Finally a provider who listens to me and were able to diagnose my pain after being disregarded by other providers for 7 years.

Being pregnant for the first time is really exciting but can be pretty scary and confusing at the same time.Today I had my first appointment with the midwife, Mrs Farmer, and she was incredibly nice with me. She explained and answered all of my questions even though I was pretty nervous in the beginning.I left the establishment happy that I was able to see my baby. Mostly happy that I choose a good and professional clinic. I am sure they will take good care of my baby and I.A small inconvenience was that my husband wasnt allowed inside, but hopefully soon that will change and he will be able to be present.

Love this office! Everyone is so sweet. The front office staff is very friendly. Dr. Lisa McIntosh and her nurse are wonderful. She listens and has wonderful bedside manner. Much like an old friend, you can tell she genuinely cares. I’m very happy I chose this practice!

There was a bit of a wait, but I was a new patient and sometimes emergencies come up. My nurse poked her head in and let me know she didnt forget about me, so that was also nice. All staff members were extremely nice and professional. I saw Ms. Sabyl and she was extremely patient with my questions and concerns as Im a complex patient. Im very happy so far with my care there.

Dr McIntosh was very kind and made sure I didn’t have any questions left unanswered. He has so much experience that as a new patient I feel totally comfortable being under his care. The other staff is kind and helpful as well.

Dr. Macintosh was very easy to talk to. He was understanding and helpful. I look forward to working with him in the future to improve my health.

I never give public reviews, but feel compelled to review my experience with Dr Lisa. Hands down the most informative and thorough appointment I’ve had with any physician ever. She made time for me, listened to me, answered my questions and didn’t act like she was in a rush to get out of there. She’s obviously very knowledgeable and understands how to speak to a patient in laymen’s terms. I was super impressed! In an age when physicians seem to be put out and impatient by face to face interactions, Dr Lisa was a breath of fresh air. Also, her nurse called me several weeks before my appointment because I had questions and she was very kind and spent the time on the phone to give me information. She was also very helpful while I was in the office. Can’t say enough about what a positive experience it was, and that is so rare these days.

I am very pleased with my visit today at the Women’s Health Center of Clarksville. Dr. McIntosh was personable and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. He eloquently addressed any concerns I had. BY FAR the best experience I’ve had with a health care professional throughout my pregnancy journey!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. McIntosh today. My experience was top notch. He listened to me, answered all my questions in detail, and took time to make sure I understood what was involved with my case. I am over the moon to find a dr. with his level of expertise, but still seems to enjoy his profession. The office staff was professional and friendly as well. COME HERE!!

I had my first appointment at Women’s Health Center with Dr. McIntosh. The clinic was clean, had a large waiting area, and all of the staff members I encountered were very friendly and informative. Dr. McIntosh answered all of my question for my tubal ligation that I feel absolutely comfortable to proceed with the surgery with him.

The 2 stars are for Dr. Hillary who was friendly and quick with it, and acknowledged that it was bad that I waited almost 1.5 hours to even get called to the back to wait 30 minutes more for a 5 minute pap. Theres no reason I needed my full lunch hour + 2 hours sick leave (1 of which was unexpected) for a simple yearly check up. I checked with the front desk lady after an hour of waiting (granted - I should have checked sooner but I didnt want to be that lady, and now Im this lady writing an upset review). After being checked , I was supposed to wait to get blood drawn out, but I had to leave because I was coming up on my 3rd hour there and needed to get back to work.Its probably a good place if you get seen in a timely manner, and can actually get your full appointment done.

Dr. William McIntosh and Hilliary Wynn are incredible! I’ve been seen several times for follow up appointments and they’ve been thorough, nice, and so informative! They both have taken time to answer questions and make sure my concerns or questions are heard. They’ve never kept me waiting long and don’t rush out either. I feel such a relief knowing I’m in good hands.

(Writing under my Husband’s Google account) he was very informative, listened to and answered all of my questions and concerns, and scheduled procedure immediately. Very happy with bedside manner! He was just so nice and never made me feel like I was a number to get in and get out of the door. He also made my Husband feel at ease before and after my procedure. And after my procedure (ablation), the recovery was amazingly quick with minimal pain/discomfort. Very grateful to Dr. MacIntosh!

