If you like dealing with incompetent people, this place is for you. If you like waiting a month or more for a pre-authorization, this place is for you. If you dont like seeing your primary care doctor and would rather deal with a PA, this place is for you. If you like calling multiple times to resolve an issue and get multiple answers/excuses, this place is for you.Side note - Tried getting referred to a fertility specialist for my wife and I, told Michaelle Holbird how long my wife and I had been trying. She then asked how often we tried and the response I received was well you must be a very happy man. Find some better staff

Extremely cost effective when you dont have insurance. Knowledgable, kind, helpful staff. I have also used their online service. Was seen by the Dr, and received care & meds without even leaving my bed. It was amazing. My entire family will be using them from now on.

I’ve went to Dr. Cooper for so many years. I love the staff there. They always go above and beyond to help me. They really take pride in their work and relationships with patients.

Talked to nurse a week ago about test results saying I need further tests, a CT scan. They ask for further lab work to determine if other tests would be needed as well. Lab work Thursday and its now Wednesday and they have never even ordered the initial CT scan. I got my lab results Saturday morning so at the latest they had them Monday. They dont do anything unless you call and ask whats going on.
