In this day in age, having online booking capabilities is such a great convenience for clients and was the initial reason I started coming. I appreciate that there is usually an availability within a few days of looking and Pam is my go-to therapist. She listens and is able to always address whatever issues I might have! COVID safe and always clean.

I was brought in quickly after calling to let them know I was there. Their COVID protocols in place made me feel safe. The staff was very kind and courteous and the massage was very relaxing. I felt very comfortable with the overall experience! Highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Pam at Pure Balance for a couple of years now and the experience never disappoints. Booking is super easy through the MindBody app. Pam is a delight and is methodical in her practice. At the end of our sessions she often leaves me with a takeway stretch or exercise.

The only bad thing Ive come across here is when you have to get up to leave; youre almost too relaxed to drive home. Ive never had anything less than an excellent experience here. Their COVID protocol is pretty good too; just make sure your mask is comfortable to lay down in. If youre stressed out or just want to relax, I highly recommend getting a massage here.

I called trying to get a massage the day of, and I received nothing but 5 star service from booking my appointment, the appointment itself, to when I left. Megan took my appointment over the phone and was very friendly, sweet, and helpful. The shop itself is very clean, homey, and decorative. Wendy, the therapist I worked with, was also very friendly and kind. She is very talented with her technique, and I felt so relieved and relaxed afterward. When I went to leave they did ask if I wanted to book another appointment, and I declined for the moment just because of my schedule. I was not pressured into any sales massages or any other products which I was so grateful for. Both Megan and Wendy kindly thanked me. I will definitely be back, and I happily signed myself up for their newsletter.

The atmosphere is super calm and relaxing, and they offer a wide variety of massages designed to target exactly what you need. Pam was excellent, she helped relieve a lot of pain I had and found tightness in muscles I had no idea where tight, and she was very enjoyable to chat with. She also gave me some stretches I can do to relieve and avoid tightness from aerial, running, and sitting at a computer all day at work. Through the course of the hour I was able to give her useful information about myself and my hobbies so she could target problem areas for me. I had horrible upper back pain that she was able to relieve most of, and I can move my head around without excruciating pain now. In the paperwork, you can specify whether you like to chat or have quiet, and I appreciated that because I do like chatting, but I know not everyone does. I absolutely recommend coming here.

I have had a few massages here, but I really enjoyed my massage with Satin. The office is always clean and staff is friendly. The prices are very reasonable.

Aaron is awesome. I understand that some people is so used to get massages from woman but he is really well trained (in Thailand) . He finds really easy all the nuts and tight muscles and bit them up with the pressure that you need. I totally recommend him.
