The customer service is AMAZING! My family member is 8 months pregnant with a lot of mobility issues not only did they come out to vehicle to service her, the brought everything out to car as well. Best customer service I’ve received in 5 years in Clarksville. The wonderful women Amber and Cindy are simply beyond amazing. Their bubbly attitudes were simply infectious. I left feeling better than when I had arrived.

So I live in Iowa and was in Clarksville visiting my mom grave and realized I left a piece for bipap machine at home and thought ordering it would cost an arm and leg so I decided to look local supply stores and came across spring creek and let me tell you the lady Victoria was awesome, friendly, and super helpful I’m not sure who the manager was but they gave me the piece for free of charge now that’s a real blessing in a world full of so much hate right now we need more people like mrs. Victoria and the rest of her teammates out here. Thanks guys I’ll never forget this!!!

I got my pump through this medical supply company. It was supposed to be 100% covered so I was surprised when I got a bill for $300 for it a few months later. Most places would’ve said well your insurance didn’t cover it so you have to pay it but not this company. They went out of their way to fight the insurance to make sure it was approved. I am grateful for what they did because when I tried to fight insurance about it they told me to kick rocks. Definitely would recommend!

Madison was so easy to work with to get my breast pump! She answered all of my questions and gave suggestions on what would work best for my lifestyle. She was always very quick to respond to emails. Working with insurance can be difficult, but Madison took care of all of that for me. Definitely recommend!

Amelia and Rachel were wonderful amazing lifesavers. Visiting from out of town I had messed up my CPAP and needed a new water chamber. Although I had to get a prescription from my home state they were able to resolve this and I have a new water chamber in less than 2 hours!! Sweet dreams and THANK YOU!!!

Ally helped me pick out my FREE breast pump! We did all of our conversing over the phone, which can be tricky at times, but she made the process so easy and actually fun! We FaceTimed, and I got to physically see the breast pump options I had, which is a major plus for me being a first time mom. Called the company about getting a knee crutch and asked if they took my insurance... The woman said yes and to have my husband bring the prescription and insurance there before 5pm... When he got there they told him they dont take the insurance and was rude..

I love this company. Always friendly when I go in. My lil one is very difficult with those she does not know & they were patient with her. I tried the order supplies this time around & love the option. However maybe the delivery person should not come off so shady. In a dark colored unmarked vehicle & just sat the box by my front door no knock or anything. With the current manhunt it was kinda a tense moment.

I just recently became a client and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service that I received. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Update: This establishment recently decided to discontinue offering CPAP supplies, and while they have the right to operate their business as they see fit I thought that the fact that they didnt see fit to give their customers some prior notice so that other arrangements could be made as poor customer service on their part. I only hope that their remaining customers dont suffer the same fate that we did. Choose wisely when it comes to who you give your money to for services because you do have a choice.

I’ve been using Spring Creek Medical Supply for my CPAP supplies for over a year now and they have been wonderful! They are friendly from the time you walk through the door to every phone call you have with them.The first visit was very informative and they took me in the back and showed me how all of my supplies connected and operated. They answered all of my questions and even allowed me to return my nasal pillows mask and exchange it for a full face mask. They were determined to find the right combination of supplies that would work for me.I cannot say enough good things about this place and the employees there. They are exemplary!

Chose this place after having an initial negative experience with a different company.....This place is what customer service is.From the minute my doctor sent the equipment request, they were on top of the ball. They called me the same day to start the process. None of that 1-2 weeks, Ill hear from someone mentality.When there was a delay, due to having them having to confirm something with my physician - they let me know ahead of time.During the appointment, everyone was personable and a pleasure to talk to, especially the lady who assists with the sleep masks, which says a lot as I dont care to speak to people...Everyone you speak to over the phone seems to be local, as opposed to other medical companies where they are overseas.Not a place it seems I would have to chase, to get what I need.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Rachael over at Spring Creek Medical Supply. She was so easy to work with as it appears the rest of the stall are. However Rachael took the time to treat me as I am her only customer and put me on the right track fitting me with a CPAC mask. They are service orientated and people friendly. I also had the experience of watching another staff member provide some hand holding on a SoClean CPAC cleaner. Top drawer company to do business with!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my CPAP equipment from this office. I enjoy talking to the staff. They all seem very knowledgeable about the products they offer. They are also locally-owned and operated. You cant go wrong with this company.

This company will lie and tell you that you dont owe anything to get you to pick up medical supplies then they send you a bill in the mail...staff lied on multiple occasions regarding billing....the bill was only $46.00 but its the principal....then when they suggest that you refile it with the insurance they send you another bill with a late fee....

This medical supply company will not provide me a written estimate of charges. Also why did I have to go through a night of mask fittings for a CPAP to be referred and now they want to fit me again. Tricare needs to check this company out and make sure we are not getting ripped off.Actually I walked to the hospital and got another consult when you called. I would not do service with a company who does not understand that they are in business for the customer. It is most obvious that your company. If you do not know what is done at the sleep study clinic you should ask. I also called my sleep study clinic and told them that you were going to fit me for a mask after I tried five different masks in an eight hours night sleep. Businesses that want to duplicate what has been done and charge for it do not need to support the military.
