I’ve been coming to PINK & WHITE for more than 5 years and I must compliment, these ladies are on point every time. My personal tech is Tina , she’s wonderful. Yet , all of them have their own special touch.

I am a regular now. I dont always have much for them to work with. However, for the first time in my 70 years I not only have toenails, they have been long enough to be polished for the last six months. They make me comfortable and take good care of my 93 yo mothers hands and feet. And, there is always a meditation video on .

It was a Sunday at 3pm and I figured it wouldn’t be too busy.. There was a group of 3 ladies who arrived just before me and 3 nail techs, plus myself and another walk in. They certainly worked quickly to finish up the current customers and took the group of 3 next. Myself and the other woman had to wait for about 40 minutes and then were taken to the pedicure chairs to wait for another 20 min. This wasn’t too bad since we got to soak our feet and they have the chair massager. I was definitely relaxed! My pedicure was fantastic and I even had the hot stones and towel wrap. Although I knew it was possible there would be a long wait, I didn’t want to wait around any longer to then get a manicure since it was so late but I will sure be back soon!

Worst pedicure I think Ive ever had. Asked for gel French tips. Paid for gel French tips. Didnt get gel as it rapidly peeled off. White tips were uneven and awful along with my general nail shape. I literally had to go home, refile several toes and fix the white. I also felt extremely rushed. Zero attention to detail. I will definitely not return.

First time going here straight after work around 2 not as busy for a Sunday. I got a full set gel coffin shaped , the lady that attended me was very sweet. The color I choose was a bit more hot pink than what the sample showed (OPI #72) but no big deal I still loved it. Although, the shape didnt turn out to be as much coffin as I wanted it to be. Its a bit bulky & not as properly coffin shaped. Overall, I had a great experience & hopefully will return for a second visit.

My husband and I had gone to the mall to go get a pedicure where we always go but after telling us it would be a 30 minute wait they took like 4 other walk ins before us so we decided to leave and find someplace else and we decided on this nail salon because it’s literally less than 5 minutes from where we live and although we didn’t have appts and they do take in walk ins they took us in right away, their customer service was great, the place is nice and clean and very organized and the front desk guy was super cool, we had great convo with him as we had our pedi’s and it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely be returning

Loved it!! Service was great - I didnt have to wait at all. I dont remember the techs name that I had but she was gentle & paid close attention to details. I got a gel French on my hands which stayed on for a couple weeks & plain color on my toes (I think I remember it coming out to around $45) and they both came out just like I wanted. Wish I could add a picture but it wont let me. Highly recommend, though!

TAXING DUE TO COVID-19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Went in to get a pedicure and I was told $15 extra for gel polish. However when I went to check out they told me it was 20. They are charging extra to make sure they receive a tip. I was going to tip anyway but due to them stealing my money I paid for what I was told and left.

My nails looked terrible afterwards. I had to fix them myself while i was there. Polish is uneven, nails were too. Massage chair wasnt offered at all. Overall bad experience. Wont be wasting my money here again.

I had my nails done a week ago and they were awesome! Unfortunately a few days later, my gel polish on acrylic nails ($35) chipped and then peeled completely off one nail. Since they were done only a week ago, I just wanted it touched up since I am not ready for a fill. I have come within 30 minutes of their posted closing hours and they have been closed for the 3rd attempt. I literally need one nail painted, it would take a matter of minutes. Today, they literally turned the sign off as I was walking up. They did a great job on my actual nails, but this is the first nail place that I have gone to that closes early (regularly) or isnt willing to stay over a few minutes in order to not turn away business.Update: 2/5/17- I was just turned away for the 5th time. I came at 4:15 (they close at 5) for a fill and was turned away again. I came at 6:10p on Monday (close at 7pm) and the doors were locked. It has now been 4 weeks since Ive had a fill because they cant seem to stay open for their posted hours.I will not be returning any more because apparently they do not want my business.

Usually come here for a quick eyebrow wax. They do a good job are fast and the price is very reasonable. Always come back.

Went there today for my birthday, awful service. Uneven gel on my feet, expressed my disappointment and was told it was my skin color. Continued to explain how unhappy I was and they never offered to make things right. There are several nice nail shops in this area, surprised they would not want to make it right.
