This has to be the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They treat you so well and even though I’m gone for 6 months, when I come back it’s like they just saw me yesterday. Asking me how I am and remembering things that even I couldn’t remember in 6 months. They’re so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Very good service. Quality dental care. Truly a gentle effective procedure. Earlier I had a tooth extracted and it was accomplished smoothly and without pain. Doctor listens to me and we discuss options. I feel very confident in the Doctor.

Caring group. They have helped me get over my fear of dentistry. I started with earbuds and really loud music. Now I don’t need the loud music anymore. The remodel is beautiful and calming.

Dr. Bal and her staff are excellent. I Have very sensitive teeth, Im very apprehensive of Dental Appointments. Dr. Bal and staff are so patient and understanding, and very personable and fun. This is the first dentist that I will allow to use the ultrasonic cleaning on me. In the past it was always to painful on my teeth. Now it is a breeze and so much easier all around. I feel very comfortable going here and would recommend them to anyone. I have been going to Creekside several years now and will continue.

I have a hard time at dentists because I have anxiety and a hard time trusting when it comes to it. Coming into Creekside Dental, they reassure and make my experience feel wonderful. Because of their gentle touch and pain free work I’m slowly getting over my anxiety. I love that they talk to me about what needs to be done and don’t pressure me in any way. Loving the remodel at Creekside its going to be really amazing when its done! As always Mandy is the most thorough and caring hygienist Ive ever had. She remembers things about me and my life that make me feel like part of the family. Then there’s also Vicky in the front office, truly exceptional in every way. There are not enough words to express. She’s the sweetest ever, and always helpful. She was born to use a computer and knows how to multitask between scheduling and billing like no other. But don’t forget about Jesse, he makes sure that everything runs smoothly. He programs computers, sets appointments, whitens teeth, does construction on the building and goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable. Thank you all for being such wonderful people.

This is the way dental office should be run. My wife and I are delighted we discovered Creekside Dental right here in our neighborhood. This is a genuinely friendly team who clearly like each other. Its a pleasant experience from the time you walk through the door. The attention to our dental needs is excellent, and everyones explanations are clear and down to earth.

I 1000% do not recommend I came here because I seen they had good reviews but they are a lie. Vicky or Veronica who is a dental assistant/receptionist treated me like a second class citizen when I wanted to make a appt for a deep cleaning and I told her my other dentist who I had before told me I didnt need all those fillings yet I need a deep cleaning I told her that then she said with a attitude then why are you coming back? I was leaving my old dentist and trying to transition to a new one because I moved to this area. I asked her if there is someone else I might be able to speak to she said dr.ball is busy BYE and then hung up. I called 15 times within 2 hours so I could ask for my paperwork because I didnt feel comfortable with someone in my mouth who didnt really even want me there. I showed up because I know she was just forwarding my calls I came and said I spoke to someone earlier and I want my paperwork I was treated like a second class citizen she said yeah that was me go outside and wait in your car till Im done. Then she told me I wont have them today I dont know If I will have them tomorrow. Like what kind of business are you guys running here. I came when you guys are going through a whole construction and still wanted to come back. I wasnt treated like a patient she treated me with a lot of bias that I dont appreciate. If this is your guys trademark then I will pray for your patients to get treated with respect.

I had an emergency over the weekend and I was able to get an appointment with Creekside Dental the following day. It was my first time and the staff and Dr. Bal are very sweet. I really love this office and I’m so happy to have found them last year. They’re really good with any anxiety or fear with the dentist. I can now do cleanings without gas and I had one of my fillings done without the gas (because the mask was in the way) but I still did it. The staff are very good people.

I was very nervous going in but they all were so friendly and understanding that I was over it right away. Will have no problem going back.

The front desk lady is rude. There are dishonest. During a visit I asked for a glass of water, I was told that I needed to go to the bathroom sink.I hear a few time that they need to be sure they will get pay. They needed to submit a treatment for insurance authorization for a partial, I needed to wait for the appointment. Tired of waiting I call the office and was informed that the insurance did not return the requested authorization, they will call me. Because they never call me. I call the insurance, They did not submit the paper work for the authorization, neither sent all the X-Rays they took, in excess of quantities, they do not care about radiation!!! however they requested a service that was not cover by the insurance.Call the office again and more lies, but the Dr pick up the phone to tell me that she was busy, had more patients, she did not submit the papers. I needed to do a bridge now because I will keep loosing teeth. I will look for another dentist.

Absolutely awesome team of professionals that provide comprehensive care for my and my familys dental care. Mandy, RDH is very knowledgeable and gives very detailed (patient and age specific) instructions/ details on dental care. I came in with a horrible infection that had 50% of my face swollen. The girls at the front desk were so sweet helping me get all of my paperwork filled out. When it came time to do the procedure the doctor was very patient with me and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. The dental assistant even held my hand. 10/10 in customer service, cleanliness, and convenience. Whenever I need any dental work done this is where I am going from now on.

I forgot my pain. They have very good staff who are very respectful and they listen when you have a concern. Dr. Bal has been providing me with dental services since she took over Creekside Dentistry a few years ago, and the service has always been great. Recently I experienced the traumatic misfortune of breaking one of my front teeth. I was extremely grateful for the time and care that Dr. Bal and her staff took to ensure that the crown looks like a natural tooth and matches my other front tooth. My teeth are a color that is a little unusual, but Dr. Bal and her dental lab went to extraordinary lengths to make sure the crown color and shape look natural. You would never know that I broke that tooth! I highly recommend Dr. Bal and Creekside Dentistry to anyone who wants expert and caring dental services!

Im retired Navy, and It never occurred to me that my previous Dental Service could improve in any way! The previous Dentist at this location, Dr. Dean Hendricks, was an outstanding and thorough Dentist whom I truly enjoyed visiting! It had never occurred to me that his work and his personality could be matched or, if God were to step in, be exceeded!God may well have stepped in!WOW!!!!!!!!I am 74 years old! And, I have a DENTAL History second only to ............NO-ONE!Doctor Bal has created what I can conceptualize as DREAM DENTISTRY, IN A DREAM LOCATION, WITH A DREAM STAFF!YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE AND EXPÉRIENCE THIS!

Really helped me out. I got seen quick, and after a few days of amoxicillin was able to have a a rotten wisdom tooth extracted.
