I was in pain and they got me in that same day. I used to dread going to the dentist but going to see Doc Keeffer is like visiting an old friend and its virtually painless. Hes always informative and lets you know what hes doing throughout the process and always looks to make it as economical as possible. Doc Keeffer is amazing!!!!

I had a great experience. Friendly staff, accommodating hours, fair pricing. Dr Keefer did a great job on my filling. He explained the process and put me right at ease. I will be bringing my child here as well.

IF I COULD, I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!!!! When I first went in, I thought he was an awesome guy who cared about his clients but when I went back in for a root canal, he numbed me up and everything, started working on the tooth and with about 20 minutes left, I let him know that I could feel EVERYTHING. I had tears running down my face and all he said was almost done he didnt numb me up again, nothing. Being the only dentist I could see because Ive had work done by him before, I went in for an emergency visit because I had a tooth break. This time it wasnt Keefer. It was the other dentist who works with Keefer. They pulled me in the back, stuck the things in my mouth to take x-rays and when he took it out, he YANKED it out of my mouth, which made it hurt worse and gave me a cut on the inside of my cheek. He looked at the x-ray, told me ya its broken, (like I didnt know that) gave me a card for an oral surgeon and sent me on my way. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!!

We love Keefer Dental! Awesome staff and amazing service, always friendly. Keefer came in right before Christmas to start a root canal on me at 8pm on a Saturday night. You will love being a patient!

This is the best dental experience I’ve had in years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed, I didn’t have to wait at all even though I arrived early, and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

Had work done on kids and we signed quote then they changed price. When we wanted to talk about it they got rude. Dont use unless you like price change.

Our family loves Keeffer Family Dental. Dr. Matt Keeffer has been involved with our familys dental care for many years, first as a dental hygienist and now as our dentist. My son has not ever been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Keeffer quickly earned his trust as a young boy (years ago) and continues to be the only dentist that my son will even consider going to. We trust Dr. Keeffer to be thorough, truthful, and professional with all of our dental needs. He and his staff are professional yet still very personable. Writing for my husband- Great staff, attentive and quick to get us seen when he hadn’t been into a dentist for a while, ate some gummy candy and boom had tooth pain. Come to find out he had many thing that needed to be taken care of. They got us scheduled and took care of everything as quickly as possible.

Dr. Keefer is a wonderful dentist. Unfortunately, his staff is lackluster at best. They have no personality. CHRISTY, his office manager, refuses to give me copies of my invoices. She has tried to tell me that I owe over $1200 for my daughter. I agreed to pay with payments up to $300. THEY continued to treat a MINOR CHILD WITHOUT PERMISSION!! I requested on several occasions they do not call my TEENAGE daughter for payment, to call me and to send me invoices to look over as well as all estimates I have signed. CHRISTY will only call my daughter for payment. She just turned 18.... CHRISTY refuses to mail me invoices- excuse my address is non-deliverable. HMM. Got my mail today. Two weeks ago, I requested to have them emailed, but they dont have the capability to email. BUT TODAY, She agreed to email me if I paid in full... EXTORTION!!

Dr Keefer and his staff really care. He is my dentist for life. As an example I had an out of town friend visiting who developed a tooth issue. I called Dr Keefer fairly late at night and not only did he answer, he came into work very early the next morning just to see my friend! That kind of dedication and excellence makes Dr Keefer my family dentist!

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Ashton, was good. I think he did a good job. Im pregnant, so no x-rays as expected. I have very sensitive teeth and they dont have the option to spray warm water when rinsing, only cold. Ashton did a great job of just spraying it in my mouth so I could swish and warm it up rather than squirting it right on my teeth and I appreciated that. Hes doing the best with what theyve got. The staff was really friendly, including Dr. Keeffer. The woman who cleaned my husbands teeth had a hard time getting his x-rays right and did them over and over. Dr Keeffer is relaxed enough that he even introduced himself by his first name (no title), but he was socially awkward and divulged a lot of personal information about himself. He left us wondering. It was not what were used to. Our old dentist was watching one spot on my husbands teeth for years now, and Dr. Keeffer said 3 spots needed to be filled all of a sudden. Were skeptical. We recently moved and are still on the hunt for a new dentist. Were not sold. Cancelling future appointments and wanting another opinion about my husbands teeth. Hes had like 2 cavities ever in 37 years of life.

Dr. Keeffer and his office staff are so wonderful! I took two of my young children to his office a few months ago and I loved how well they did with my kids and how they made them feel comfortable with the process. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable.

We love Dr. Keefer and his staff. Joy is always so welcoming and helpful and my husband and I both really liked Ashton who cleaned our teeth last time. Well be requesting him next time. We miss De. Eggert, but he couldnt have picked a better replacement.

Dr. Keeffer and his staff are so kind and helpful. He genuinely cares about me and has been a joy to work with! We love Joy at the front desk, she is so nice and is flexible when it comes to scheduling.

Doctor Keeffer and staff are amazing. Its hard to find a dentist you feel you can trust and Doctor Keefer earns that easily and makes what can be a nerve racking experience easy! I recommend him to everyone and he is great with kids!

The staff are always friendly and personable and Dr. Matt explains everything thoroughly. The office hours are great for my work schedule. I dont have to miss work during the day. As much as I dont like going to the dentist, they make it a little easier.

Ive know Dr. Keefer since he worked for Dr. Eggert. It is great that he will take the office over. He was an excellent hygienist and now an equally great dentist. The staff is always nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Keefer and his staff.

Ive taking my mother-in-law to a couple appointments here at Keeffer Family Dental. Worst service in town. Midtown clinic is better.Overcharging for services ,does not guarantee work,Leaves you in pain and tells you good luck .I can’t be bothered. Too busy ordering lunch.

Dr. Matt has been taking care of our kids teeth since before he became a dentist. We are so excited that he came back to Utah so he can continue to make our smiles brighter.

I was there last week for my 6 month cleaning. The staff is very professional and are understanding when my sensitive gag reflexes kick in!
