Employee was friendly. The food is excellent. Good way to work on portion control. Everything is exceptionally healthy. The place was very clean. They have a few tables inside. parking lot outside a little confusing so getting in and out not that great.

So far I have liked everything except for one dish (which I was not sure about anyway because I do not love steak...so that was my bad). They are always pretty well stocked. I want to try the home delivery but I do not like how you have to pick one size meal. Like they all have to be small or medium. Overall I really like the food and how it gives me the nutritional value !

I am a big Chicken Pad Thai Fan and this one is great! I have a lot of food allergies and this is a gluten free option for me that is simply delicious. Katie at Fitlife helped me find the best meals to suit my unique diet and it is the perfect sized portion as well! Definitely a great option for anyone with a busy schedule, but still wants to eat good and healthy! I would highly recommend!

Delicious! Chicken Bruschetta was made with fresh and light ingredients that still made me feel full and satisfied. Chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Will definitely be a regular customer!

I had the Firecracker Shrimp as my first meal and it was delicious! The food is flavorful and filling. And when I say filling, it was a healthy feeling of filling where I felt great with no food coma effect. The manager was very informative/helpful and provided some of her favorites along with the popular meals at the store as well. This is a great healthy alternative to fast food and I recommend giving it a try! I will be coming back.

I had the carnitas enchiladas. Is was amazing! The meat was not greasy or fatty. It had flavorful seasoning with a little kick. Served with pick, cheese, beans, and rice. Was the perfect portion size, filling me up but not leaving me with that “stuffed” feeling. Excited to try more meals!

Better than average quality and healthier food.

I tried the Pad Thai and it was delicious! Chicken was great quality, not rubbery or fatty. Perfect size portion. I added a side salad and it was a great combo & size. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

This is not the first time I’ve voiced my complaint about uncooked chicken and uncooked shrimp. No one takes this seriously and uncooked meals are very dangerous.

Ive been coming here for years and love the place. When you factor in the discount for returning the empty cartons, I find the prices quite reasonable. If you work long hours and struggle to find the time to cook, this is the place for you.The only constructive feedback (again, this place is great) I have relates to the home delivery. There is a cutoff date for canceling the next order; however, the online system will allow you to change the date after the cutoff and makes it appear as though you successfully changed your order. This resulted in an unexpected transaction. After some back and forth with management, we were able to get it resolved but I will be stopping into the store instead of the home delivery from here on out.

The food won’t last I tried the 2 weeks one and was nasty the salmon was horrible and the smell was nasty . The food won’t last at all and never go back and I end up throwing the food. I end up calling the store and they didn’t even ask to send back any or any guarantee as promoted

Good fresh food. Microwaves available to eat a healthy quick meal. Little bit more cost, for the freshness. Right sized portions are great for eating there or to take.

We meal prep, but when stuff gets crazy, well stop in and pick up meals for a couple days. Yesterday, we stopped in at 5:00 and the store was completely closed. The website says theyre open until 6:00 and the door hours say 8:00. Either way, they dont follow their hours. This isnt the first time weve made a trip down there to find it closed during business hours. Its frustrating to say the least.

I have been coming to this store for a while now. Today I go to the store around 1130 or 1140 and maintenance is going on to there tv’s. A lab top fell from a ladder and hits my head and back while opening a door to pick out today’s meal. Yes it hurt and what got me upset was no one from Fitlife acknowledged what just happen and especially they guy performing the maintenance. Poor customer service and what upset me further was there staff working was them laughing at me because a lab top just hit me. The girl behind the counter was more in shock of what just happen but no acknowledgment.

Friendly staff and delish and macro friendly grab and go options!

I went to fit life foods when my father was recovering from surgery. They has the perfect portions for their to go options and the meals met his dietery restrictions. I also got a protein shake for myself and a protein bar for my kids while there and they were delicious. I was amazed my kids ate them.

Honestly Ive been there more than once and right off the bat, the people Ive had to deal with at least that work there are jerks or in a bad mood. 2nd, I find it easily overpriced for the portion size considering I myself meal prep but on occasion have stopped by when Ive been too busy. And the most important part of all, the food itself. Ive tried several dishes, one I literally just tossed in the trash a minute ago, and they all seen to have this weird taste that will upset my stomach and kill my appetite for the day. This may in part be do to the fact that each container I have sitting here has 800-900+mg of sodium. So much for fit life lol. Idk Im just personally not a fan at all.

Exceptional customer service! I was in awe! No exaggeration! From the moment, I walked in I was greeted by Spencer and another young lady. After they cashed me out, Spencer ran over and opened the door but I decided to dine in... When I sat down, the young lady offered me a bottle of water and Spencer offered me chocolate chip cookies to go along with my pico de gallo chips and meal I purchased... No lie, they were more attentive than your average waiter at a restaurant. Spencer kept asking if I was okay or needed anything else... When I was leaving he was walking over to even open the recycling bin for me.. This is why I m writing this review because the type of customer service today displayed by Spencer and the fitlife staff was so refreshing. Thank you Spencer for making my day with your excellent customer service! Oh and the Caesar chicken was greeeaaaat!

Stumbled upon this and was so excited. Its hard to find quick but healthy options for lunch. This was a great surprise and not any more expensive than any other options. Try it you wont be sorry.
