Be careful!!!! The security they contract out has been allowing people to work after being exposed to covid by other staff members quote Theres no way we could allow that many people off work to get tested , just because of one person . Not safe, for a health care company I would assume they would have stressed the importance of Covid transparency.

Well Care is an insurance company with the Centene Plaza building. Not a high quality or helpful firm. I would avoid using WELL CARE.....they are not that well and do not care.

Really and truly an amazing company to work for considering its a corporation. You dont find values and morals in an organization this large typically, but this company holds true to its mission statement and really values its employees.

I have applied to this company for years and found that you can only work here if you know someone or through a temp agency. Its disappointing but I guess thats the way they do business.

If I could give this PATHETIC company zero stars I would. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I’ve read the poor reviews on Glassdoor and Google prior to accepting a position at the Company. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks into my contract assignment, we are on a call with Corporate office and all HR Recruiters and there is a huge brawl about how the company’s hiring practices are unfair. Some big wig named Daniel, was all flustered in the call. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I realized my mistake. I then proceed to see the same unfair hiring practices in the Orlando office. Two recent temp were hired and it had nothing to do with “qualifications” but being friends with the boss (Traci Somach). Constantly demean and put down Recruiters who had more experience than her. Bully. Hostile work environment. Do not work for this Company. Poor Mgt. Racist culture. Lack of preparation. Do not adhere to temp contract terms. Temps were let go after the holiday season after covering for all the Full time employees who enjoyed their vacations while temps work. Back stabbing, sneaky, unprofessional and very poorly managed company. Like I said ZERO STARS!

Your human resources are screwed up. Your Taleo HRIS is mal-configured such that if a an individual applies 10 months ago, as identified by email on that direct applicants profile for a job application, if a staffing agency represents that same person for a contract role, the staffing agency is unable to submit the candidate for a contract role.Yet when you have a dozen staffing agencies vying for the same software or database developer role from the same St. Louis labor market, it only cause confusion and delay. The staffing agencies all lie to to the candidate and a corrupt and horribly run Centene human resources makes no attempt to be clear and use proven HR social science methods to choose the best candidate for contract.When you replace your HR VP with a new one, I truly doubt any changes comes to the Centene HR policies, procedures, and methods, with regard to advertising for, choosing, vetting, and hiring one of the most qualified.In competing for your many technical writer roles in the last 18 moths, this is what Ive encountered. Hell, Id be a better VP of HR than any candidate that applies, and certainly your current HR VP.Anyone can get a diploma from Webster University, the joke that it is, throw enough money at them. Same goes for all the joke universities in the St. Louis area. Look what the Colorado-state front range, Washington State, and certainly California.

Good corporation for investors. They keep the money and dont pay claims.

This company calls my phone number multiple times a day from multiple numbers, does not leave a voicemail and the call back number is a fax machine! What kind of company runs like this?? What do they even want??
