From walking into Golds I was greeted by a friendly face named Ana, she was very accommodating and approachable, took care of all my needs. Marshall the General Manager was also very personal and professional they went out of their way to acknowledge me, and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back at Golds!! Overall, I can only give sports pros a generous 2. They were more concerned more about payment than my well being! Unnecessary and useless therapy that never cure my ailments not did Dee seem to care. Even after 6 visits there was no progress or any ideas of what to do next. I wont be telling anyone about this place, nor could I in good conscience recommend anything they attempted to do. Dissatisfied and unhappy with the results...

Dee and Guillermo helped me get back to full strength after tearing my right acl. I also joined the Spring Meltdown event and lost 10 lbs of fat and gained 12 lbs of muscle. They are the best personal trainers and physical therapy folks in Claremont!
