I found Zack Alexander on Instagram. He is a wonderful person with a huge capacity to love and care. I live in Alabama and I’m planning a visit to meet this amazing soul and receive his healing energy sometime this summer. I will update my review once I officially get a reiki session. I’m extremely grateful and proud of Zack’s journey. He’s already helped me so much through all he does for his social media community!

Zack is 1000% on and there for you in session and out of session! His guidance is steady and from a place of deep love and understanding, helping you feel whole and seen. His energy work will pull whats inside up and have you take a look, but in a gently guided and compassionate way. I recommend Zack 100%!

Zack is beyond gifted in the healing arts and it is always a pleasure working with him! He is aware, tapped in, kind and super insightful. Making the decision to work with Zach was one of the best decisions I made entering into the new year. Working with Zack has been so helpful in my healing process and my path to a more conscious way of living and relating. Over the course of several sessions talking with Zack, I was given insight into things I was experiencing and feeling, and was offered practical tools to support my work to become more grounded, whole, and empowered. With his help, I have noticed I am more easily able to tune into what is going on in my body and pay attention to what my intuition is telling me, which leads to me being much happier and more balanced in general.Having reiki done on me was a new experience for me. Going in to it I was a bit unsure, but open minded and eager to explore it. I was amazed with how it went. Everything Zack brought to the surface and shed light on for me really lined up with the things I had been feeling, but hadn’t been able to fully understand. I cannot recommend Zack and his services enough. I’ve only had 3 sessions with him so far, and he has without a doubt changed the course of my life with just those 3 sessions together. After our first session he had such a strong impact on me I was able to overcome my additions (which I’ve had for YEARS), and end a 4-year-long relationship I was always too scared to put an end too. Several friends kept encouraging me to book a session with Zack… they couldn’t say enough and were rather insistent… after several prods from them, I booked. On the day I was to finally meet up with Zack, I was feeling really apprehensive and nervous. My appointment included a talk session and I was not at all looking forward to sharing deep talk with a stranger (I tried to keep an open mind but secretly dreaded the whole talk part).However, I was truly surprised when we began. Where I had been so afraid, I found it amazingly easy to talk to Zack. His open honesty and vulnerability lended me a strength in my own self that I don’t often feel. I felt safe and I felt loved. I felt my walls coming down. I found myself remembering things I had not thought of in years and sharing information I didn’t even know I had. It was beautiful and it was transformational… and Zack was my guide and my healer along the way…I am thankful for the experience and look forward to working with him more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about how Zack has helped me, and on so many different levels! The combination of Talk Therapy and Reiki that Zack offers has helped to support me through an incredibly difficult time in my life. With Zack’s guidance I have moved through difficulties towards a healthier, stronger, happier version of myself that I didn’t believe really existed until Zack guided me in that direction. I began working with Zack in person a while ago, but with the quarantine situation we have to meet via Zoom for now. Remarkably, and I would not have believed it unless I’d experienced it, the Reiki healing part of our sessions has been just as effective as a distance healing technique as it was in person. As an energy practitioner myself I found myself in search for someone to help guide me through some energy blocks I’d been experiencing for quite sometime - I set the intention to have a session that day and began my search - who knew google would led me to Zack- after reading his bio I knew he was who I wanted- now to get a last minute appointment is highly unlikely however trusting the process was able to get a session that very day - he booked me at 5 on that Friday evening graciously staying to be of service ! From the moment I sat down , as his reiki session starts with conversation , I felt safe sharing I felt understood and I felt his gifts being shared in a humble nurturing way ! Great intuition and feedback - helping me to set goals and boundaries - once on the table his abilities to see where my energy blocks were and help break up that stuck energy ! Zack provided me keen insight and healing for core personal issues which had remained hidden despite decades of doctors, drugs and therapy. Through a series of revelatory sessions, I was provided a solid pathway for finding proper answers and holistic repair through practices involving meditation, energy balance, self-awareness and kindness. I find myself very lucky and eternally grateful to have found in Zack someone who may have honestly reset and perhaps even saved my life… truly a humbling and life-altering experience.

