I was recently on vacation in St Pete & found myself in need of a Chiropractor. I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment the same day. The receptionist was wonderful, kind, & helpful. The office was absolutely beautiful! I loved the Chiropractor. My adjustment wasnt painful and I was able to resume my vacation. I highly recommend this office and will return the next time Im in the area! Thank you for the excellent care!

Both doctors are thorough and caring. Before retiring I received chiropractic care regularly and my back and neck were much more relaxed and pain free. Before retiring I had worked across the street and visiting was very convenient. Post retirement I convinced myself my back and neck would be fine without visits. Big mistake. I am now back am on my way back to recovering. Love this practice from the front desk to the doctors.

Theyre good, but trust is supposed to be mutual. We had come to what I was led to believe were monthly installments (like a utility bill). I paid cash $650 for the first month before beginning treatment. I was told it was $100 a visit after my 7th visit and I owed them(2weeks1day). Ill be going elsewhere. All in all great doctor, friendly staff but Ill no longer believe what they say which is a deal breaker.

I have nothing but good words for these chiropractors and receptionist. Everyday I walk in for my appointment I’m greeted with a huge smile and kind words filled with compassion. They work their very best to fulfill the needs of all of their patients. In the past, I had a chiropractor who wasn’t compassionate, never greeted me when I walked in and also didn’t make me feel welcome. Hartley Chiropractic Center is the complete opposite of my past chiropractor and I thank them a tons for that. Instead of dreading going to the chiropractor because of my experience in the past I actually enjoy going now because of how caring and welcoming the Hartley staff is. I came to Hartley Chiropractic Center on a referral when I moved to the area from Michigan.Having been to a few chiropractors over the years, I am very picky about how I get adjusted. In my opinion, chiropractic care is not for a one time “snap, crackle, pop” and you’re done. It is for ongoing corrective and preventative care. Every doctor I have seen at Hartley has gone above and behind to make me feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.Not only do they give you a plan to correct and support your body’s needs by way of regular adjustments (I started with 3 x a week and now once every 2 weeks, based on my plan and progress), but they also give you exercises to do at home that help your body hold the adjustments longer and support your overall health, and they educate you on how your other body systems are affected by your spinal system.There have been a couple times that I have needed an adjustment outside my plan’s schedule due to minor falls or injuries and they have got me in right away to make sure I’m feeling better ASAP.Yeah, initially I was bummed that they didn’t take health insurance, but they do accept my HSA card and have multiple payment plan options so you can pay on a schedule or price point that is affordable for you. Most insurance companies make it hard for doctors (medical, chiropractic, and even dental) to get paid for rendering services to patients, so I don’t blame them for not wanting to deal with insurance. It leaves them with more time to care for their patients instead of jumping through hoops to get paid!Bottom line, I would absolutely recommend Hartley Chiropractic Center to my friends, family, and even my enemies, as I truly feel that they care about me and my health and wellness no matter the cost. My health is too important!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hartley for about 7 years. When I first start going I had terrible back pain and lingering knee issues. She was able to help me through those issues and also improve my overall quality of life. I still go to help maintain a healthy lifestyle and recommend people to her whenever possible.

I’m so glad I found this place. They really know their stuff!!! It’s the first time I have felt a real difference from chiropractic care since my back injury in 2011. They are all really great especially Veronica.

I do not recommend.They push these plans trying to get you locked in.Adjustment/visit routine is as follows:Show up at scheduled time & scan in.Go pick a table, scan in again & lay face down.Chiro comes over (always somebody different) & gives you a 3-5 minute adjustment.Hustle up out of there because they are busy.I paid up front $2200 for a recommended 4 month plan (Covid special). I quit going after 3 weeks (3 times a week) because of total frustration.Note: I had no other choice but go to another Chiropractor & after 2 visits I feel right-as-rain. No light duty or anything.No contracts at my new chiropractor & they take insurance.

Would never recommend going to this place. Both the different doctors, Hartley and Robson tried to upsell me and flat out refused to adjust me on the basis of we dont do onesie twosie adjustments. They would rather try to talk you into multi month/year expensive plans and if you dont want to do them, oh well tough luck for you. They wont even give you the chiropractic service you hoped you would receive walking into a Chiropractors office. Total waste of time & money. Dont waste your time.

