Absolutely amazing experience! I called this place on a whim while visiting town, and they had a walk in appointment available. My facial from Susan was phenomenal. She’s a true professional and knew exactly what she was doing. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed! The owners are so kind and make you feel incredibly loved and welcome. The prices are very reasonable and you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks!

First I made an appointment for my daughter and granddaughter to have a Spa Day. They loved every bit of it including the lunch. They kept talking about how good the employees were and how nice a job they did. So today I made an appointment for my own spa day for men and now I know exactly what they were talking about. Great service, friendly people, always asking if you are satisfied, and most of all they make it so at home. Keep up the good work and you’ll be around a long time.

This review is long overdue but my husband and I did the Anniversary Package at the Bella Michelle Day Spa while on vacation in Clearwater. It was AMAZING! The customer service was top notch, the services were exquisite, and it will be an experience we will never forget.

Went in for a couples massage and I did the therapeutic / neuromuscular upgrade which was definitely worth it. After the massage we received a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries and wine subbed for champagne in a small private room. Feeling great! Will definitely be back!

Making the appointment was extremely clunky they first said they thought they had a 1 o’clock opening and they weren’t sure they would have to call us back and they called us back they said we think we can squeeze you in at one but could you come at four if we can’t do one it was just very confusing and then they wanted to charge our card for the entire Massage including the gratuity before we even ever got there I didn’t think that this was appropriate at all gratuity is just that gratuity and you want to make sure that it’s appropriate for the service you received the gentleman who gave me my massage was technically very good and I enjoyed my husband did not feel that his was as I quality

In the past Ive gotten my nails done and have gotten overcharged for nail polish or gel that ends up being chipped or cracked either a few hours later or the next day at work. Decided to check out Bella Michelle Day Spa and try again. Prices were great, as well as welcomed by friendly staff. Unlike most nail salons that smell of harsh chemicals or booked, this place smelled wonderful and was easy to book! The girl who did my nails did a wonderful job, so well in fact that the polish on both hands and feet have not been chipped or broke in almost 2 weeks since my appointment! Thanks again for the great experience and for doing a wonderful job with my nails!

I have a package for a photo facial which includes micro dermabrasion and a mask and a host of other wonderful treatments. I’ve also come to Bella Michelle Day Spa for a couples massage and that was an amazing experience complete with champagne and strawberries. The staff is lovely and attentive. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to pamper themselves and improve the tone and texture of their skin.

Im so glad that I splurged here! I took my mom and sister and we each received a massage and facial. My sister and I also tried out their Alpha 2010 body capsule machine, which was very relaxing, in addition to providing some skin and body slimming benefits. Mike was so patient with us and made sure we were well taken care of. He was even able to accommodate our last-minute requests for additional services. Their entire facility is spotless, and they have robes and slippers for you to wear during your stay. The lunch we received with our packages was delicious, as were the chocolate-covered strawberries and complimentary champagne! Susan gave me the best facial Ive had in years, actually clearing my skin of blackheads rather than just slathering product all over my face. I cant wait to go back for another day of pampering at Bella Michelle, they are truly the best place in town!

I recently visited the Bella Michelle Day Spa, where I was completely blown away. I was very impressed with everything their Spa has to offer. The ladies who handled my services were just delightful. Vera gives the best massage! Not only did Vera take care of my immediate needs, she offered tips/suggestions for things to help with my concerns that I could do at home. Michelle took excellent care of my skin during my facial. Susan took meticulous care of my nails and toes. I was one relaxed, happy camper when I left the Spa. I love this Spa ! I had microdermabrasion and a peel. The fruit enzyme peel was gentle enough on my skin but deep enough to get rid of the top layer. I definitely saw a difference right away . Michelle is very knowledgeable and experienced. Her skin is living proof she knows whats shes doing . Im going to try to keep up a routine now, so I can be consistent with my skin! Its so much better then washing my own face every night . If I could I would go to Bella Michelle Day Spa every day! But once or twice month willWork! Love this spa and couple. They hire great massage therapists to deal with chronic pain. Ive been going for over ten years now. I seriously depend on them. Its my escape from everything. If you work at a computer, have been in an accident, or struggle with any kind of ongoing pain in your day to day life, this spa brings sure relief to the weary!

It may be tucked away in a spot that doesnt scream day spa, but they provide an excellent experience. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage by Vera that was exactly what I wanted. Susan also gave the most meticulous and gentle pedicure I have had in a long time. I made an appointment, but walk in hours are posted as well.

Great experience! Had to find a new spa to go to after my old one relocated. James is the BEST! Absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. The spa is clean and relaxing and everyone is so nice. One time it was downpouring outside after my massage and the gentleman at the front counter (I totally forget his name) walked me out to my car with his umbrella so I didnt have to get wet. So kind and everyone is great. Definitely the only place to go!

