This Dentist is very thorough in everything he does. I didnt go through a lot of pain like other Dentists Ive been to!!

What can I say but WOW!! Finally an entire team of medical professionals that truly care for their patients. As a single mom, I always have put my medical needs last. After way to long of a stint without dental insurance, I was finally able to get in and take care of so much needed dental work. My first encounter on the phone and in the office was with the lovely Arianna. She is beyond welcoming and makes you feel like you are just part of the Claremont Smile Design family. Then I was treated by the awesome Rachel and Dr. Jaquez. Talk about amazing bedside manor. They both are so gentle and caring that it takes away any fear you might have of having dental work done. What I loved the most was that this team does not force the most expensive treatment plan down your throat. They do whats best for the patients needs. Something that many other offices could learn from. This wonderful team of individuals have created a lifelong patient in me. I have already started recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Claremont Smile Design for taking such great care of me!

I was having extreme dental pain from needing a root canal and Claremont Smile Design was able to get me in the same day I called! They took my pain seriously and made it their priority to ease my discomfort and take care of the pain as quickly as possible. Everyone on staff is extremely kind and accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. On top of this, everyone was great at communicating and made sure I was able to make informed decisions about my dental care. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend!

This is a great dentist office and a wonderful, caring staff. I’ve been coming here for ten years now and I’ve brought over many of my family and friends. I had a miserable history with dentists, mostly in the Marines because Navy dentists are cruel, and I have very sensitive teeth. All of the dentists and hygienists cater to your individual needs. They work with all kinds of insurance too. I’ve changed carriers several times and they never have a problem with that. When I’ve had procedures done or adult orthodontia done, they are very creative and accommodating with the payments. From the “Care Credit” or from them helping spread my payment or insurance coverage from one year to the next, they help male them all affordable. They are also great with long term care and guidance and they are also great with handing out a few freebies to help you with home maintenance. I love this place and all those that work there. If you’re looking for a dentist who cares, look no further, CSD is what you’re looking for!

I have been coming here for a few years and they are always nice and fast. They are even open one Saturday out of the month which is awesome! Thank you Celeste for doing my teeth cleaning!! See you guys in 6 months!! 😁💋

It was THE WORST dental office Ive been to in my life.I will never come back to this office even if you pay me.Office is not organized and the techs does not know what they are doing.I felt like I was buying a car. They treated me like I had no insurance. I was there for 3 hours and my teeth did not even get done. I just did paperwork and got x-rayed for me and my 2 kids.Never recommend this place to no one.

I saw an ad for Claremont Smile Design at the local gym I frequent and I really liked what I saw. They pride themselves in being an Eco-Friendly practice with the most up-to-date technology, a safe and clean environment, and the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but this office kept me going back for all of my dental care needs. They even have seasonal discounts on some of the things people might be looking to get done, but never had the money or incentive to do, (such as teeth whitening). And the best part is, they really know what theyre doing. All of my experiences here were virtually painless. And for the amount of work Ive had done, that is saying something.

Money hungry place tried to upsell me other services when I bought a teeth whitening service a long time ago. They would not do the service that I paid for until I paid for other work. They refused to refund me when I wouldnt pay

Gave my husband a drug that interfered with one of his prescriptions and sent his blood pressure through the roof, let him drive home on his own and told him to go to the emergency room if he wasnt better in an hour. Said they didnt know he was on that prescription even though it had been noted in his chart. This was eleven days ago and we still have not received a refund for the work they couldnt perform as a result of the rise in blood pressure. During my own visit there, they told me that my teeth needed whitening and tried to sell me their whitening products. Ive also had too many experiences of them sending bills for more money after Ive already paid an agreed-upon amount. They seem both incompetent and desperate to make money, which is a shame because they were initially very good.
