I love this place. I went frequently before Covid hit and just went back in May 2021 for my first massage since the pandemic. I always work with Lucy. She is a lovely woman, very strong hands, gives you your full 90 minutes (for $65!) and has great technique. Its very quiet, with nice soft music, no frills, but clean and reasonable and a great neighorhood find.

I have been here 4 times now and have had great experiences. I should come more often but end up going when I have knots and stress. I have worked with Tim 3 times and he is very strong. He can definitely get your knots out and can provide all the pressure you need and more. Just yesterday I was helped by Lucy and she was just as strong and able. She walked on my back which was a first for me but I enjoyed it. I came in with a Groupon and have been going back since. Price for 1 hr deep tissue is $40 which is reasonable. They have different specials per day of the week so call ahead and ask. Their English isnt the best but they get by. I will continue coming back.

Professionally, all three of the massage therapist are very well-trained, knowledgeable, and kind hearted people. I work in the fitness arena, and deal with many massage therapists. To have a balance of those characteristics is unique and refreshing. The cost and value is very comparable and well-with the visit. I have much respect for all three of you!Heidi, Tim, and Lucy are wonderful. They really take their seriously and professionally. I am always sore from soccer or work, and they have always been very kind and helpful! I highly recommend all three of them.Thank you 🙏🏼

This is one of the best places to go in the world. Clean and you get an awesome massage buy any of the employees that work there Ive had three different ones and all have been great I do a once-a-month girl outing there with my girls and they even say every masseuse theyve gotten is great try it out its a little gem and reasonably priced.

No comprendo Ingrish. Trying to tell them what you want, not so hard, lower , more pressure is impossible, the price is right! You get what you pay for!! Go to other massages, more money, better service and English speaking stay away from these little Shanghai shops. Keep America American

I have been a customer since the place opened. I always enjoyed it, but about six months ago the people in the place changed and the name stayed the same. Last time I was there I presented my frequent visitor card which had nine of ten stamps for a free massage. They said it was no longer good and gave me two new cards with five stamps on each. I had one full card and one with four stamps. Each full card entitles you to ten dollars off. My daughter graduates tomorrow so I took her for a treat.. Evidently they now have some sort of new stamp they use on those cards and basically accused me, in Chinese no English, of trying to cheat them! I was absolutely mortified and tried to straighten it out, but no one speaks a word of English. I ended up leaving the cards with them and will never EVER go there again. I just want to note that each stamp on those cards meant I spent a minimum of twenty dollars at their establishment. I ended up going to Benson and Foothill to the OK Foot Massage place (yes thats the name), and it was FABULOUS! They even exfoliate you! So we salvaged the day, but it was a horrible experience to be treated that way. Beware.

Amazing massage!! this place is quiet, clean, has comfortable beds, and most importantly, the masseuses there are wonderful!! their english is decent, and they provide great massage. ask for Emily or Heidi theyll take great care of you.

Went in for a quick massage and was greeted by a little woman who asked if we gad a reservation. We told her no, were a walk in. She then told us its reservation only. So we went to get in our car. Thats when she followed us to tell us to come back in an hour. Its a little to late. Ill be going elsewhere. Remember a first time customer could end up being repeat business for you.

I have been here previously and had a very good massage, but the good therapists never stay.Hence the worst massage I have received here!!Masage therapist insisted doing Thai massage (walking on my spine) after I must have said a dozen times I was there only for deep tissue, which she apparently had no idea how to do. I also was QUITE specific NOT to walk on my spine as Im very familiar what compounds pain and what helps allieve the pain.My adice stay away!!Tonight after arguing for 20 minutes about the length of massage, I already booked, I relented because I was in so much pain to take a shorter massage which isnt sufficient time to aid me.Manager promised to add the extra time to the card for my extra massage which was owed to me, because I had bought 2 massages on Groupon. Which since they dont speak English, she didnt want to honor or give to me before my massage, so she left during my massage and left behind a card that expired in 5 days! They wouldnt even extend it for 7 days, as I was going out of town and explained you arent suppose to get massages within 5 days!Another 20 minutes of them making faces and talking about me & letting me know I can have privilege of calling back to the non English speaking manager.I was in such shock, more stressed than when I walked in, in more pain, upset about more calls to Groupon and/or the manager the next day that I started walking out and therapist had the nerve to say excuse me please , me tip?So, I told her she should talk to the manager. And, I can count on 1 hand the times I have not tipped service industry professionals because they work so hard, but I was so upset!That night I was in such pain NO SLEEP!!
