Dr. Johannsen and her staff are wonderful to work with! It’s easy to get an appointment and they don’t make you wait. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The equipment is state of the art. It is seriously the nicest optometry office I’ve ever been to! Even the bathroom is beautiful! But most importantly they take eye health seriously and they don’t overlook important details. The selection for glasses is great and I got some gorgeous prescription sunglasses that I love! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Johannsen!

I always feel so well taken care of when I see Dr. Ann Johannsen. Her office is beautiful, has state of the art equipment, and all the staff are so friendly.

They use a lot of machines, bells, and whistles, which are no substitute for a trained eye.They use one of those machines that the military uses that dont get my prescription right and are really bad at adjusting to my eyes.My strabismus is the worst it has ever been, and my prescription is NOT CORRECT. Dr. Johannsen was merely trying to get me to read the letters, and she was not concerned about the clarity of my vision or how the lenses matched with the motion of my eyes.This is by far the worst optometrist I have ever been to, and I have been to some doozies. If you want mall-quality, then give this place a shot. If not, go someplace else.