The team at Hartley Chiropractic is phenomenal. I’ve been to many chiropractors over the years and have never had such a fantastic experience. All of the Doctors take time to listen to you, and are always friendly and helpful. My work schedule changes EVERY week and I never have a problem getting an appointment that works with my schedule. If I have to cancel and change an appointment at the last minute they never make me feel bad or like it’s a hassle. I highly recommend Hartley Chiropractic Center!

Can I just say.... WOW! I have had such an amazing experience with Hartley Chiropractic Center. I have had the pleasure of being seen by not only Dr. Hartley but also the two other doctors at the practice. Dr. Shane primarily works at the Seminole location and is very personable and great at communicating the goals of my wellness plan. Dr. Robson is primarily at the Feathersound (Clearwater) location and she makes me feel truly cared for every time I come into the office. I also had the pleasure of attending an essential oils class that she hosted where they gave out some free goodies! All I can say is that since the second I walked in the door and signed on as a patient I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with every member of their team. If youre thinking of seeing a chiropractor, look no further because you just stumbled upon the best in town.

The atmosphere and professionalism of this office and team makes it a very comforting space to be in. My adjustments have helped keep me moving and now I can turn my head to look for traffic while driving, on a regular basis too!

What a waste of a morning, getting my 10 week old ready to come get a follow up visit, the owner just stood infront of me for 10 minutes training a new hire as my agitated baby cries in her car seat. The previous visit with the other woman was so pleasant and she was seeing another patient so I was told The owner would do my babies follow up appointment but I cant just sit there all day my baby suffers from digestive issues and colic. Its such a shame cause her previous adjustment did wonders for her.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and tend to you as if you are family. The treatments are very specific to your needs and are targeted to get you back to a healthy life.

I should not ever have to leave such a horrible review for a Chiropractor but my goodness. This place is so unprofessional. I witnessed their staff yelling at a client over a billing dispute. I stopped going here after they begin to threatened to stop my treatment because I was switching insurance and didn’t have the proper Ins info.

I truly wanted to love this facility and I was very excited. I am certain they give fabulous chiropractic care however I recommend that you request all payment information as they require your money upfront prior to your adjustments!Thank goodness I did not move forward with this company as we ended up moving to another city 2 months later.Get all information before feeling pressured to sign and pay.

I went to Dr Hartley after finding out at 32 weeks pregnant my baby was breech. They got me in the next day to make adjustments. After 3 appointments 2 weeks later my baby was no longer breech according to the ultrasound. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Hartley for any type of Chiropractic treatment. Staff is also very nice and clean office.

Sure they are nice in the office but try to stop your treatment before the time they want you to and its a different story. I gave a letter not to charge my CC for another month of treatment and with out my permission or discussing it with me 1st was charged a balance they thought they were owed for. No phone call back from anyone to discuss the charges. Took advantage that they had my CC on file..Beware!!

I met Dr. Theresa Hartley about four years ago and have done some photography work for her office, but wasnt until last year that I had back pain and needed her expertise and care. Sitting or standing was very painful, which made my days very difficult.I knew she was the best in the business in the area, so I made an appointment to see her. Dr. Hartley took the time with me and did a comprehensive evaluation along with X-rays of my neck and spine. She found that there were a few issues based on the X-rays, evaluation and photos of my posture. We set up a plan and I went to see her twice a week for 12 weeks.I have just recently completed my 12 weeks and the curvature in my neck and posture have significantly improved and my back pain is completely gone.What sets Dr. Hartley apart from other Chiropractors is that, she doesnt just treat the symptoms. She creates a plan with chiropractic care along with proper nutrition that corrects the root cause of the pain and naturally improving total health for your body without the use of medication.I highly recommend Dr. Hartley!

I started seeing Dr. Hartley in 2012. I moved a little farther away from her in 2015 and it wasnt convenient to go see her. Recently, on a Saturday - I was unable to get out of bed. I couldnt roll over, couldnt turn, needed help from my husband to actually get out of bed. My husband kept insisting that I would be able to walk it out. I called Sunday and left a message at the office and was told to come in on Monday morning. I had to have someone drive me to the office.Dr. Hartley took me back to the exam room where I was in tears! I have never been in this much pain. When she was working on my back, she told me that I would be in pain today, but should start feeling better tomorrow. I was stuck on the ground in excruciating pain, crying like a baby. She was calming and reassuring and made sure that I was comfortable before continuing.Dr. Hartley gave me a few exercises to do. I returned 2 days later with lots of progress. I continued to see Dr. Hartley several times for the following 2 weeks. My last treatment for this will be on Monday.I dont care how far away it is, I will continue to see Dr. Hartley for regular adjustments to make sure that this NEVER happens again.