Had a wonderful day at the spa with the Pampered Princess package - a gift from hubby for Christmas. What a treat to be pampered and indulged by a great staff and with fabulous services! I left feeling renewed and refreshed after a body wrap, polish and facial. It was a terrific experience and I will be back:-)

Got a manicure and pedicure there - the foot massage and parafin wax treatments were great, however the manicure was done poorly and even though I upgraded to the gel it lasted less then 5 days. I would recommend the pedicure but I’d go somewhere else for a manicure. The person who did my manicure(who identified herself as the owner) told me that because I picked the white gel it was thick and hard to use. She told me this after I got the manicure and said the white is only for a French manicure typically and not meant for the entire nail. Had she told me this beforehand I would have chosen a different color because the manicure looked terrible. It was very expensive especially because I had to have them redone less then 5 days later.

My husband had given me mothers day gift of spa day. Its almost like hole in wall kind of place. I was their for almost 6 hrs and I still wanted more. It was an amazing experience.

Being a model in Hollywood I expect the best for my skin. I have been told to have a doll face and what’s my secret? . My secret is the facials here . I literally fly in for them . They carry a top line machines and products you can’t find anywhere unless you can afford Paris every month! Michelle does the best facials it’s truly her gift. It’s no wonder she looks so young with no Botox, fillers or modern surgery . She’s in her 60’s all natural. I mean her skin is perfect because of her technique. She’s the best esthetician! Tried to make an appointment on a Friday, a week before my boyfriends birthday- for which I wanted to surprise him with a couples massage (our first one and I never do surprises).I was told (by someone who sounded like they didnt know what they were doing) that everyone was in a CE that day and to call back the following Monday to schedule.....Monday rolls around and theyre closed....Call Tuesday, and go figure theres nothing available for Friday since its been a few days now, so I settle for Saturday in the middle of the day.I confirm with him that I want the package that includes the champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and an 8x10 photo. He then asked if this was a surprise, to which I said yes it is! He asks for BOTH of our names and books the appt.He calls back minutes later and asks if I was the couple who wanted pedicures afterwards?.... no. I wasnt offered one either.Flash forward to Friday around 5:30-6pm. The same guy calls to confirm our appointment. Were getting ready to leave in 10 minutes to go celebrate his birthday. My boyfriend picks up the phone, this is albert and he completely ruins the surprise.The guy took both of our names and knew it was a surprise.... so that was really upsetting and therefore ruined the rest of our evening.Also, who makes confirmation calls that late in the day?!The massages themselves were good, but afterwards we go to their laundry room which I guess is their romantic room as well where the strawberries and champagne are served.THE MAN TAKES PHOTOS FROM OUR PHONES! We couldve taken our own dang selfies if that were the case!will not be going back, at least not for any surprises !

I took my niece for her first pedicure and it was over the top! The staff was great, but more importantly the service was wonderful. Since I visit frequently to Florida, I am definitely going to wait to have the pedicure done in Florida instead of home.

I am pregnant and sensitive to all the chemical fumes at regular nail salons. I have been here for 2 pedicures so far during this pregnancy and it is wonderful! The room is small and quaint and the technician is amazing!

I enjoy Michelles facials which leave my skin feeling and looking clean and bright. The whole experience is made even more relaxing with a neck and foot massage whilst those magic ingredients are soaking into the skin and doing their thing! I also followed Michelles excellent advice on my skincare regimen and totally changed the products I was using, and I havent looked back. No more clogged pores or breakouts!

I had received a SpaFinder gift card, and searched to see where it could be used. After reading reviews, I chose Bella Michelle. I was able to make an appointment for a couples massage for the next day (New Years Eve). Once we arrived, we were warmly greeted and given a tour of the rooms. This was our first couples massage, and it was a wonderful experience. The massage therapists did an excellent job. After the massage, we were directed into a kitchenette where we were able to enjoy chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. This could definitely become a New Years tradition for us! I would recommend Michelles facials. I started with a mild peel, added micro-derm abrasion and then micro-current. My face is healthier, brighter and firm.Michelle uses all natural products and the latest technology. Im so happy with the way I look. I would recommend these treatments to all.

This was my first time having a facial and it was great! My mani pedi was the best in a long time. And my massage put me to sleep. Lunch was healthy and tastey. I was treated with respect and kindness the entire time. Will definitely visit again! -Tanny

Spa was nice people were nice. I came in for eyelash extensions (I get them done all the time elsewhere, another state). The gal was polite, very nice but, I feel like I was her first client for eyelashes. She used so much glue that my eyes burnt and watered for over two hours. She gave me a mirror to look at finished lashes but, I couldn’t get my eyes open long enough to see them. My eyes were burning and watering so much I even had a hard time driving home. By the evening time I had lost 3 large “clumps” of eyelashes! My eyes feel so goopy and look horrible. Lashes are glued to my eyelid huge clumps of lashes and glue. Not a professional job at all. I couldn’t tell them how unhappy I was because I couldn’t see!! I have never had my eyes burn and water this much, not even close. I do not recommend this spa for eyelash extensions I feel they were over priced too. I seen your response, YOU lied to make yourself and business look good. I have never had hard, crunchy, clumped together eyelashes. Couldn’t even brush thru them. And I DID NOT GIVE A 40 DOLLAR TIP!!! I gave a 20 dollar tip because that was the smallest that I had. I should not of tipped at all. And YOU LIED stating that I said I liked the eyelashes. You looked at them and said “they look good”. I responded “do they? I can’t see them” BBB will be notified next. Don’t contact me any further as I would NEVER come to your spa again

