Girl who cut my hair did it wrong now I have shaved heads not where I wanted it not very happy with the place and the manager did give me two free haircuts but we shaved head Ill have to wait a year before I can have here to cut not very happy.

Scarlet is the only one who can cut my bangs so that they dont curl out . She knows how to deal with my colic and the way my hair grows. Always a precision cut.

I did go to Bethanne she’s at Defining Edge Salon. . She was the only one that can do waxing. Plus the only one can do foil hi-lites. She is at another salon now. Im so glad!!!!! The best stylist in there. A barber shop to me. plus I called one morning a employee hung up on me while I was talking to her. Had to bring your own coffee in there at drinks.

Scarlet is really a wonder with hair! All I have to do is describe what I want, and she can do it! She knows a variety of styles - the best for every face! Scarlet can cut and style anyones hair! She is really sweet too!

This Salon is FABULOUS! Its like family. Never been happier with my hair. Does everything! Relaxing.

Great prices and friendly staff

Other than the employees being super nice, this place was trash.Let’s start off by when I gave them a phone call. The person talking on the phone with me seemed very unethused for the business I was about to give to them.I walked in on one summer evening and told them I had an appointment. There was absolutely no soul in the entire establishment, yet I waited for my hair lady to finally “fit me in” to her obviously very tight schedule (sarcasm)I sit down about 20 minutes later and the lady starts prepping my hair. I was excited because I wanted to have a fresh start, as my hair was growing a little bit past my chest area.Heres the part that traumatic for me. I asked the woman if she could do layers for me and she looked at me like I was dumber than a sack of potatoes.Obviously, you would assume that a hair cutting place would know how to do layers on hair, well think again!at the end of the cut, i looked at myself in the mirror and i looked like coconut head from my favorite childhood show, Neds DeclassifiedNot only did I have a bowl cut as layers, but I also had a the under part that looked like a toddler had just cut it.Needless to say, the next day I had to go to J.c. penney to spare my enbarrassment of this 1980s bowlcut on my young 18 year old selfI then realized that this place was geared more towards people 64 and older.I do not recommend this place because they abolutely butchered my hairAbout a year later, i cut my own hair, and i did better than they did. I’m still living that nightmare because ever since then, my hair hasn’t grown the same.
