My tech has been great. I spent quite a bit of time in the MRI machine and she was very helpful.

My technician was a gem. She was courteous, empathetic, polite and personable. She made my MRI experience a breeze.

The tech though she tried to stick my son ended up sticking him 5 times... It took me coming into the mri room to find a vein that she could use... She should not have waited that long before calling me about the problem... It was over an hour before she did.. this is the first time we have had the issues... Normally we go to the 91st street location however this time we went to the Claremore Location..

The girl at check in is less than friendly!! The tech that did the MRI was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had not gotten halfway back to Pryor from Claremore having MRIs when I recd call from my family doctor to be in his office a 7:45 am Tuesday!! Sent to neurosurgeon at 2 and surgery following day! Thank you for getting this report back to my Pryor doctor so fast!!! You are appreciated so much!

WAS REFFERED TO THEM BY CLINIC IN TULSA, SAID I CAN HAVE MY XRAY DONE THERE AND SAVE THE DRIVE TO TULSA. ACCORDING TO THEIR WEB PAGE THEY DO ABOUT EVERY TEST UNDER THE SUN BUT IN FACT, THEY ONLY DO MRIS, NO XRAYS. MISLEADING AD AND WEBSITE.

Everything went smooth and everyone was friendly.

Appointment at 3pm, now 3:30pm and no word about time will be seen. Receptionist on phone with friend “chatting”. Not prompt, do not keep appointments. Poor customer service.
