You can’t have a business if you rarely answer your phone and when the phone is answered it always seems as if it was an annoyance to answer. You have to call a good handful of times for someone to MAYBE pick up. The older gentleman who usually does the glasses fitting has always seemed to be irritated by all customers.The glasses quality is not that great for how expensive they are. Also, I have been wearing glasses all of my life and NEVER have I ever had to get my eyes dilated as much as this office does it. They have done it every appointment I have had for the last 4 years. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place with better ratings and service.

I have used Optical Fashion Center for many years, while living in Dayton, first at their Salem Avenue location near Wolf Rd and most recently in Hoke Plaza in Englewood. Ive always been very happy with their services and attention to detail. Sadly, Ive moved away from the Dayton area, to NW Ohio and they will be dearly missed.

Very unprofessional. I left before my appointment before it even started. Man behind the counter was incredibly rude. Do not recommend.

I went there a month ago to get glasses for my daughter. Since then Ive been told multiple lies about her glasses. They were also contacted by my insurance company and they gave them a different story. I was also told to go to eye mart. I canceled the order however, I was called today to schedule an appointment to pick up her glasses which were previously canceled weeks ago. When I got upset and asked for an explanation he told me another lie. He said they were the wrong glasses. I have never experienced so much hassle trying to get glasses for my daughter. That was the first and last time I will visit this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE it will save you a lot of stress.

Very poor customer service or I should say no customer service. Not sure they really cared that I was there. I would not recommend this place.

Recently visited this location for eye exam and glasses. Very disappointed especially with their low customer service. I felt I was being herded like cattle. The lady doctor who performed the eye exam was impatient and insensitive. She did not explain anything that she did or why she was doing it. When I did not wish to do a particular exam unrelated to the exam for glasses, the doctor became especially rude, impatient and irritated. I do not recommend this office unless you are rich, have a good credit card or excellent insurance or are White. You might be end up being very disappointed too.

The doctors are fine, and the staff are usually decent. But if you dont call at just the right time you get the voicemail or busy signal for hours. It makes it very difficult to change or schedule an appointment, or check if your glasses are in yet without physically stopping by the store.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE they close for a 1.5 hours for lunch (totally inconvenient for working people) I come after lunch the man who fits you with glasses was completely RUDE he pretty much told me I could go to eye mart because it was cheaper it’s like he didn’t want to help me I then went to the receptionist that was just playing on her phone she to seemed to be bothered with me this place needs to be shut down they have no customer services congratulations optical fashions you have lost a Potentially great customer DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Very disappointed in the customer service. Both times I called the assistant seems to be in a rush. I did not receive a call the day before my appointment, so I called to confirm my appointment and the young lady said, all her appointments were canceled for Friday. I asked why I did not get a call she said it was the wrong number. I told her to confirm the phone number and that was the correct number. Lack of professionalism.

Firstly Ive been going here for several years after changing insurances and Ive overall had a good time with their service. However, the quality of the frames do not justify the price. Over half of the frames i have gotten here have been such poor quality that every single screw broke within the first week. I mean even the screws holding on the nose pads. EVERY screw.This review is being written now after previously being followed by an assistant through the entire store and was immensely rushed to leave as they wanted their hour long lunch and early close that they have a majority of the time. With the most recent experience being the receptionist lying to me about what my insurance would pay for and the glasses I was rushed to pick had every screw broken within 30 hours of regular non-intensive use.Youre honestly better off going to Wal-Mart if you can, as they accept a slew of insurances with far better quality for price.

They did a good job on my kids eyes

Would not recommend this place they do not keep there schedule appointment!

They overbook so there is a long wait.
