I’m in so much pain right now and the front desk lady never sent over my prescription to were it needed to go, I went and talked to her personally today at 3 and was on hold the whole time on my way over there. You guys need more positive upbeat people working and just more people in general that seem like they want to help you about your health. Lady’s there always act like it’s going out of there way to help you when it’s there job to do so.

Worst doctor experience Ive ever had! I usually go to Ogden clinic, but I decided to go here because it is closer. I went in for a checkup.. the nurse asked me if I had any other questions or concerns for the doctor that Id want to talk about. I said yes, My thyroid. The doctor came in and said What questions did you have about your thyroid?I said I want to get it checked to make sure everything is okay.She said I can guarantee you dont have a thyroid problem! I asked her How do you know? She responded Most people that come in here think they always have a thyroid problem and their results always come back normal, But if you really want to check(with an irritated impatient look) we can test youShe made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like it was a burden to get checked. Not to mention the whole doctor visit was like that. I almost walked out there without getting my blood drawn, but getting my thyroid checked was very important to me as Ive been wondering for a while and just havent been able to make it in to get checked for it. Even if it comes back normal I would still like the clarity.

They will not answer their phones. All I want is the results of my A1C. They said they would call when the results were in. That was 3 weeks ago and I have received a bill for the lab but not a result. But no one will pick up the phone and you can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full

Horrible customer service from receptionists. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They treat you like they are doing you a favor that they don’t want to do. Doctors are great but they really should get new people in the front desk.

Horrible just horrible staff who seem to want and help their own kind while Im just as poor as the next person there Im the one who cannot be seen. I do not having ANY MONEY which was never a problem in the past, but when I do have it yes I pay no problem,just pay 3 bucks and theyd see you but no Im in pain now and all they say is no give us and I quote give us 450 to 90 dollars and sure come in, but the ones who are not born here get free service day and night.I have seen it while waiting no questions asked! Im the same race only CHICANO MEXICAN AMERICAN and with no Spanish learned and I get the bad end no help in pain while the next people the ones who speak NO English go in with by the hoards. WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED ABOUT THEIR MONEY OR DOWN PAYMENTS OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. JUST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a patient of MCHC. Can’t give zero stars or I would! I can’t get through it all. I guess if you just don’t answer the phone, you don’t have to do any work. I’ve been on hold, for hours, trying for five days! Just to get an appointment! For crying out loud. I’m changing my provider today. Can’t count on these people at all. And for them to say they are medical professionals is a joke! I imagine they get some sort of government funding, so if they actually help the public is here nor there. Sit back, do nothing, and collect your pay! Come on Midtown! And come on government, quit funding that sham, if you are. “Community health clinic“, yeah, right!!

My dad and I were visiting from out of the country. Following a recent procedure back home, my dad had to get his urinary catheter removed while visiting here. We contacted Tanner Clinic, Ogden Clinic and Davis Hospital. None of these clinics would help my father as they didnt put the urinary catheter in the first place. The only solution these clinic provided was to go through ER. I asked them how much removing the urinary catheter through ER would cost. NONE OF THESE CLINICS WOULD TELL US!Through some friends, we were told to go to Midtown Clinic. We showed up without an appointment. NOT ONLY DID THEY REMOVE MY FATHERS URINARY CATHETER, BUT ALSO THEY DID SO AT NO COST! I was later informed that the doctors and nurses here VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME!Coming from a European country, and being aware how much Americans pay in taxes, Im not sure WHY THERE ARENT MORE CLINICS LIKE MIDTOWN CLINIC! In the same way that America provides public libraries, public street lights, fire department, police,... they should provide universal health care for their citizens. HEALTH CARE SHOULD NOT BE A BUSINESS, BUT A RIGHT OF EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN AND RESIDENT!

Should’ve listened to previous reviews. Front desk definitely needs training with there customer service skills. If they aren’t happy with there jobs I’m sure there is lots of people who’d be glad to have an opportunity to work here.

If you want the rudest non-medically certified person assessing you, without even collecting any cultures or specimen, and then administering medication based on her ASSUMPTIONS, sure, go here. If not, stay the hell away from this place.. I told her Im not comfortable just taking medication without proper diagnosis. She told me Well, youre the only one, so the problem must be you. Not to mention she compared my body parts to grotesque items and creatures. Theres a reason there are two other reviews that have this place one single star. Go at your own discretion. Grossest attitude from a medical center I have ever seen. Mind you, I have been to clinics and hospitals at several third world countries.Update: I was tested negative for everything. Im really glad I did not follow her advice and instructions and took the medication she administered.

I love this place. The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful. I found the doctors, Amber Rasmussen, and Jeffrey Scott to be knowledgeable and super helpful.

I had an appointment for a root canal that was cancelled without any notice. The girls at the desk were very rude. They told me that they called to have me rescheduled, but I didnt receive a call. Ive been waiting for this appointment and been in pain for a month, and now was told they dont have anything available for another month. How can they expect me to be on pain meds for that long. Such bad service.

Couldnt get me in till July 10th but they asked what the problem was I told her and it seemed like because it wasent a big deal that I should go to an urgent care. Waist of my time. Id rather give them no stars. Listen to the reviews on this page and dont go.

Ive always loved midtown clinic and have been coming here for years but today when I brought my 19 yr old daughter for a sinus infection Etc, we left upset and with a refund.PA-C Ryan Horning refused to let me come back with my daughter, even after she told him she was uncomfortable and would be more comfortable with me there. He said you can go to a different provider. So my daughter walked out.The two gentlemen upfront handled it very well even after I lost it.My daughter said the nurse who was training someone was very rude to her.Absolutely ridiculous!We have never heard of this or had a problem before. I will be filing a complaint.

Not worth the space or time it has taken, just got denied service the second I walked up to the front desk. I have every symptom & more then what they have posted so I put one on as instructed & approach the lady at the desk. She said they only receive payments for past bills there, & laughed at me as she dismissed me.

They take too long... to help you. Im still waiting for a simple screen . They already charged me but Im still waiting. They need more nursing assistant or MA. 4min before 5pm and I came at least 20min before and they still making waiting. Dissapointed at this moment.

I have a toothache and after reading these reviews.... Not sure I should go there. Exceptt all the bad reviews seem to point to the front desk, and not about the dentist so Ill take my chances. Ill let you all know after. Ciao

Too bad that you are trying to communicate to make an appointment and wait 1 and 20 minutes on the phone and they cannot answer you when they only say that they take 10 minutes to answer, it is true and you will go to the clinic and apart from the pandema it takes another 30 minutes into entering I say dea is this