This facility is absolutely amazing! Dr. Macintosh and the entire staff (admin. staff, nurses, phlebotomist, ultrasound tech) made me feel very comfortable and put my nerves at ease during every single one of my appointments with their kindness and professionalism. The best place I have been since Been here (3years) lived in Clarksville. The staff was Friendly and professional. Normally I go to a place n they just send me right out the door.. This place do their studies. Actually figure out what’s been going on for years with me and fixed it. I’m beyond grateful for the doctors and the staff. I switched doctors at 28 weeks and I must say my first impression was a great one. I’m so glad I made the switch. The staff are all so friendly and I loved Dr. McIntosh from the moment she set foot in the room. She instantly made me feel comfortable and ensured all my questions were answered. Very friendly staff! I was seen quickly and I feel like Dr. William McIntosh really cared and listened to my concerns. I was concerned seeing a male doctor (bad experiences in the past), but he was charismatic and had great bedside manner and really put my care first. I’m super happy I chose them for my care.

I called on a Monday evening concerning test results they actually called my mom about.Told them some issues I would soon be having due to my insurance and was asked if I could come in the very next day at 3:20. I agreed as long as my boss was okay with a short notice appointment.We ended the phone call with her say “see you tomorrow at 3:20”So I showed up for my appointment and they tell me it’s the next day. When I was told to be there THAT day. She told me they couldn’t get me in for something they messed up.I was extremely frustrated considering I had left work hours early to make it to this appointment. They almost sounded like they were trying to place the blame on me for coming a day early. When I’m fact I wasn’t a day early. Someone just scheduled that appointment wrong.I work at a doctors office, the only one of its kind in a 50 mile radius, and when WE mess up we take responsibility and do what we can for that patient. That almost always means getting them in.Instead of running them out and telling them they are wrong.Maybe we should learn how to book appointments.

Im thankful to have found a wonderful Womens Health Center that really cares!Yesterday was my first visit to establish as a new patient. I was treated with great care.I really enjoyed seeing all the expecting moms, they were all so cute! Dr. Mac and Dr. Lisa are wonderful, and so are the nurses and receptionists. Honestly everyone here is wonderful. Dr. Mac was my OBGYN for my first pregnancy and delivery and Dr. Lisa took care of me the next day in recovery from my C-section. When I found out I was expecting again they were my first call. The entire staff remembered me and were so excited with me. I love everyone who works here. Best doctor experience I have ever had!

Dr is out of office. I cant receive refill on medication unless I call out of work tomorrow. I explained my work schedule 7am till 430. So, I cant come in. I was told I could just wait till next month. I have to call on the first day of my period to get this refill. I was told I have to meet with his nurse before she would write the rx. I completely understand a vacation. It just seems something should have been set in place.

I saw Sabyl and Dr. William Mac. They were very attentive and made my experience with my high risk 4th pregnancy better than I expected. I had to do a repeat C-Section with Dr.Mac and out of 4 I can honestly say it was the best I’ve had. It was really quick and went smoothly. I also got my tubes tied and that went quickly too. If this wasn’t my last baby I would have definitely wanted to use this health center again. The front staff are amazing and made me feel at home and I think they handled the COVID situation well. This was just an overall good experience for me, so thank you everyone and keep doing what you do!!

I missed a few appointments and they released me as a patient with no warning of any kind. I am 29 weeks pregnant and one of the appointments I missed was because I had an emergency with my son. I think it’s very unprofessional that they didn’t let me know if I missed one more appointment that I would be released as a patient. Also they didn’t even ask why I missed the appointment. So if you plan on going here I would recommend NEVER missing any appointments or they will “let you go” for malpractice.

I really felt listened to. Dr. Lisa McIntosh took probably more time than she should have with me. I was somewhat nervous about our discussion but left feeling educated and at ease. She is very knowledgable and I do recommend her.

Ive had one visit so far with Dr. Lisa and she was absolutely amazing, I dont think Ive ever felt so comfortable with a doctor before. The facility is very clean, the staff are so kind and quick moving. The nurses make sure youre comfortable and checked to make sure I was before moving forward. I absolutely cannot wait to go back for my next visit as this is the first time in a long time that Ive been given hope for fertility.

After moving to Clarksville, I found myself in need of an OBGYN. Dr McIntosh and his staff have excellent bedside manner. They took the time to answer all my questions during each visit. Delivering during Covid19 came with a new set of concerns, but they made me feel at ease all the way through delivery. I felt safe and in good hands.

