I can’t even give them 1 star. If there was a -5 star that still would not below enough. Company does not follow up on anything. If you are willing to do all the necessary calls to get the approval’s needed then you will find the service acceptable but. But, if you want a company that will follow through in timely manner without you having to check up on anything then go somewhere else. Worst service I have ever experienced.

The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We dealt with them for a wheelchair need before moving into Hospice care needs. There delivery/setup personnel made sure we understood how to use all equipment before leaving our home.

Chris with Family Medical/ Adapt Health did a great job delivering, setting up, and explaining the use of the oxygen machine and wheelchair.He was so nice and friendly. Our dog Gracie enjoyed the attention and treat Chris gave her while he was here. Thanks again Chris!

The service/delivery was great. Would have been better if the delivery person had waited and allowed me to inspect the e wheelchair before he left. I did find a couple things that I would have liked noted that should have been addressed before I took delivery.

I have been calling and leaving a voice-mail everyday for over a week to request equipment be picked up and no one returns my call. I can reach other locations, but Clayton never answer or responds.

Ms. Bethany is ALWAYS so helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond what she HAS to do.Very professional and friendly. Greets each person as they walk in. She is absolutely the BEST.

Each person who came out to set up and take away was timely and professional.Took time to explain how to work the bed, the oxygen tank and the oxygen machine.

The driver who did the install was very good I give him a 5 however the rest of your company stinks management is terrible Communications is awful honestly Im surprised you have any customers the only reason why I gave you two stars is because of your driver otherwise there wasnt a low enough rating to describe my frustration

As a customer service representative at this location, I cant speak highly enough of the wonderful women that I work with here. Each of my coworkers care tremendously for our customers and patients and go out of their way on a daily basis to help them. The company truly cares about their patients and I am glad to be a part of this team. We offer a wide variety of products so come by or call us with any questions!

I had the best customer service experience here! All the staff was very helpful but one person that caught my eye was Joye Parker! :) She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied from the time coming in the store until I left. Way to show that southern hospitality y’all!

I am a CSR here and I can personally say we care about each and every one of our patients. We work hard for them and correspond with doctors offices on their behalf to help take care of their needs. We are open Monday -Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and closed on major holidays. We do offer an on call service to assist in needs after hours and weekends. I worked with Brittany at this location and she was outstanding! She was extremely helpful with the process, explanation of any hiccups, and followed through to delivery of the item needed. Five star are because of the Customer Service provided by Andrea. She is extremely helpful and, follows through with what she says. As long as she is there she will be the only one me and my Wife will work with. Before working with her we where looking for a different company to get medical supplies from.

Had a wonderful experience there today, March 8, 2019. The ladies there are so friendly and are well experienced in their jobs. Been there several times and always have a good visit. Highly recommended.

They are very dishonest and their equipment is all broken and antiquated. Things like double billing Over charging medicare and then sending you a bill for a balance you never agreed to. They make you give them a credit card number to do business with them and then put all kinds of charges on it without asking you and say you agreed to it and its legal under the terms of your agreement. THIS company borders on criminal so steer clear of them at all costs. We gave them back all of the stuff we were renting for my elderly mom and bought it outright and it was much cheaper than dealing with Family Medical.

Family Medical in Clayton gave been great to work with both in the office and over the phone for my c-pap supplies. They answer all my questions. Bethany is very patient with me. My supplies always come in a timely manner.Jeanne

Everyone at the Clayton office is very nice. I have problems with correct replacement dates for cpap supplies. Just can’t seem to get it right and I have to correct them every time I go by or call. I personally think they don’t pay enough attention to details in their system or maybe it is just that the system is difficult. This is very frustrating.

This store carries CBD oils, gummies, pain cream, massage oil and even pet treats! I suffer from arthritis, tremors, depression, and anxiety - along with just typical old age aches and pains. Ever since I have tried their oils, I feel like a new person. The pains leave my body about 30 minutes. It is a new everyday ritual for me and they are always so kind and patient when I have questions and let me wait in their comfy lift chairs when there is a wait. Thank you ladies! AWESOME JOB!

Very caring folks. My gal say there was a little hiccup in paperwork. Said she would call & take care of. I’ve been with Family Medical Supply for over a year now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an appointment today with Joy. She made my visit very easy going with instructions on how to use my new CPAP machine. This is my first time in 40 years using such equipment. She explained each piece of equipment very thoroughly. And I can say she is a wonderful and very professional CSR with Family Medical Supply. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to show me how to use and clean this machine.

Very wonderful ladies who work in there. All of them.They are all passionate about personal needs. Definitely coming back

WONDERFUL LADIES IN THIS OFFICE! I CANNOT EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR THEM ENOUGH, SEE YOU SOON!!!!!!!!!

I suffer from cluster headaches, one of the most painful afflictions one can have. I was out of oxygen and called for refills on Monday afternoon. I was told I would receive it Tuesday. No delivery came. When I didnt hear from anyone come Wednesday afternoon I called. I was told I would receive the oxygen that afternoon. No delivery was made. I called Thursday morning and demanded to speak to a manager. I was told I would receive my oxygen that afternoon. AGAIN no delivery. Of course I suffered through a two hour attack on Tuesday and a head banging FOUR hour attack on Wednesday night from 6-10 pm. Thursday night I called at 5:40 and got the after hours line. I didnt get a call back until 8:00PM and of course it was too late to receive a delivery. On Friday I received my oxygen. After this round of clusters I will obviously find a provider who cares about the suffering of their customers.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. worst customer service and billing practices i have ever dealt with. unapologetic and snide.
