HORRIBLE place. Would not trust them to take care of a goldfish. After their hand in my grandfathers death I will make sure everyone hears his story and avoids this place like the plague it is.

My grandmother stayed here for a week so my mom(her caregiver) could get a much needed break.. we trusted this place to take care of my 95 yr old grandma... HORRIBLE!!!!! $3000. Hearing aid was dropped in water.. said it was my grandma.. couldn’t find her walker when we picked her up.. she went in there walking .. when we picked her up after 7 days, she couldn’t walk, couldn’t sit up!! . they left her in bed for a WEEK!!!! We have a list of items still missing... have called 3 times an left messages with no return call.. they also sent home another patients belongings with my grandma!!! Everything was labeled an still did not receive her things...medicine was also missing!!! Just ridiculous an unprofessional!!!!

They aren’t caring for my grandpa properly

My mother went to Logan Elm after a hospital stay.They were all so kind and took such good care of her.Although she missed being in her own home she was veryhappy there. They went above and beyond making sure shehad what she needed. She in on a gluten free diet and hermeals were excellent!!The facility was VERY clean and we couldnt have been happierwith the staff and her care!!!

This facility isn’t the cleanest, as I keep seeing in all the other reviews. I guess it depends on your standards of cleanliness. The carpet is the first thing you notice when you walk in and it is disgusting and stained all the way up and down the hallways. Not to mention the clutter. The hallways are cluttered with wheelchairs. As for the friendliness of the staff. There’s always a different story, “behind closed doors”. The staff here are not very pleasant with each other, which explains the high turn over. If you pull into a place for mom and they have a “Hiring nurses and STNA’s” sign out by the road, it’s a RED FLAG! There’s your “sign”!

Love the staff and the facilities. Wouldnt know what to do without this place. They helped me find the best care for my father.

My anxiety was extremely high but the staff was so loving and well educated...I know that I made the right decision for the needs and care my family member deserves! Big THANKS to Randy for all the helpfulness, its much appreciated

The admission lady very empathetic ...the staff was incredible and understanding and loving towards our family .... I would highly recommend this center if you truly care for your loved one

Staff is friendly, the care my relative received was impeccable. I was so comfortable being there, and knowing my loved one was in good hands.

The staff was so incredible they eased my anxiety, and Im so thankful for their expertise! The admission person really helped us out with getting my Uncle settled in. Trust your gut, speak to this woman, she is AMAZING!!

I have never been in this situation before and didnt know what to do. The staff at Logan elm really opened my mind on what to look for and I dont feel like anyone was trying to SELL ME. I felt like they were really there for me and my family
