward to every session because the staff at Premier Physical Therapy care for the whole person, not just the injury. I am a 66 year old runner( Ive been a runner for 40 years) who injured a hamstring while doing speed work. I tried to nurse myself back into running over a two month period with no success. A running friend suggested I contact Premier Physical Therapy in Clearwater, which I thankfully did. After 4 sessions of therapy, plus at-home exercises( which I have continued to do daily), I was able to return to running. I am happy to say that after 4 weeks post-therapy, I am back to my 35-40 mile weeks. I cannot recommended Premier highly enough. They know what they are doing!

I have had the wonderful results from being a client of Premier Physical Therapy twice..once for rehab when my knee was replaced and again for pre-hab when we hoped another surgery could be avoided...but would only make me stronger if I still had to have it. As a runner and triathlete, I value a healthy body. I found Premier via a free assessment at Orange Theory. Id had pain in my shoulder for well over a year (before Orange Theory, so I cant blame the exercise!) and they thought they could help, so I gave it a try. I just graduated today, and it really didnt take long for them to straighten me out. I saw both Marsha and Kim, and they were both really knowledgeable and helpful in getting me to a point where I can continue working on it at home, but I dont need to see them regularly anymore. And theyre just a phone call/email away if I do. Highly recommend if you have chronic pain.

I am writing this review about Premier Physical Therapy. My passion is bodybuilding, and has been for over 25 years. Although, I have aches and pains as anyone else who exercises regularly, my wake up call came when I injured my lower back severely. My back pain was chronic and hampered my daily living not to mention putting a holt on my weight training at the gym. I have had some setbacks with my back but nothing like this.My wife told me about Premier PT and suggested that I come in and have a consolation. Feeling a little weird and prideful I started to visit Premier. Starting PT twice per week for a while and than I went to only once a week. They have really helped me achieve about 80 to 90 percent of recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone who could use help with injuries due to sports. Premier has given me the proper tools and knowledge to achieve a greater sense of awareness in my body and they have showed me how to strengthen muscles that I have neglected.Although, I still want to lift heavy weights and be back to my normal gym routine, I must remember what I have learned about proper form, strengthening weak core muscles and to have a proper warm up. At Premier PT they took the time to work with me and answer all of my questions. They have a great staff and interns who provide an excellent service.

If your knees or hips or what ever are causing pain, worry, and worst of all limiting your ability to live life the way you want, you need the doctors at Premier Physical Therapy of Clearwater, Florida. I followed a friends advice and with ony 6 sessions of their friendly, patient oriented work I was able to return to living my life the way I wanted. I continue to follow the stretching and strengthening exercises they showed me and I am now exceeding the time and length of out door exercising I did before going to Premier. Count me as an extremely satisfied patient/customer

This physical therapy team is remarkable. With multiple fractures in my ankle, and surgery on March 10th, I was despondent. I am walking now (almost normally) with the extraordinary efforts of Marsha, Hayes, and, of course, Eric. Go there with any injury or sports issue!

My message therapist recommended Premier Physical Therapy on Court St., Clearwater. I gave them a call to set up an evaluation appt. I was impressed with their facility and staff of three PhD therapists. Within the framework of Medicare I have been getting treatment for hip immobility and can see improvement! Am very glad I chose this group.

Their staff is super knowledgeable and the office staff is always on top of their game when scheduling and rescheduling my appointments.

If you have to do PT, this is the place to be!PHDs Eric, Marsha and Kim are focused to get you better. They work you hard but their personalities cant help but make it fun.
