I’ve been going to Lisa for coloring my hair and she is honestly the BEST at what she does! I have been to several salons over the years and have never been happier! First time going to Mild to Wild after being recommended by a friend for a Brazilian blow out! They were so easy to book an appointment with and did an absolutely fantastic job.Erica did my Brazilian blow out, she was so friendly and was great at explaining what she was doing as she did it. My hair looks absolutely stunning I am in love with it and highly recommend this place! It made my normally curly/wavy, frizzy, puffy hair so smooth and shiny and lightweight. I came to Mild to Wild as a walk in. Callie cut my hair. Not only was she incredibly kind and patient but she did a fantastic job on my hair. My hair was shoulder length but I did not like the shape. She took the time to understand what I wanted. Then she went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend visiting Callie!

I have had good experiences Everytime I go there. I have done my nails twice now and my hair once. Everyone is so nice and both my salon girls were so fun to talk to!

We brought our son here to get a more stylish haircut than your typical Great Clips etc. I would have rather gone to Great Clips. The stylist barely looked at what he wanted, cut it way too short and it looked nothing like what we wanted. Styling was minimal and abrasive. We wont be back.

I just went in for a trim. I wasnt in the chair for longer than 15 minutes... I had to wait longer than that for my stylist. (even though I scheduled an appointment) I was a little surprised at the 38 doller bill but paid it, left a tip and left. The lady was nice and all but for a 15 minute trim I thought that was overkill on the bill. I have gone here before and never paid over $20 for a trim. I regret for you guys will no longer be receiving my service.

I went in to get a fade. The woman that faded my hair was awesome. I did have a great experience there. But then I get home and had a family member look at my hair and the cut was horrible. It wasn’t straight and the fade wasn’t straight either. I had my friend fix the monstrosity that was caused to my head. Good thing she didn’t touch the top of my head. I would prefer to have my money back but I guess I got what I paid for. It was 18$ anyways.

A friend recommended this place, so we went to get our hair done and I am absolutely in love with this place! They got my hair exactly how I wanted it! Definitely will be going back! Morgan H was just amazing to work with! Love her!!! ❤️

All the staff are lovely but Shantell is the best! Been going here for 4 years and have always been very happy. I like their collection of shampoos etc, and they have some nice little bits like hair ties, etc.

Got my haircut by Savannah who always is so sweet, nice, and funny! She always does a excellent haircut! I will eventually have her dye my hair in the future!

Ive been going here since 2013. Chelsea is amazing with colors. She always makes my hair look amazing and I always get lots of compliments afterward. She is good to know what I want even when I dont really know myself.

I have been coming to Mild to Wild for almost a year now seeing Calliee for my nails. I have tried many other places closer to my home and have never had the quality of nails done that I get from her! She always takes her time to make them perfect and always remembers just how I like them. She really has made me feel like a friend when I come in and genuinely cares about her clients. I have recently started bringing my daughter here as well and she has been just as amazing with her too! As far as all the other staff at Mild to Wild they are just as welcoming. Every time we walk in the door we are greeted and they immediately let Callie know we are here. I love this salon and definitely would recommended it to everyone!

I got great service and haircuts from this place when they first opened years ago. Today I went for what will be my last time. For some reason, the hair stylists think it is okay to let a customer walk out with a ton of color stain on her face. I couldnt really tell inside because of the lighting in there. Once I got to my car and home, it was really obvious to see. Was too annoyed to go back in to ask them to clean it up. A tiny dot got on one of my eyebrows, too. The last time I had my hair colored there, the girl left so much color in that it took 3 shampoos to get the excess color out. Im not talking a little excess color...it looked like a blood bath. I thought today would be different because I used a different girl. Im about to go wash my hair and see if she did a better job.Big globs of hair on the floor in the lobby...gross...and my stylist didnt sweep up from the previous client so I got to step all in that hair. The washing station chairs are so uncomfortable if you are of a shorter height, too.From what Im reading in these reviews, more training needs to happen.

It is always decorated nicely inside, they offer the best hair care products and put their clients FIRST. Ive gone here for years and continue to refer my friends and family here as well; they all love it there too. This salon is so professionally run, and I wont ever go anywhere else!

Callie is the best; haircuts with any other stylist just are not the same!

The hair, nail and facial artists here are very good at what they do. Appointments arent terribly too hard to get. Whether youre looking for a kids cut or something on a complicated spectrum they have the talent and skills to have it turn out well. They dont have a fancy exterior, but the interior is clean and modern. Pricing isnt outrageous, competitive on the lower end.

I asked shantel if she could do a specific color to my hair. She nailed it! She is so amazing! I will be sending all my friends and family to them. I loved the environment and friendly staff!