I went in with a gift certificate I received from a loved one. It was for the Bella Spa Experience. The massage and facial were okay. However the mani-pedi was quite awful.The tools that were used were not sanitized. After she scrubbed my feet, she rinsed it off in the DIRTY water from my pedicure and put it on the shelf for the next client. That is absolutely disgusting and completely unsafe.Also- going in with a gift certificate, you do not know the prices. She asked what I would like on my toes and I advised french. I was not told that there is a $14 up charge for French on your toes. So I was surprised when I went to check out and they asked for additional money. This information should be communicated.I will not be returning due to their lack of sanitary materials and their hidden charges.

If you want to OVER PAY for services, and be upsold on everything regardless of what package you pick even after you have said “no thank you” several times and it is only your first time in this “spa”, or while paying your bill you like to be asked HOW much you would like to add for gratuity, not IF you want to add one, OR you don’t really want to be exactly sure what you are getting regardless of what the description of the service is that you have chosen then this is the place for you. My facial was acceptable, I will give her that part, but everything else that surrounded it was a joke and it was very apparent it was more about the money I was spending then anything else involved in my appointment. There are way too many other quality places than this one and I only wish it would be appropriate for me to share the one I did find, and had amazing results at a fabulous price, to all of you. I would never go back to this place, and I am telling everyone I know what my experience was so they can pass it on. This review only touches what I think of this place. One unhappy customer tells 10... who tells 10.... who tells ten more. Keep throwing around how the esthetician for Eva Longoria and Jen Aniston is your “colleague”; that has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard, and I can’t believe anyone gets sucked in by that [insert eye roll]. Oh and just to add, I RARELY leave reviews; usually only for excpetionally great, or exceptionally poor service.... I do not leave this review lightly, I have thought long and hard for weeks before sharing, and then just feel I have to in good conscience share how unhappy I was with this business. Thank you.

My manicure came up ok but I had to give directions to the technician and show her how we do a real manicure (she didnt soak my hands I asked her to then she did it, when we finished my hands were so dry when I asked if she s gonna put some lotion on them she said the rules say that no cream except if it s s spa manicure but she ended up putting some and asked just to give me some to put on by myself. I mean come on! No need to mention the price for a gel manicure was $45. Anyways, maybe other services are good but never go there for a mani or pedi cause you can find better services and results somewhere else for the fraction of the price.

The mud wrap was awesome and the massage over the top..I explained I cant have deep tissue and I got just what I needed..Thank you Bella Michelle.....your hands are a gift from God...Looking forward to my next trip to Clearwater..I know where Im headed first!!! Went to Bella Michelle not knowing what to expect, as I have never been to a spa or received a massage before. I came in as a walk-in, having received gift certificates for a few of the services here for Christmas. I quickly realized I should have made an appointment, as I was informed they werent sure I would be able to have those specific services performed that day. However, they called in those employees who arrived promptly, with no complaint. The staff were all extremely welcoming and professional, and made me feel right at home. The spa itself was very cozy, well-decorated, and professional. I got the Healing Touch, Body Balance & CranioSacral Therapy, as well as a mini-mani and -pedi. The two ladies who performed these services were lovely- very skilled and professional, with a great sense of humor that kept my stay refreshing and welcoming. I had to leave an extra tip because I was so impressed, and because they were all so willing to make extra provisions for a walk-in client. I will definitely be going back, and highly recommend this spa to everyone!

You can go to the Better Business website and review my complaint with this UN-ethical business owner, who in my opinion you should steer clear of at all cost. There are many other ethically run Spas in town.

I received a gift certificate for the Bella Birthday . It involved a massage, mud wrap, light lunch, mani, pedi, and facial. Its been a couple days since i went, and I cant stop raving about the service. From the moment I walked in, until the time that I left (about 4 1/2 hours) the service was nothing short of amazing. The manager was great, checking up on me after every service, making sure I had everything I needed. The massage I received from a gentleman, was incredible! He even asked me if there were any specific areas that were bothering me, I told him my neck had been bothering me, and when I left, I didnt have the pain anymore. The woman who prepared me for the mud wrap, was very nice, and professional. She also did my mani, pedi, which was great! The lunch they served was really good too! Everything was fresh and delicious!! The woman who did my facial was very personable, and explained everything she was doing, my face felt and looked so good when she was done! Considering I had never before received a massage, wrap, or facial I wasnt sure what to expect, and I can honestly say everyone in this spa made me feel extremely comfortable. From the soft music throughout, to the lighting, the decor, and the level of service, Bella Michelle is a treasure! I am a Director of Sales in a hotel near by, and I will be directing any clientele I have looking to relax, to this spa. They have truly set my expectations high! Thank you to all of you!!
