She helped me through a tremendous life change with care and kindness.Her expertise and willingness to listen made for an environment of empathy, which allowed me to feel safe in sharing.My partner has even noted a positive shift, and I credit NP Singhi for her help in helping move my life forward.

Dr. Singhi is magic. I recently had a breakthrough with my medication regimen because of her. I’ve worked with many doctors over the last 20 years and I struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorder, PTSD, trauma….I’m difficult. She was willing to try different combinations and has novel ideas that have progressed me forward to give me hope in my recovery again!! She actually cares about her patients very much and takes the time to really figure out what’s really wrong and what will work. This takes time, but she sticks with it and worked with me. I’m essentially unbelievably grateful and had to post this review! Thank you Dr Singhi!!!!!!!!!

Sarina Singhi is a kind and caring psychiatric nurse practitioner who strives to have the best interests of her clients at heart. Sarina is committed to helping you heal from childhood trauma that still affects you today. She is also super knowledgeable about medications. From helping you find the right types of medications for you to titrating down meds you are currently on, she is a great medication manager. If you are considering working with Sarina for therapy, meds management, or both, I think you will be in good hands.

Not sure if I have the right person here I hope I do but Im seeing this person through telemedicine in Fresno. And Im 50 years old over 50 and this is the first time I felt like a doctor wants to pretend that I dont have any type of mental illness or disability in fact many others psychiatrist therapist and others before this doctor understood that I had a serious mental illness so this doctor seems emotionally distant and unwilling to thoroughly investigate my background. I asked if shes reviewed the notes from other doctors and she doesnt even want to answer that question shes very evasive and very controlling. Its the worst therapy experience Ive ever had in my life. Honestly I think Im being generous by giving her three stars.