I always love coming here! The girls are sweet and genuinely care about you and help you with tips and tricks if you cant decide between 2 cuts for what would look best on you. They truly know their craft!

I have been getting my hair cut here for almost 5 years. The facility is clean and fun. I have had several different hairdressers and they have all been great. I have moved away but still plan my trips to Utah around my appointments with Becca. She takes time with my insanely thick hair and listens to what I want. I always leave here satisfied.

I went to Ashleigh for the first time today and I had such a good experience with my nails. I was able to tell her how I prefer my nails (thickness, etc.) and Im very picky. She listened so well and changed anything I wanted her to without complaining or acting like she didnt want to. Ive had the hardest time finding a good nail girl, I rescheduled with her and plan to keep going to her. :)

I usually dont write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people before they go here. I went here last year for the first time. Mild to Wild is supposed to be a high end salon, so I figured as long at the person that would be working on my hair had experience, I should be fine. The first time I went in they scheduled me wrong, a little annoying, but I am pretty easy going and agreed to the stylist switch. The first girl took my once long hair to a blunt bob that was uneven. I had showed her a picture from my phone of the color that I wanted, so she then got to work with adding bleach to my hair. It was a long terrible process and she was acting rushed the whole time. Long story short, the end result was an orange blotchy mess. I was pretty taken back by what my hair looked like and called the manager over for a second opinion. She took one glance at my hair, and although she appeared calm, you could see that she too knew it was poorly done. She asked me to come back the next day, so she could get my hair fixed. The next day they called and needed to reschedule me to the following Wednesday. That Wednesday I came in and they apologized multiple times and put me with a different stylist. My new stylist (Katelyn K.) was really sweet (which makes me feel so bad for writing the review, but I don’t want her messing up anyone else’s hair). She bleached my hair and even though it was still orange it looked better than when I had left a few days earlier. She said that because my hair was dark that it would be a few more sessions until I loved my hair. I never get my hair done so, I trusted this and went back again in 8 weeks. Again, Katelyn K, bleached my hair and I left with an orange mess and a promise that next time it would be better. I have never been to a salon before or gone lighter, so I assumed having orange hair between sessions was normal. It wasn’t until my friend told me how bad my hair looked that I realized it wasn’t normal. I scheduled with a new salon and they were so upset about what was done to my hair. I had bleach bands around my hair and they darkened my roots with permanent color. She was shocked that they would let me walk around like this. My hair was also uneven and the bottom was completed fried. I told her that I had been wearing my hair in a bun for the last 5 months. I was so embarrassed by my hair, but I figured it was all part of the process. Watching her do my hair I could tell just how horrible the last salon did. My new stylist spent 8 hours on my hair. I left the salon at 1 in the morning and not once was she in a rush. She said she wouldn’t let me walk out of the door with hair that she wouldn’t wear herself. Ironically, the girl in the chair across from mine was getting her hair fixed from the same girl Katelyn K from Mild to Wild. Please avoid this place. She is a very sweet girl but they need more training and have outdated methods. I tipped very well each time and it sad that they didn’t care enough about me, as even a person, to make sure they were doing the right thing. My hair is no longer orange and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. If my review saves one persons hair then it will be worth it.

I just want to say that kara is honestly the best hairdresser i have ever been too. She always does an amazing job. I would recommend her to everyone. I love my new color. It turned out exactly how i wanted. Thanks mild to wild

They take their time while working on your hair. Ive never had a bad cut from there. All the stylists are so nice a d welcoming. I took my twin 1 year olds there and my 4 year old son one day and one of the gals opened the door for me before I even got to the sidewalk!

I had great customer service. After a bad hair dye, the manager helped me to get my hair healthy again. I recommend coming here, very sweet girls who care about their services. Will definitely go back!

Love this place! I get my hair and my Shellac done here, and I have loved it every time I go in. The girl who does my hair takes all my special requests without making me feel like it is a pain, and when I get the Shellac nails done they always look awesome and if one starts to peel up they fix it right away, usually for free! Prices are excellent, especially considering everything is such good quality. Most of the time they can even accommodate me as a walk in, which is awesome because I am terrible with appointments.Definitely the best place North of SLC!

Great staff. I get my hair cut every Saturday. All the girls there are very talented and capable! Great atmosphere and decor.

I wanted a faux hawk with a little length, showed pictures of what I wanted. Absolutely did not get it. Originally had long on left, right faded. For some reason the girl cutting my hair left the left side with more coverage, its still a comb to the left style, like half a pixie cut. Where its shaved down I have long random strands still sticking out. It was still wet and styled when I left so I did not notice until later. Getting it fixed elsewhere. I absolutely hate how my hair looks now.

