No MD to be found on staff.Even a plumbing company requires at least one master. Though i cannot prove it ( due to hippa laws) i believe negligence contributed to my wifes death. They do love to write prescriptions though...she had 18 at time of death. ( a basket full of bottles) Much easier than identifying actual problems, i guess.

I was treated poorly and when I expressed my concerns and my opinion I was accused of things and told next time use your common sense. I will no longer be a patient here as I should not be treated this way. If your going to treat your patients with such disrespect then you should not be in the medical field. If I could give 0 stars then I absolutely would.

Easy to make appointment. Easy to complete necessary paperwork ahead of time. Several options of test to choose from. I got the Abbott rapid and Tester was very gentle and explained everything. Results back in 15 mins. Thankfully I’m negative. Seamless process. Better experience than when I was tested at another facility. Thanks

We drove here from an hour and a half away to get our toddler a rapid molecular COVID test. I couldnt find one of those being offered to the public anywhere else within driving distance. We were able to book the test online for a couple hours later the same day.The whole experience was great. The staff was very nice, it didnt take long, and they gave her stickers and toys! I highly recommend them if you can make the trip.

Have been twice for COVID testing. The nurse who did the test was kind and personable. Sign up was clear and simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing testing.

Did a telehealth appointment, very helpful and respectful.

Quick and efficient - booked for a same day COVID test on Christmas Eve. They had plenty of availability throughout the day, and the process was great. They have a drive-up lane so you dont need to get out of your car, and the staff are very helpful and clear in giving instructions/providing updates as you await results. An expensive option if you self-pay (asymptomatic people only), but worth it for peace of mind.

Went for a rapid Covid test... staff was courteous, quick and efficient. Booking was a breeze too. It can be a little confusing which entrance to go into, you want the one closest to the dealership. Other than that, zero complaints. The drive through option was fast and simple.

We had to get my child a Covid test ASAP, I work in health care and I couldn’t go back to work until we got him tested. The Springfield dr office (where we live) won’t test until 7 days post exposure when asymptomatic (understandable) but I needed his results like, yesterday. Our other option was a walk in clinic, where we would not need an appointment but would have to sit and wait for hours to get him tested and it would have been a rapid test which is not as accurate.Keady Family Practice was able to get us the in same day we made the appointment (on their website).The website was clear and easy to navigate.It was drive threw testing so no waiting in an office with other people who are potentially positive. And I was able to choose which test we wanted - there were options from testing at home with a take home kit, rapid testing, and the nasal swap that gets sent to the lab. When they gave you the options they were upfront about what each option costs and how long it will take to get your results back.We originally booked our appointment for the earliest available (6:50pm) but we got a call back letting us know that they wanted to move our appointment sooner so we didn’t miss the lab cutoff, making us have to wait an extra day for results (Superrrr appreciated in my situation).The man who did the test was very friendly and help my child feel at ease, while also being very honest about what to expect during the test.Hopefully we don’t have to go back, ever, but if we did have another exposure I would definitely take him there again.I only didn’t give them 5 stars because we had to pay out of pocket for the test which was a bit painful during this particular holiday season, but I doubt the New Hampshire Doctor office would have taken his Vermont insurance in any other situation.Thank you guys so much!!

Ripped off. Covid tests are supposed to be free but I paid a supposed discounted price of $75 for the rapid test only to find out that it’s not even reliable OR recommended anymore.

I chose Keady for a pre-travel Covid-19 test (am a teacher overseas). They seemed like a great option—informative web site, multiple Covid-19 testing options at competitive prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They called me to change my Covid-19 test time because they were sending results in early that day, instead of letting me show up and tell me to come back another day. The staff that gave my test were efficient and reassuring. Wanted to say that they were worth the hour-plus drive.However, as of roughly midnight on Thursday, I’ve seen no results for my Monday afternoon test that the lab received Tuesday morning and said they would turn around in 18-48 hrs.I don’t fault Keady for the delay, because they told me Monday that a turnaround by my flight Wednesday evening wasn’t guaranteed. When I called them Wednesday afternoon, they said that the lab had had a power outage and wouldn’t return results Wednesday. (Labs don’t have generators? That was a surprise.)However, I am disappointed that the web site claims a faster turnaround than test sites local to me, when I probably would have received results just as quickly by choosing local and have saved 2.5 hours driving and gas money.Bottom line: Keady staff are great, but don’t trust the turnaround times on the web site because the labs aren’t keeping their promises to Keady. The next-fastest option on their web site isn’t fast enough for a travel test required 72 hrs before arrival in a country overseas. I highly recommend Keady for their on-site tests and tests with no turnaround deadline, because of their kindness and professionalism. For tests that require a fast turnaround, I recommend an out-of-state mail-in service with guaranteed turnaround times.

They were knowledgable,but were unable to help me. There were reasons, they explained them. I think they do help a lot of people in Claremont. It was just the specific situation, not Keadys ability to practice medicine or anything like that. I would go there again

Very quick service by a pleasant and knowledgable young man. I had my results in a matter of 20 minutes or so.

Very happy with my switch over to Keady Family Practice! I previously went to an office that will remain nameless (in Newport) and was never treated right. Ever since coming here, they have been understanding with all of my health needs and very professional to me. They treat you warm welcoming and like you are family!!

Nothing but positive experience at Keady Family Practice! I am especially thankful for the billing department helping me understand my bill and setting me up on a reasonable payment plan that works for my family and I! Highly recommend attending this office!

***Updated review***My opinion of this practice has gotten worse over time. I’d been upset that I had 3 doctors in the course of 3 years, but now it’s been 6 doctors in 5 years! Why can’t they keep their staff?! Plus, my newest “doctor” (they’re all actually APRNs, basically no doctors here), was pretty rude. Also I was also living on a very low salary and they would still bill me full-price as well as seemingly always adding on extra fees-not to mention sending things to a lab without informing me and causing me to receive astronomical checks from the lab. Their prescription refill service is even worse. I often have to call multiple times to try to get something refilled and at it’s worse they took 3 weeks to call it in! Thank God there are other healthcare providers in the area who saw me and filled my prescription sooner. If their office and billing were as good as their doctors, I could recommend KFP. As that’s not the case, I don’t recommend them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They bill for things that should be covered by your health insurance, then when you try and address the issue..they say you have to take it up with our 3rd party service provider. They take no accountability or try and help their customers, they just say were not in-charge of the billing so theres nothing we can do.They give you run around about billing over and over and no one calls you back even after leaving a multitude of messages.They do not care about their customers, PLEASE BE WARNED! All they care about is churning people out as quickly as possible.

AMAZING medical facility! They offer great services for women’s health and are quick on their referrals. I use to be scared to go to the doctors but when I started coming here I look forward to my visits! Im moving 35 minutes away and plan to travel to see them because, of the great services they offer!

LOVE this place! The staff is very caring and listens to your problems. The providers have always been great to me accommodating my busy schedule. My favorite part of this office is the personalized treatment you receive. Im thankful to have finally found a doctors office who treats me like a person and not a number.

Was forced to have a new patient visit where we really didnt spend any time talking about my previous medical history. Mainly focusing on the lab work that they thought I should have. Turns out that I now own over $100 for an appointment that was not medically necessary. Called and spoke with the owner where he then proceeded to say that my thinking was irrational. Unprofessional and condescending. Stay away.

Wrong dosage of prescriptions called in... the need for appointment every 2 months . Automated phone, portal is great for the younger generation. Kuddos to Tracy Dunkin for her willingness to listen and help. Wish she was at a different practice... I give Tracy a five star... good luck with the others..