After being extremely frustrated with conventional therapy techniques, I discovered Zack through a random Google search. I really don’t think there was anything random about it, but that I was truly guided to him. I had been to talk therapy for quite a while, but it just wasn’t helping in the way that I needed it. After my first session it was very obvious to me that, “This guys gets it!! He is quite gifted, and I believe he can finally help me in a way that is meaningful”. Our sessions are part talk and part Reiki/energy work. Zack is extremely easy to talk to. He is very down to earth and you can tell he really wants to help. I felt very safe and relaxed. It was quite easy to open up about very hard and personal issues. I appreciated the way he explains what’s happening on an energetic level to help me really understand what is going on within my mind and body. The Reiki energy work is especially enlightening and is really helping me to release some negative energies that I am having trouble letting go. The information that he shares after is extremely insightful. It informs me and makes me think about things in ways that I might not have. I am so grateful to be working together for my own healing journey, and I highly recommend him for yours.

My experience with Zack was my first time doing distance reiki. Historically I’ve always had sessions in person and I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Zack totally worked with my schedule and laid out the expectations right away. The first part of our session was really digging into what I was dealing with, what my intentions were for the session, and I was really happy with how comfortable I felt sharing. I felt completely safe being vulnerable about what I was struggling with and I appreciated that Zack held the space but also gave me insights so we could better target what we wanted to focus on.When he started the reiki portion of our session I was again really impressed with how much I was able to feel/experience. Having never done distance before I was concerned I wouldn’t have as deep of an experience and was quickly proven wrong. It was amazing talking after and discovering that he was in tune with everything I had felt/seen. So much of what came up on his end resonated with me and really helped me find perspective on an area of my healing journey that I’ve been neglecting.In the two weeks since I’ve really appreciated that he’s checked in on me, asked how some of my meditation work is going that he recommended. He really truly cares about my happiness and well being. I’ve met a lot of people in the spiritual/energy world at this point in my life and I say with full confidence that Zack is the real deal. I would recommend him to anyone in my life and look forward to seeing how his gifts continue to help people.

Even though I had known Zack on a personal level outside of Reiki, I was taken aback by how professional the session was and how we were able to go much deeper than a typical conversation between friends. Needless to say the session was surprisingly insightful. He made me think deeper about certain topics then I ever have before. There was more than one “a ha” or “ohhhhh” moment during the session. I felt that I was able to tell Zack things that I normally wouldn’t talk about to other people or at all. He gave me advice on how to actually meditate and why it might not have worked for me in the past. We got to the root of a lot of things just within the first session. I honestly learned a lot about myself while talking to Zack. Since it was distance healing I wasn’t sure I was going to feel anything but I was surprisingly calm and even felt a slight breeze or cooling sensation while Zack worked on me from afar. Zack is so in tune that he called me the second I started to sit up before our scheduled call back time. I love Zack personally and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting/needing to heal and learn more about themselves.

I met Zack when I walked into Demun Healing to see a friend and ended up booking an appointment with him for the next day, even though Im cautious about reiki and who I allow practice energy healing on me. A few things I look for in an energy healer is a desire to help people and less of a focus on money or gaining a client no matter what, as well as humility and an absence of ego while using spiritual gifts. Zack is very gifted as well as humble and generous. I was working through something really heavy at the time and the council Id received up until my first session with him had been one dimensional and frustrating and I was ready to do something rash, but I came into alignment with my journey through some of the first words out of Zacks mouth. They were surprisingly simple and accurate and I was like, oh my gosh, youre right. That rings true, for the first time ever. Now, half a dozen sessions with him later, I have much greater clarity intuitively, Ive grown more grounded, and have experienced some intense shifts in myself (my husband was almost instantly impacted as well). Zack has been an vital part of my journey so far through healing and awakening.
