Love the selection and organic food. They make a chicken breakfast sausage that I just cut off a small section fry it up with my eggs in the morning. If you shop in the afternoon it is gone by then it seems. So save me one package.

I love this place you can find organic coconut burrito tortillas , ezequiel bread , sushi is great, 100% cacao chocolate bars.

One of best sandwiches I had in awhile. I ordered multigrain bread with chicken salad & bacon, along lettuce, tomatoes, all this for $4.99. They have decent variety of fruits and vegetables.

Good food! Lots of healthy choices. Fresh meat and produce is great. All the prepared foods like sandwiches salads etc are clean fresh and tasty. All kinds of organic and healthy choices. They sell vitamins, lotions and and large variety of dairy products and frozen food. They have a lot of fresh flowers at this time also beautiful orchids.

Fantastic location! The staff is friendly. The options are plentiful. This is my normal grocery store to the point where I volunteer to shop instead of letting my girlfriend.

Sprouts is an example of how sometimes you get what you pay for. The prices can be higher than a typical grocery store, but the produce is always very high quality. Locally sourced conventional and organic produce. There are also sometimes some relatively good bargains on some items. The house coffee is really good, and the price is pretty competitive. I generally only buy produce and a few select bulk items here, and then hit another store for all the other items.

Usually fresh food. I definitely trust them over other markets. But....they had old cherries for sale. $4.99 a lb.. crumply skin. Workers should be aware of what they are selling. I trust this is place to have fresh fruit so I grab a bag of cherries and go.

Nice, medium priced groceries for people looking for fresh, organically grown produce. Also well rounded variety of grass fed local raised beef and poultry. All dairy needs also. However not a great selection of teas, completely lacking in cbd teas sadly. Especially Buddha CBD teas. Good to see them practicing safe social distancing guidelines.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I travel for work all over the states. Management seems to encourage poor behavior since they instantly defend their employees instead of hearing out what customers have to say. Such a nice store but will never come back there and I live right next to it. Also employees don’t sanitize their hands for some reason, very selfish and includes inconsiderate.

I am incredibly disappointed at the way I was treated in the check out by a short haired stocky woman clerk. She demanded I put my mask over my nose even after I tried to explain I have a heart condition that prevents me from having oxygen deprivation. What do you do for people with disabilities? This was incredibly demoralizing and embarrassing to leave my items there. She had a power trip with me instead of serving me. Will never, ever return.

These guys belittled and shamed a woman who didn’t want to wear a mask. They could have simply denied service but instead they were very unprofessional

I was soooooo happy to read the complaints about this responsible store enforcing mask wearing. Most of the reviews were 4 to 5 months old but it still shows how this special store takes social responsibility seriously. My ex-wife refuses to go here because they enforce proper mask wearing. Shes one of the Karens who claims she has a medical condition and cant breathe with a mask on....total bs. She has no medical condition except ignorance and she breathes just fine. This is just one of the reasons shes my EX...lol. For you people that dont know how to properly wear a mask, leaving your nose out is just like a man leaving his d*ck out. For you that refuse to wear a mask or refuse to wear one properly go find another store, please. The store makes the rules...not you! No shirt, no shoes, no properly worn mask...NO SERVICE!!!!

I have gone into this particular location several times to get a sandwich. The sandwiches are lovely but the store is regularly out of ingredients to make the sandwiches I like. When they do have the ability to make the sandwiches the checkout lines are horrible. Shame on me for continuing to go in.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The store itself is very nice, the produce is great, I love to shop there and get my favorite things. Their customer service however is horrible. Today was my last time shopping at this particular location: Sprouts on Sunrise and Greenback! They discriminate as soon as they see that you are of Slavic origin! Today they refused to service me because my mask was not all the way over my nose touching my eyes... my mask was over my nose and they kept on repeatedly asking me to pull it higher over where I would touch it with my eyelashes! In the end they refused to scan my groceries because I told them that they are acting like natzis, which they were! So to leave my groceries which I have touched with my “infected” hands on their register is ok, and to make somebody work more when unnecessary putting away all the produce back is ok as well?! So ridicules!!!

