The front desk staff needs to take a customer service, education course. They talk to you as if you were at a swap meet. RUDE, Horrible vocabulary, unprofessional and Miserable. Doctor P is amazing, it’s unfortunate she has no idea how classless the front desk team is.This facility is a complete mess! Wonderful doctors with such horrible front desk Receptionist. I would recommend cleaning house!!!!!You need to hire employees with compassion and sympathy and willing to help! Not These miserable negative Nelly’s!!!Good luck

Organizations like this one ARE THE PROBLEM. Their only concern is to MEDICATE you. Do NOT trust these organizations. Their standardized tests are outdated and UNRELIABLE. They do not care to hear about your experience which is the MOST reliable way to really help you, accurately diagnose you, etc. THE DETAILS MATTER. Dr, Khin, how do you live yourself? My question to you is, do YOU sleep well at night? If so, then that just shows how much of a pathetic person you are. Is your job really to help people or is really to medicate them, silence them, dehumanize them, all while fooling yourself into thinking that you’re actually helping them, making things better, changing the world? PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

I think that the office staff is amazing and people like Barbara and Melissa are the ignorant and incompetent low life’s who have nothing better to do with there life’s, there bully’s I think people need to take psychiatric tests to posts things because you cant talk bad about people that are trying to assist you when your the one going to get help. So I suggest being a little nicer to people!!!!!!!!!!!! And stop being a illiterate how would you like it if someone did this to you at your job.

Very disappointed in you Dr. Khin. Ive had a great doctor here prior but he decided to leave to greener pastures. Dr. Khin was pushy and too quick. He did not let me speak and he got annoyed by a sigh he made when I asked him a question. And, I had to go to the office to sign his special paper during Covid? The whole reason for tele appointments is to not expose yourself are the front office.

I have nothing good to say about this place. From two hour long wait times past your appointment to the inability of the doctor to properly call in a prescription. And that was pre COVID. I didn’t think it was possible to get worse. I’ve made multiple appointments that were supposed to be phone appointments only to never be sent the link. This last time I had to reschedule 4 times. Now my daughter who is the patient is out of her meds and the prescription was called in wrong. I call the office and ask them to have it called in again and was told they would do it right away. I wait and I wait and no notification from CVS. I call the office and they are closed and it goes to answering service. This is the last straw. The exuberant amount of money that these doctors make and you get better service from a fast food place. I will attempt to get my daughters prescription filled so doesn’t go without for to long and we will be finding another doctor. Very disappointed in you Dr. Khin, your business is about how much money you can make which is made clear how fast you turn out your patients. I’ll be finding another doctor.

My therapist here is fantastic. She herself has dealt with some of the issues I have and she understands how to cope with them. She also knows about different medications and their side effects (as a therapist, she doesnt need to have this knowledge as she is not prescribing the medications). Very easy to talk to. And the front desk staff are very nice.

Wait times are outrageous even with an appointment. I usually have to plan 2-3 hrs to be seen. I do like the convenience of the two offices, and the availability of evening (Friday) scheduling and weekend scheduling.

Was referred to Dr Henry Khin back in February. He addressed the issue I had and helped me solve it. His office is incredibly busy and he honestly probably has too many patients but thats more the fault of our healthcare system. Be upfront about your issues and he will help you. The ladies at the front desk were always very easy to work with too. Overall I had a good experience here and the only reason Im leaving is because Im moving. Thanks for the help the past half year, its appreciated.

While I do not usually write reviews, especially non favorable ones, I felt this was important. I am sure that there good therapists work here, however my daughter and I did not have a good experience. We called for an appointment for an initial evaluation. We waited 3 weeks for the appointment with Dr. Nandita Puchakayala. Unfortunately, my daughter was seen for less than 15 minutes. She felt rushed by the doctor, she felt that the doctor did not do an evaluation, or gather enough information to establish a treatment plan. The doctor prescribed a new medication to take with her existing prescription, which in itself may not be a problem. The problem is that less than 15 minutes, without having a written history to review, does not make for a sufficient evaluation. Further, when my daughter left she didnt know if she should check out with the office staff, because no one communicated. She was told by the doctor Ok I will see you in a month. She was not given the labs that she should have been by the office staff, nor did she get a follow up appointment. When she went near the front desk, she said they just put their hand up as they were busy. Not knowing what that meant and feeling uneasy about the doctor visit, she chose to leave. The office staff should learn to communicate and direct their patients through the process (especially in a mental health office).I called the office immediately following the appointment to see what made them believe that less than 15 minutes with a doctor was sufficient to evaluate a 23 year old who was just in crisis (not to mention, I was clear when scheduling the appointment that it was for an initial evaluation because she hasnt had one in a long time and we were not sure that her medication was right at this point). The office staff did really say anything and did not let me speak to the doctor directly. First they said I gave her labs. Then when I insisted he didnt, he looked and said oh yeah I didnt. I told him to relay the message to the doctor and that someone needed to call me back, as my daughter left the office more anxious than when she went in. No one called me. I called their other office in Rancho as I was told the office manager was at that location. Repeated the complaint and the gentleman who answered said that someone would call me back. No one ever did. Needless to say she will not return there.I did call the insurance company to file a complaint. The doctor billed a full initial evaluation at $350.00, but that is not the service she provided.Be aware, be proactive in your treatment, and call the insurance company if you have a complaint. They need to ensure quality services, accurate billing, etc.I would not recommend Inland Valley Psychiatric Medical Group at all.
