Receptionist nice & friendly then tech that took imagining was very nice, efficient, and professional. I arrived for my appointment and was in/out in no time. Feeling good with the services that where provided.Excellent place to get imaging done !!!!

My first visit here and I am impressed. I was referred here by my primary care doctor for mammogram and ultrasound. They were very prompt in contacting me after receiving the referral and very communicative. They scheduled me for the first available appointment and during the time before the appointment they made extra efforts to try and track down records of previous procedures elsewhere to allow them to be better informed. Unfortunately first appointment had to be rescheduled due to radiologist being sick but they were efficient in getting me rescheduled a week later. I arrived about 25 minutes early and they took me quickly. Front desk staff were friendly and got my new patient/insurance done quickly and I was called back 5 minutes before my appointment. Two ladies who did my mammogram were very nice, comforting, and personable. My ultrasound tech was Rachel. She was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. Overall, great experience. They make something that can be unpleasant a bit more tolerable.

Staff is super nice!Sat in waiting room maybe 5 minutes before call back..that was awesome in my opinion.I did paperwork the night before & submitted, walked in & checked in, easy.Out within 30 minutes!

They were not pleased with what they were seeing in my first mammogram and they called me quickly and gave me another appointment for more screenings. Mrs. Suzy and Dr. Litton where truly attentive and caring with me and they sat down with me and looked in my eyes and explained everything to me. Thank God everything was ok. I felt so much love and care from them. They truly care about their patients. Thank you for all you guys do.

I’ve been going to the Clayton location every 6 months for over 5 years now and have always had a positive experience. The ladies in the front office are always nice, the mammogram and ultrasound techs are thorough, but always comforting and kind. I’ve had Rachel as my ultrasound tech a couple of times now, and she’s my favorite. Love her! Today I actually met the radiologist that read the results, and that was a plus.

Seems clean so far. On first floor & easy to find. My only beef is they wont let me (supportive Husband) accompany the Mrs (nervous Wife). Came here to hold her hand during procedure but told have to stay in waiting room......... After Wife gets out, shes telling me it wasnt bad, Staff is friendly and I better leave a nice Google review.

Service here is always quick even from getting appointments scheduled when youve been reffered. I was terrefied having to get mammogram for the first time & Mrs. Suzy gave me a great peace of mind..laughed my nerves right on away. All the staff Ive encountered is always friendly & have positive attitudes.

I have been going to this location prior to the name change and have always had very professional and personal service. This last time attending - Sara was very pleasant at check in and Brandi was very professional. Asking questions about being vaccinated and my history. For something that is seen as unpleasant - I feel very comfortable at Cardinal Points Imaging.

I just had my yearly mammogram and they made a not so pleasant procedure into a tolerable one! All the staff were so friendly, nice, and very personable. The waiting area, changing room, and imaging area were all very clean and the service was very fast as well. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Great job!

Nice location for me as it is not but 10 minutes from home. All the staff was very nice. Everything was well explained for my MRI on my shoulder. Marcia was my patient care coordinator, Kevin and Ari were the technologist. Ari was very good in explaining what I would be though. Both were helpful in getting my painful shoulder in the correct position for the MRI. I would recommend this business. The only complaint I have is when I first called how much the cash cost was and was not given the correct cost. It was a little higher then what I was told but the receptionist apologized and said someone didnt provide me the correct cost when I had called.

From the front desk to the tech, staff was very welcoming. Kevin knows how to put a painless IV in! The MRI machine is shorter and wider which helped a lot with my claustrophobia. The office itself was very clean as well. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been coming here for the last 4 to 5 yrs. Everyone is always pleasant. I went on 7/20/20. The mammo technologist Jessica was wonderful. She was very kind. Explained everything she was doing before she did it. Keep up the fantastic work.

Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because of the tech who gave my husband the MRI. but the woman who checked him in is rude, and needs a lesson on manners or might just be doesnt like Latin people...ummm not sure which because she definitely has no manners on how to treat people who come inside getting a MRI and is concerned about their health.

My son came here for his MRI and it was a wonderful experience. Sarandon checked us in with a smile. Eddie was great during the exam. My son even fell asleep during the exam he was so comfortable. Not a normal thing for my boy. Highly recommend!

This facility cancelled my appointment twice - the 1st time one hour before my appointment and the 2nd time - 45 minutes before my appointment. They claimed not to have received my images from previous tests. I asked them to let me know if they did not receive my images in time for the 2nd appointment and they did not - just called to cancel. This puts undue stress on the patient when questions about a serious prognosis are on the line.

Received an automated phone call from them stating, I had an appointment for my yearly mammogram on 718/20. I go to the appointment walk in the building go to the office open the door and to my surprise NO ONE IS IN THERE!! So I call the contact number and of course no one answers. How can you leave your office open like that. If Im lying check the cameras. Nope will not be trusting my girls with you!

Horrible customer experience with Dr. Inga Edwin. I would strongly advise anyone to request a different doctor and avoid her. She focused on covering herself first and foremost. I have been here a couple times and previously had a great experience and the staff is trying their best and very nice and apologized for the doctor.

I am 73 years old so I’ve had many mammograms. The one I had today was the MOST painful one I’ve ever had. The tech was incredibly rough, I felt I was handled like a ball of bread dough the way she grabbed, yanked and pulled. Also she keeps kept barking at me to do this and don’t do that and was extremely impatient with me. She was very abrupt and disrespectful and I will NEVER go back there.

Excellent experience here! They had an opening come up on a Sunday and I was able to get in a week earlier than my appointment. I went in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and put all my fears to ease. I highly recommend wearing comfy clothes without metal so you do not have to wear a gown. The picture of the truck outside is where they took me for my MRI. They even have headphones to listen to the music of your choice during the procedure.

This Raleigh Radiology location is super convenient for the people of Johnston County so we do not have to drive into Raleigh. And it is right near the Hospital and other medical offices so its easy to take care of everything in one day. Plus the staff is great :)

Today I had to take my 3yo in for a chest xray and the entire staff from the receptionist (Marcia) to the xray technologist (Sarah) were phenomenal! As a mother who is caring for a sick child and a little nervous for him they put my mind at ease!! Great experience and even though I hope not to need them again I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed any further imaging.

My daughter just went there for a pregnancy sonogram ( 2nd time she’s had this same Sonogram tech). This woman was awful. She was cold, rude and not accommodating. What should have been a happy experience was ruined because of this miserable woman.

Front desk associate was very friendly. My daughter injured her back in gym class and went here for an Xray. The technician, Suzy called her name out into the waiting room and my daughter got up slowly. The technician became hostile. We are going to need to move along she said, I have another patient waiting. She is injured and in pain was my reply. This seemed to be of no importance to her. She rushed us down the hall and remained hostile and rushy throughout her exam. When asking my daughter questions about her clothing she pulled at her Jeans instead of politely asking her if she was wearing Jeans or an elastic band. The way she made contact, again showed no concern or patience for her feelings or physical condition. She was also hesitant to issue a CD. No bed side manner. Uncaring. Inconsiderate. I dont reccomend.