I do agree staff in the office are friendly. However, you really do feel like cattle being herded around. They have the beds lined up in a public open area, you go lay down when you are ready, snap crackle pop and you’re done in less than 5 min. Everything is very rushed with very little effort to listen to how you as the patient have been feeling and what has been working and not working. I experienced very little improvement. Their true lack of ethics and professionalism came out when they tried to charge me for my own X-rays that I had already paid for. It then took 6 weeks and 5 phone calls from my other chiro’s office to finally get my X-rays. Dr Hartley’s office also sent them a threatening letter demanding payment (of $15 lol). If you want to go to a conveyor-belt practice where you’re in and out in 5 min with very little personal attention this is the place for you. If you want to feel dignified as a patient and deal with an office that’s truly professional below the surface of smiles, I would not recommend this practice.

Always leave this place feeling way better than when I came in! Dr. Hartley really wants to get to the issue and fix the problem that causes discomfort. Other places ive been to do passive treatment and put a band aid on it. She listens to concerns and really has a heart for her patients. Her facility is super clean and the ladies there are super friendly! She has a set up that is Kid friendly and even has AromaTherapy going on. Shes the best I shouldve never gone anywhere else and neither should you!

Dr Hartley and Dr Turner have been key to my back recovery. I had played violin during my growing years (about 14 years), and had moderate to severe pain for a very long time. In the past, I had seen a number of chiropractors who had helped a little, but none had the additional education (Chiropractic BioPhysics) and rehab program that this center has. In addition to adjustments, I was given exercises and rehab specific for my issues and I had X-rays done every 6 months to keep me on course to recovery. The results have far surpassed my expectations. And in addition, they have detox programs by their in-house nutritionist, Lila Methot, and interesting workshops that have tremendously helped with my health. Thank you!!!

Chiropractic care under the Hartleys helped me to recover from some long term issues as well as newer problems after a severe illness let me bed ridden for many weeks. I was taught the importance of chiropractic care and how to exercise my body to improve my problems. After a short time I was back to “normal” but continued to see improvements on long term issues. I was shocked to realize how many other problems I had corrected themselves while under their care. Migraines and sinus issues are rare concerns now and helpful nutritional information and healthy alternatives to OTC meds has been awesome. I still regularly go to ensure everything remains in place and I feel great. Highly recommend learning and being taken care of by this group. Lots of information and support for many health related issues outside of what the usual person thinks a chiropractic can help resolve.

Love love love this place! I worked with Dr. Johanna from the start and she is fantastic! I like this place because they took the time to investigate what was the actual cause of your pain (x-rays). Then they take the time to explain to you what is the best step toward your recovery, but not only that they also taught me stretches and active routine that allowed me to prevent future injuries. I came in with a lower back injury due to volleyball. I was happy to say that I was on the court pain-free before I originally expected and didnt need to go and see a chiropractor besides for routine monthly adjustments when needed. Which I leaned from their Get Better Faster Class is actually a very important part to your overall health. Classes like the one I just mentioned are offered often free of charge and are packed with tons of information on preventing spine injuries.

I am so thankful for Dr. Hartley and Dr. J! I suffered with headaches and migraines for YEARS. this is the only thing that has brought me relief and I could not be more grateful!

Dr. Hartley and her team at Elevation Health in Clearwater have really improved my quality of life. I started going to Dr. Hartleys office in February of 2012 because I had reoccurring chronic pain in my neck and shoulder and I have been going every week since. Not only has my pain gone away and never came back, but I feel better and am healthier as a result of the comprehensive care that I have received. Dr. Hartley doesnt just focus on the pain, she gets to the root cause of the issue, whether that be past trauma, poor diet, lack of exercise, exposure to toxins, or many other issues that can be detrimental on ones total wellness. Come to think of it, I think Ive only had one or two colds since Ive been going to elevation health and have never been sick. I recommend Elevation Health to people all the time, even my own wife and daughter have been receiving chiropractic care as a result. The massage therapist was very rough, using not much oil like on the previous massages Ive had. She looked like she was in a hurry to finish as well. Paid for 60 minutes, got 40 minutes and my neck was sour afterwards.Wouldnt recommend it to my biggest enemy.

The worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Hardly is a lousy chiropractor and I am still suffering from her treatment.

Trying to get my x-rays ordered by my physician which I already paid for. This practice treats people like cattle. They want money again from my physician for my x-rays and are taking weeks which impedes my medical care!!! Unacceptable
