I’ve worked with two of their therapists and have had very different experiences with each but both were positive. Brennan and Richard have very different approaches but both provided me with valuable help working through issues.

I love Highland Springs! Not only have I been going here for 3 years but I also recommend it to everyone who is interested in therapy. They are great to work with and my therapist is phenomenal! I have made huge progress and know I will continue to do so as long as it is needed. I know everyone I work with there truly cares about me as an individual. I highly recommend Highland Springs.

Ebbie is phenomenal! Such a wonderful therapist who cares deeply about her patients and wants to help them succeed in their goals. EMDR was the perfect therapy to help me get through my trauma and PTSD. Staff is warm and welcoming, answering billing questions and scheduling appointments. 100% recommend to anyone seeking therapy!

This place is absolutely incredible. I see Tim Champlin and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. He’s kind, understanding, listens well, and actively works with me to help me get to my mental health goals. Not only is Tim wonderful to work with, but the reception staff is always friendly and attentive. I recommend that everyone visits Highland Springs because I go there weekly and have never had a bad moment, let alone a bad experience.

Great clinic! I worked with a therapist named Jodi and she helped me tremendously! The building is clean, comfortable, and well lit (which is a big thing when you’re talking to a therapist in my opinion).

These guys are so great to work with! They make scheduling easy and the therapists are great as well as the prescriber. Been going here for years!

The people are pretty nice but no matter what time of day you call no one ever answers the phone. You wait on hold for 20+ minutes and end up getting sent to voicemail. Makes it extremely difficult to schedule/cancel appointments.

I love going here. The People at the front Desk are so friendly and my therapist is awesome. I have had a genuinely good experience here and am feeling so much better in general. Thank you everyone!

Beware! If you are a veteran dont go here for treatment. They will bill you double. And then say you havent paid. The billing department is incompetent and wont return phone calls. My experience with this place has been a nightmare.

I wish i could do no stars on this trashy place. Beth is a joke. Gets mad and offended when she is wrong. No one answers the damn phone . Worst mental health facility. Ive been to a lot.
