Through Dr Walis assessment and report I was able to received a breast reduction fully paid for by my insurance. I was well educated on the procedure beforehand and felt comfortable and safe through the whole process from beginning to end. Linell the RN was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and honest on what procedures would be good for me and which one wouldnt. That let me know they care about their patients and business. Terrible customer service. Fail at returning phone calls and providing updates. Office and accounting management offer zero assistance but when a referral is needed they can easily find your information.

HORRIBLE. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. My stomach looks chewed up after a mini liposuction and my nose has a lump on it after a Tip rhinoplasty. He will do what HE wants, not what the patient asks for.

I am writing this review and giving Dr. Wali and his staff including the staff at Pomona Valley Hospital a 5. I had surgery (breast reduction) in July, 2018. Due to medical problems it was decided that this surgery was required. Dr. Wali was referred to me by a friend and it was a blessing. Dr. Wali is a perfectionist , as my husband called him. He made sure that my breast reduction was perfect for my body type. He talked with my husband and myself about the pros and the cons of this surgery. His bedside manners were impeccable. He answered all of my questions with honesty. I am a nurse and have been for over 25 years and have worked with many doctors. I appreciated Dr. Walis professionalism. I am happy with the results and my post operative surgery was without complications. I would recommend Dr. Wali and his staff with this procedure (breast reduction) to anyone who is experiencing any problems with, headaches, back problems etc, due to enlarged heavy breast. Again, I would like to say, Thank you to Dr. Wali and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wali and a frequent customer of Linelle (aesthetician) for several years. Their professionalism, knowledge and attentiveness to detail is superior. I’ve been wanting breast implants since I was about 18 years old but never got the courage to go through with it until now and I’m 35 years old. I started out as a large A cup and then went up to a regular B cup after having kids. While breastfeeding I would go up to a C cup and then back down again once I was done, so I lost a lot of volume. After my husband and I decided we were done having children I knew that I wanted to seriously consider breast augmentation and made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Wali on March 16th. Prior to booking the appointment I researched offices, read lots of reviews, asked for recommendations, and ultimately decided he was the best choice. I have to agree with what I heard about Dr. Wali because I was really impressed with him and his staff. When I entered the office I was greeted with smiles from the front desk staff and they were very welcoming. This was important to me because going to a consultation for a cosmetic procedure made me kind of nervous. I wasn’t waiting very long before I was called by one of the nurses to head back into an exam room. When Dr. Wali came into the room I could tell right from the start that he is passionate about what he does and takes great pride in his work. He made me feel comfortable during the consultation and I felt that he truly listened to what I wanted and could produce the type of results I expected. After listening to me he made sure to take lots of measurements and ultimately suggested an implant size of 350cc. One of the office staff brought back a sizing bra and 350cc implants for me to try on. I agreed with the size Dr. Wali suggested and decided to book the surgery for 4 weeks later! At my pre-op appointment 2 weeks later, Dr. Wali asked me to show him pictures of the results I expected and we agreed to go with a slightly larger implant size of 365cc and I chose to go with the cohesive gel silicone option, as opposed to saline. I had my surgery on April 12th and couldn’t be happier! Dr. Wali is an absolute pro at what he does and I have zero complaints with the entire process so far. I’m barely a week post-surgery so I obviously still have a few weeks to go before I’ll see what the final results are, but I’m confident in what I see so far. I also have to mention that each time I’ve visited his office they are playing the best music in the waiting room, so that’s a plus!