Called to set up an appointment as a new patient today beacause i have a few issues going on that are really concerning me and i get informed they are not taking my insurance right now even though their website shows that they accept it. I wanted to come here because of the good reviews i have seen and i didnt quite care for the obgyn that i had been seeing. But i will be looking into another obygn office now and not this place.

I am so happy with the care Ive gotten here. Dr. McIntosh is very patient and he answers all of my questions. Everyone that works there has been very responsive and helpful. I rarely have to wait very long and when Ive needed an appointment theyre able to see me pretty quickly. I will continue to come here and would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been coming to Dr W. McIntosh for over ten years now I think. I go here because of the great care and concern for my health and well-being is always a priority. The staff are always very informative and helpful, Dr W. McIntosh is very nice and always very open and answers all my questions and makes sure I have all the information I need to make a decision that is right for myself. Ive never had a child and do not plan on it but I would definitely be glad to be under the care of the staff here for that as well.

Dr. Lisa and her assistant, Amanda, are a great team! They make you feel like family and not like just another number. You get the absolute best care with this office. My only regret is not having Dr. Lisa with my first 3 pregnancies!

Try to call to see if they take my insurance and they said no, asked if I could get recommendations for a good obgyn .. and they did not help me. Seeing as they are a women’s clinic you would think they would help.. no.

Dr Lisa is the best doctor I’ve ever know. She is very patient with me and always take her time to answer all my questions. Had all my 3 kids with her. Her staff also really nice and friendly. Doctor Lisa and Doctor Will are awesome! They are definitely a great team! I saw doctor will throughout my pregnancy and he made me as comfortable as you can with someone with anxiety. I gave birth a few weeks early with doctor Lisa and she was extremely encouraging and understanding. She helped get my son here safe and healthy. Both of them are OUTSTANDING doctors. Their staff in the office are just as nice and understanding as they are. They help go around your schedule and any time you call in you get an answer or a call back within maybe an hour (great response time for doctors offices!) so glad I was recommended this office and this team!

I can not say enough amazing things about this office. I was pregnant with a twin pregnancy unfortunately neither one made it, but when i say dr Lisa and Amanda are such an amazing team to have! They both have watched me cry and blab at every single appointment I have been to. I unfortunately can’t continue my pregnancy as I’d love to but I am absolutely so thankful for this team! I went to them after researching every obgyn office in Clarksville with previous experience at another Clarksville office which I loved that doctor as well, but I feel like dr Lisa really becomes one with her patients and she really tries to get every answer for her patient even in the most difficult time, I love the fact that I can call the emergency line and get her or dr. William at any given time and they are so quick to respond and get me into the office to be seen, they never push me off to the emergency room. I’m very saddened that I will not be able to give birth and use this team this round but hopefully some time in the future I will be able to have dr. Lisa and Amanda again! Both Dr. Lisa and William have made my experience visiting an OBGYN clinic bearable and pleasant. Their bedside manners are always top notch and I’ve never had a complaint with how they treated me as a patient. It’s going to suck when my family and I PCS to another duty station since they will no longer be my doctor.

I love DR Lisa she delivered my daughter 2 years ago she has always kept me calm reassured me everything is fine when my daughter came out with the cord around her neck and she stayed to deliver Hanna even though she got off I think that 12 that day and I didnt have her until 2:15 so I was very thankful about that so I already knew when I found out I was pregnant i was coming back now Im pregnant with twins and I came back to her i love the staff they are wonderful polite and always remember me recommend them to anybody a 110%

Not very happy at this point. I had some bloodwork done for a medication . They had me come back in for a 2sec visit to tell me my lab was a little off gave me a medication said labs needed drawn again after 6 weeks . I got labs done last week they called today left a VM saying they wanted to go over my lab work . I called them back only for them to say to get the lab results I had to schedule an appointment. I’m sorry I work in the medical field and there is no reason I should have to come in only to pay a copay to say labs are normal continue the current regime or they are a little low/high let’s change the regimen a little . It’s not even a serious medication I’m on. I’ll just see about getting my PCP to write the medication for me . And see him 1-2 times a year .

For the first time in years I felt listened to and that someone finally believed me. Something is going to be done to help me, finally!! Will be forever grateful.
