The front desk managed to re-align my primary phone number from my wife to me. Wonderful beginning. Jessica expertly gave me my flu shot and drew blood for my INR. Ill see her again in 30 days to keep watch over my meds. Dr Ullo (hiding his beard underneath the mask) is a very easy physician to work with. His professionalism is only overshadowed by both his knowledge of my health and innate caring for another person. I did tell him that most people go through life wondering if they made a difference, Thomas Ullo, does not have that problem.Kudos to my favorite doctor.

My visit was as good as it could possibly be! The waiting room was definitely set up for social distancing and was sanitized several times during my short wait, everyone was friendly and pleasant to work with, and the new facilities are really nice. The medical assistant that took my vitals was friendly and fun, and Dr. Ullo is always a treat to work with! He addressed some sensitive lifestyle issues with tact and sensitivity...things that weve talked about many times before, but that Ive fail to implement...and his concern for my health was obvious without my feeling lectured or belittled. The only recommendation for improvement that I could possibly come up with regarding my visit was that the checkout counter was so crowded/small that I could not set my day planner down to write in my next appointment!

A doctor who listens, who seems to understand when you say you want to have less invasive and more natural approach to your health regimen. Ive been through chaos the last two years, and mostly because I was sent to too many specialists who all believed that medication was a priority and if I refused or objected then I wasnt being a GOOD patient. I kept repeating this one thing, why are you just covering up the pain symptoms instead of fixing the source of the pain?I just want my life back. Im full of energy, and happiness, and the last doctors tried to reduce me to practically disabled. A lethargy ensues with so many pills.Now, I feel I made a great choice changing my insurance and my doctors, and hopefully, it seems, both entities are in line with my take on good health care. Get the body moving again, proper diet after years of steroids and crushing pain meds, change the blood work, heal the body. All this from my first visit, yes, Ive been in medical career my whole life. This office was awesome. I can tell. Really excited about 2020!

Dr.Ullo is a new physician to me. My former Family Practitioner moved to TN, and I moved from Pasco County Upon meeting Dr. Ullo, I knew that I had found the right doctor for me. He was courteous, kind, and, professional and took the time to listen to my medical problems. He was willing to continue with the protocol that other doctors had prescribed for me and recommended some specialists that I might see.. Likewise, he promised to study the many papers that I had brought and will make sure that he finally receives the information from my local hospital stay in July which they had failed to send to him although twice requested. I come from a medical family and was involved in that area, and Dr. Ullo spoke with me accordingly.I also want to say how friendly and courteous his staff was. I look forward to my next appointment.

Great initial visit to establish a local primary care provider. Dr Ullo carefully listened to my concerns then provided meaningful feedback addressing each issue. Dr. Ullo,Before bedtime last night, I had a blood sugar level of 167. Per your recommendation I took a dosage of 30 units of Levemir insulin. But I DID NOT TAKE any Novolog insulin.At 4:00 AM I woke up with a severe Insulin reaction and had a 42 blood sugar level.This morning I took 40 units of the Levemir insulin again.I did not go for a Fasting blood sugar this morning...I will try again tomorrow....How did I get so lucky? 🤨
