Update your social media platforms your phone is even wrong. Not open on Sunday and Monday. No massages are available. Why are you there anyway. This place is horrible

This place is impossible to get a hold of. I have left 4 voice mails and not one call back. Also when you call the Marriott on sand key which is where this place is located they no nothing about the spa. All they can say is “they are open thurs-sat and we have no pricing or ability to make a reservation”. What a joke!!

Was out in Florida from California for my wedding. Antonios was recommended by a staff member where I was staying. Got an appointment right away. She did my hair for my wedding and it turned out amazing, got many compliments on my hair. Staff was very friendly.

I had advised Antonios of my wedding date which is a Sunday in March before I proceeded to make my wedding hair and make up trial. The day I arrived to the salon the make up artist arrived in the salon and was on the phone and proceeded to give me a very nasty look before she was introduced to me. While waiting I had over heard the receptionist tell clients on the phone that spring break was fully booked which made me ask the question again about the services I would need for the day of my wedding. I was then informed that the Makeup artist does NOT work Sundays. The artist tried to get the trial anyways even after she rudely told me she does not work Sundays. I would not recommend this salon for your wedding day.

We got here a few minutes early, but the stylist showed up 5 mins after our appt time. Normally wouldnt bother me, but the appt was for my 5-yr-old; it is torture for her to sit patiently waiting for something she really doesnt want to do anyway. Her hair was knotty from swimming, and the stylist tells me she will need to cut her hair above the knot, because shampoo will get stuck in the knot if she washes it...im no professional, but ive never heard of shampoo getting stuck in someones hair. We walked out; i wasnt about to pay $55+ for someone who thinks shampoo wont rinse out of a knot...

Found this place through the Marriott- still go back there! Love it!
