Yana is amazing. She is gentle patient and very caring. I will never have anyone else draw my blood ever. Yana comes to my home always on time and is outstanding from start to finish.

YANA IS AMAZING !I’ve had to have my blood drawn at least 3 to 4 times each year for many years. It’s always been an ordeal for me. My veins are very tiny and slippery and my blood doesn’t flow easily.Normally, the phlebotomists have to poke me several times before getting a viable vein (even though they use a small needle). Lots of times they need to resort to the veins in my wrists or hands. In addition, usually it’s difficult to get much blood out ---only a couple of vials, taking a very long time.Yana drew my blood yesterday. She got right into a vein on my arm the first try – no problem whatsoever. She drew 15 vials of blood within 2 to 3 minutes.From now on, she is the only one I will go to for my blood draws.

Ive been looking for a mobile phlebotomist and I stumble into YanaPhleb website. I saw the reviews and told myself let me give it a try. I called and spoke to Yana and she accommodated my concerns and I was amazed by how gracious she was. Ellain came to my house and she was amazing. Shes polite and very professional. You know that she knows what shes doing. I am never going to use other company aside from YanaPhleb. Very convenient. 5 stars is not enough. 10 stars for YanaPhleb!

Yana agreed with me that I would drive to her office for the blood draw. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, she said she’s driving to me and it would cost me an extra $50 for a home visit. Dishonest, and disappointing.

Very professional and polite. This is not close to where I live but it was all worth it. Dont bother going to other places. They will take care of you really good!!

Can’t recommend Yana Phleb enough! The process from scheduling an appt to the actual blood draw was quick, easy and so incredibly convenient! Also, coming from someone who hates getting my blood drawn, her technique is so gentle and pain free. I will no longer be getting my blood drawn any other way!

Excellent in home skilled phlebotomist. I have used them twice now for my 2 and 3 year olds bloodwork and they were fast, pain free and best of all, my children were smiling after their draws! All around great experience.