Nicole is amazing! She is by far the best nail lady I have ever gone too. She is always so professional, clean, and neat. I just love her.

My husband (who knows close to nothing about hair) took our 10 y/o duaghter in. My work schedule tends to be later in the evening so I wasnt able to take her. I messaged him a couple pictures of a specific length and style. They did a fantastic job with little guidance! My duaghter has the cutest little bob cut! Plus, they thinned her hair so mornings will be much easier! Great job to Callie!

I dont know the name of the girl who did my nails, but they were horrible. Lumpy and different smile lines...I would not let her redo them and asked for someone else. She had been for almost 2 hours, no way was she going to work on them again. Whitney redid my nails and she did a fantastic job.

I came with a friend once and the hair dresser referred to her dread as poop and ugly. Then proceeded to suggest a hair style to my friend I had previously, which my friend mentioned. Then the hairdresser exclaimed loudly well yours will look way better whilst eyeing me, causing my friend to squirm uncomfortably. My friends hair turned out okay, but she was too shy to tell this loud in your face hairdresser how she really wanted it to look. I came back to get a pedicure from Noel and she was absolutely amazing, completely changing my previous impression of the salon.

I’ve been wanting to try Mild to Wild (Syracuse/Clearfield) for a while now. I have tried to get an appointment a couple of times. First a few months ago, but didn’t call early enough. Then this time I called WELL IN ADVANCE (I think at least a week). I told them I was particular and wanted a specific person. They gave me Caitlyn (spelling?). They scheduled for several days out on Wednesday, February 27. I made arrangements to leave work early to be there on time. I also moved other items on my schedule to make sure I could be there and on time. They called the day before to confirm.Then just now (2 hours before my appointment) they called and said “Shantell” I think that was her name) had something come up and wouldn’t be able to do my hair? I told the guy that “Caitlyn” was the stylist that I had the appointment with. He told me that she left early.So not only did the original stylist “flake” and leave early, but the one they passed me off onto did as well!!! Not cool! They didn’t offer any sort of rescheduling, either. Just left me hanging! I’m a BUSY person, like most professional working women. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate! I will NOT seek another appointment at MILD TO WILD. AND I will relay my experience to anyone I know!I seldom leave reviews. But this was very upsetting to me!

Horrible! I went here thinking... Im paying salon prices theyll have good stylists. Wrong!!!!! My boys hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. Its uneven chopped up mess. 😖 I will not be back. Beware!!

I have gone to this salon several times over the years. The last 3 appointments I have book they switch the time with out notifying me. Or they cancel the appointment, I show up to get my hair done and have to deal with chaos the last couple of time. I tip just as much as the hair cut or the service i get. Well you treat me like I am someone that does not tip, I will go to a salon that will take my money and give me the service I pay for!! You guys obviously need to get your books straight!!

I went here to get bangs and have the front of my hair layered. The lady cut WAY more than she should on my bangs and they looked uneven slopy and most of all: NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR; they were three times thicker than I asked and were cut WAY TO SHORT. The hair stylist then layered my hair THROUGHOUT my whole head when I specified that I only wanted the front of my hair layered. I called the salon the next day crying because my hair was a slopy mess. The owner went through and evened it out so my hair would look somewhat decent but I did not receive a refund and I am stuck with the THICK bangs that are WAY too short until my hair grows out. I am not happy and I will never be coming here again and I will never recommend anyone come here again.

I Had the worst experience of my whole entire life.first i called in and explained to the receptionist that i needed a stylist that was really really good with blonde hair.I went in with beautiful healthy hair that just needed my blonde touched up, it was grown out quit a bit i explained it we couldnt get it that light i was ok with an ombre look multiple time and as i was talking to her you could tell she didnt have as much knowledge and maybe just out of school and quoted me a really expensive price from $150-240 when the hairstylist was doing my hair she kept going out for smoke breaks she left to the store after putting the bleach on and didnt come back for like 25-30 minutes so the belach was already on my hair for a long time there was a band around it and she didnt know how to fix it so she left the bleach on it with a strong strength on the band for about 25 for minutes, when she finally took the bleach off my hair was 3 different colors it was lemon yellow on top a ring and my beautiful blonde, i got there about 2pm and was the last one there till about 7pm with 3 stylise trying to fix it and they did the best they could. so its now about 2 and half months later and my hair is completely fried so i have to let it grow out just to cut it all off again. my hair is completely ruined. I cannot think of her name but my hair has no hope :( the more experienced stylist tried there best to help.
