It says they accept walk ins online and on the door but that is simply not the case. They will do everything to get you to make an appointment. Walk ins to them is a complete and bogus concept so make sure your first time has an appointment.

I was a walk in. I waited several minutes and was ignored. I finally asked if anyone could cut my hair. Everyone said they were booked when they obviously were not busy. Very disappointed.
