I’ve been to Spavia A few times I must mention the professionalism, and skilled work from the massage therapist name is Suzie. I didn’t know what to expect she made me feel very comfortable, her expertise and knowledge exceeded my expectations. I felt so healed and I slept so well that evening and had terrific energy for the next couple days and I had no neck or back pain. Suzi has a gift she’s very talented I will be recommending her to everyone I know!!Don’t wait make an appointment to go see Suzi you will not be disappointed. Honestly it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life I cannot wait to go back

Amazing experience here today! Booked a facial and after Josi checked my skin she recommended a different type and I truly love that because I don’t know much about skin care— So I felt like she had my best interest at heart! Josi was amazing and such a sweet person! On top of that, everyone else was kind, the atmosphere was relaxing and really comforting. I loved it so much I ended up going for the membership!

Ive been to Spavia twice - both visits during the Pandemic. Ive been looking for a safe and reliable place for massages and facials. On my first visit, my husband had a regular hour massage and I did their standard facial. The spa itself is SUPER clean, very calming, and well decorated. The staff is very friendly. We were pleased with our 1st visit. Pricing is fair. My second visit yesterday was even better. I highly recommend the second tier of facials - a little more costly but I loved my acne purifying facial with Katie. Wearing a mask has taken a toll on my skin, but from start to finish loved the service and information she provided regarding my skincare routine and what other facials would help me in the future. I will be back again for another facial with her. Looking forward to trying the second and third-tier facial options. I love that this is a clean and reliable place close by to me.

I had a facial and it was a wonderful experience. From start to finish I felt that I was in the hands of a caring professional. Spavia’s atmosphere was lovely and calming and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived . The robe and wrap provided were luxe and the warmth of table and music very peaceful.The facial itself was a little slice of heaven. Katie has a gentle touch that immediately put me at ease. The products she used on my skin felt soothing and smelled so good. She even massaged my arms, neck and shoulders.I appreciate that she took the time to discuss my concerns and gave me skincare recommendations. I left with glowing skin and immediately booked my next appointment!

I’ve now been twice to have a massage with Sybil. I hope she’s there for a long time because she is amazing. Listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to help. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Prices are a bit more than other chain spas but it’s so worth it. I’ll be going for a facial soon and expect it will be just as wonderful. The therapist I had, Sybil, was not someone I would go to again. The venue, location, front desk staff, and owner were very nice. The owner reached out to me personally based on my initial review which I truly appreciated. He offered to make up the unsatisfactory experience I had. Her lack of professionalism is the only reason for my rating. He had addressed the issue with her directly. My experience was unsatisfactory due to the manner in which I was spoken to during the massage and after the massage when attempting to address the situation the therapist walked away from me and told me she did not have the time to hear me out. I don’t believe professionals behave that way and dismiss paying clients. However, Ryan, the owner, was truly very kind and receptive. Would I try this place again? Absolutely just with another therapist.

Had to move my facial appointment due to something out of my control. I called with almost 3 hours notice and offered to go in earlier (they had openings on their website). They declined. When I asked if I could move to another day during the week, they said they would still have to charge me 50% of the service. They have lost my business.

The location is very clean, quiet and serene. I appreciated that they were serious about their COVID safety protcols which put me at ease. The front desk staff was warm and kind. I got a massage with Andrea and she was excellent.

Beautiful and clean spa! Lindsey was in a full on war with a knot in my shoulder and did not give up until she won. She worked by body HARD but as an overrun and overtired mom, I 100% needed it. Highly recommend Lindsey and Spavia!

This place is amazing! From the minute I walked in everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’ve been in pain for quite a while with my back and figured I’d give this a try. I’m so glad I did! It was my first time at Spavia and I have to say I was impressed. The women at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The spa was spotless and I felt safe the entire visit. I had a wonderful himalayan salt stone massage with Marcos and added the CBD oil to relieve my aches and pains. 3 days later, Im still pain free and it has alleviated my stressed filled life! I have become a member and I am looking forward to my next visit which will include a massage and facial!

Fantastic experience. The best massage I ever had. The smells and sounds were so relaxing. I felt like a new woman when I walked out of the spa. The robe is so lush. The staff was amazing. They were so knowledgable and really went above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and well cared for. The facility was super clean and well cared for. The staff took pride in their appearance and presentation. The best part of it all was I was able to shower before getting back to work and they had everything needed to do so. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were top notch. I left not saying goodbye but seeing you really soon. If you are looking for a great experience you must go to Spavia Clark Commons and get pampered like you are a rock star.

I recently went to spavia in Clark for a massage, and it was amazing! It was just what I needed.. with all the stress and worry from COVID on everyone what better way to relieve some of that then by getting a massage.. Everyone was so nice and made sure you were well taken care of as soon as you walked through the door, they really went above and beyond to make sure you felt comfortable and safe especially during all of this uncertainty. The ambience was so relaxing and calming I really felt like I was on vacation! Andrea gave me the best massage! I had so many knots in my neck and such bad pain in my lower back she really helped alleviate a lot of it that day! I’ll be coming back again as it really was the perfect spa day!

Right when you walk in, you experience the cleanliness and friendliness of the reception area. The women are extremely nice and more than willing to help you. The ambience is calming and relaxes you from the moment of arrival. The therapists are skilled and friendly. It was a great experience.

The staff is doing a great job keeping clean and practicing safe procedures after Covid 19.I even signed up for a membership. Definitely recommend. Book a massage with Marcos, you won’t regret it!
