I have recently started using TTCU for banking, and it is amazing for everyday transactions. The APP is super user friendly and easy to use. However, my wife and I recently inquired about refinancing our home, and we were paired up with Mrs. Wright in the mortgage department. Sarah is so kind and organized. She never pressures into a certain loan type or term, but gives you all the options and benefits of each. We have now used Sarah for 2 second mortgages and our home refinance. Do yourself a favor, and save the time of shopping around, go to Sarah Wright at TTCU. You will be happy you did!

Getting back to their customers about things is like 0/10 even when you e-mailed, called and left voicemails. They should do better.

I started with a car loan and never had any issues. I opened a checking account and its been over a month now. People pay me via personal checks. I never had an issue prior to this; but one check I deposit was placed on hold; and TTCU gave me bread crumbs ($76) out of my check.....btw its still on hold after 2 fuc@ing days!😤 I think its time for a new bank.

The whole staff at the Claremore location is friendly. Daysha has gone above and beyond to be informative and efficient with the opening of our new accounts. As well as our newest loan through TTCU, which I will add has the best rates around. The manager here should be proud of Daysha and their team. Would definitely recommend anyone to switch from traditional banking to this credit union.

Daysha was great! Fiancé and I am new in town and looking for something local to bank with. My brother and sister in law recommended them and for sure it was a great choice! Awesome experience, Daysha had great customer service. Not only that but she answered all the questions we had and was super friendly. Not only was she doing her job professionally, but she was building member relations too. Would definitely recommend this bank!

I have had a good experience using TTCU for cars. I started a refinance in April. I tried calling several times and left three messages to inquire about the progress. NEVER got a return call, but received a letter in July stating that we could not refinance our home through them.

Its a well-managed banking facility. we have both loans(house mortgage, car), a VISA, savings and checking accounts. weve found the staff most helpful and more important knowledgeable in questions about our banking and financial transactions - even in other institutions.yes, im giving TTCU claremore a 5.0.maria

This Credit Union is more like a bank. They charge you a fee for everything. they even have a fee for using your own money in your savings account. It is absolutely ridiculos. Their Mortgage process was awesome, but then their banking side just killed the good experience.

We, Michael and Renee, would like to say TTCU is by far the best banking institution weve experienced. Bryan Bradley and his staff have been professional, warm and helpful in their endeavors. Theyve helped us when no one else would!

The Claremore branch staff I’ve had the privilege of getting to know over the past decade have been incredible! Sheri, Brian, Amanda and team are always available and treat me like family. I cannot say enough good things about these folks, for they’ve helped me with auto loans, mortgages, credit, checking and savings accounts. My son has grown up with them, helping to establish his credit now that he’s a college graduate with several overseas trips and never had any issues with using TTCU to do his banking while away. Brian was extraordinarily helpful when I had a scary experience with a PayPal hacker a few years ago, and I am grateful for the positive attitudes of all the employees. Im quite baffled by all the negative reviews. Ive not ever had my credit pulled without my permission, met any rude staff, or ran into anyone racist (Im Native American). Claiming because a business has only white staff its racist, is in itself racist.. If you see something, say something to mgmt. Teller positions can be entry level and youd be speaking with a new person who may need a correction. Ive been banking here little over a couple years without issue. Loans, credit card, and savings. No problems.Some of these negative reviews are shocking to someone whos never experienced anything like that in over 2 years here.

Staff is super helpful, gave me all the information I needed to open a account. Gave me tons of options of how I want to save my money and even gave me pros and cons of different accounts to invest in.

Definitely worth looking around at other Banks... Management and the other gentleman are very rude and argumentative.

The Claremore branch has by far the worst staff Ive ever seen. The other branches are great. Hopefully TTCU will eventually find new staff for the Claremore location .

My husband and I bank here and he also has a car loan. We have always had positive experiences, and the staff are very helpful and polite.

Do not bank at the Claremore Branch if you are not white. The whole staff is white and one of the tellers is very racist.