Sprouts is a niche grocery focused on natural foods and so is an example of all the good and bad things that implies. Their fruits, vegetables, fish, meats and breads are quite good. They also sell weird homeopathic remedies that dont actually do anything. Their pricing is at the higher end but they do have sales. You cant get big brands here but you can find more exotic products. They have a solid collection of loose grains/nuts/other products.

I’m extremely happy that Covid safety precautions are being taken at this store to help protect the safety and health of everyone. It’s not rocket science to wear a mask during a pandemic that’s infected over 700k people. 😷

Ok as for selection of produce very excellent. As for employees such as Daniel I probably wont shop here again. Very rude person and very arregent. And not to mention you have store employees standing by door smoking clove cigarettes which is a huge turnoff.

Just had an incredibly horrible experience with Melissa, a staff member, who was less than two feet from my face when I told her I couldnt wear a mask in store due to a medical exemption. She tried to bully me by inching closer when I calming explained its illegal to discriminate against someone with a medical condition. Im so disappointed with her unnecessary and aggressive behavior.

Never overly crowded like trader joes.While I like trader joes frozen food items the best, sprouts has a very nice deli / meat and seafood counter. Their branded tofu is also very good and cheap. Great place for vegan food, and their premade foods like great too.

Today I was a witness of how a pregnant lady was mistreated due to wearing a mask little lower than the middle of her nose. The poor lady was barely breathing. The staff and the manager were super rude. This us not the first time I have seen Sprouts staff treating their customers with rude, harsh and inappropriate attitudes. Another staff sprayed other lady almost in the face with disinfectant because she brought her own shopping bag. Poor management, very low quality customer service. I avoid shopping in that particular store for the peace of mind. I d rather give my money to Trader Joes. While pandemic and harsh regulations on the store management, TJs makes sure to treat their customers with high respect and dignity.

Huge locale with a butcher & fish counter. Good produce, assortment of natural foods, good for grocery shopping, spices, herbs, vitamins & supplements. It has a selection of lotions, shampoos, some cosmetics & a few kids toys. Even has a deli counter that makes sandwiches for a lot less than other places. You can get nuts ,dry fruit, & granola as well.

I like this store. i wish they have more option for fresh food to go like whole foods.

Always nice place to shop

Way too expensive and this location didnt even sell frozen vegetables. I was in the area and stopped by. I used to frequent other Sprouts in Sacramento, for fresh vegetables, but i noticed that if you dont eat or prepare the veggies with in a day, they rot really fast. Not sure if that was a good sign (no preservatives) or bad (old supply). Anyhow, now I remember why I stopped shopping at Sprouts besides their high prices.

Great. I found hazelnut Stevia is flavored sweetener made by Sweet Leaf. Ive been looking for something to flavor my coffee that has no sugar and I finally found it.

I was in line waiting for 10 minutes and without warning or telling me to go to another register the cashier just puts his closed sign on the conveyor belt. He clearly saw me waiting the whole time. That’s definitely not good customer service. Also they don’t have much of a variety here. Very small and not a big selection of ethnic foods. Not worth it. First and only time coming here.

I love sprouts, they always have what I need and something new every time I go in.

Used to love this store and been a regular customer for years. Unfortunately the staff changed and associates seem very rude and unprofessional. Currently 8 months pregnant, came in to get couple groceries for my kids and instead of being helpful the staff were extremely rude to the point were I had to leave my groceries and leave the store. Will never be back shopping here again. I guess customer service is not important here anymore.

Every time i go there without a mask they wont check me out and i have to drop cash on conveyor belt to purchase my items. Why cant they be like most other stores and do a proper check out.

I like Sprouts in general, but this location has issues from time to time. The staff is always helpful and friendly, but there are some cleanliness issues. Some of the bulk bins appear to refilled often without cleaning. They also leave a good amount of produce that is starting to rot out to purchase.

They have great food here.

This used to be my favorite store till today! Amanda F was ringing me up and she was not very nice and bossy girl! I had a mask on but didn’t cover my nose so my glasses won’t fog up! I refused to put it on my nose so she called the Maniger and he made me or else I would of not buy my stuff!
