This place is super awesome. Ever since they moved their staff has been on the ball. Maybe it was just the old building. Full of negative energy and whatnot. If not for the mistreatment my wheelie bins keeping me up at night I would never have needed the help of these fine folks. Thank you Barbara & SPVMH I dont care what they say about yall.

I really like this facility !! The staff are great , friendly helpful !!!! Sometimes the staff (not counselors) jump to conclusions and are not really listening 🎧 to clients but it doesnt hurt anyone !!! I recommend Scioto Paint valley !!!!

Called multiple times to schedule an appointment for my brother to talk to someone but always lied and never would schedule, only went once and afterwards told us to call to make another appointment and would never get back to us. Don’t waste you’re time trying to come here. Unless you wanna waste you’re time! Don’t see how they still have a job!

After 6 months, I was worse than when I got there. The only person the listened to me was the psychiatrists nurse. They simply threw medications on me hoping things will work but not listening when I complain about things not working or when I say that the side effects are unbearable. I went through 3 councilors in 6 months time. I felt like I just kept getting shuffled around. I transferred to new horizons in lancaster and pickerington. I finally feel like my self again thanks to new horizons.

I would do a half of a star if I could. This place just keeps becoming worse and worse.

Person I was talking to loved to gossip about other clients she seen, she also said in a report to a SSI judge that I abused my medicine with alcohol on a daliy bases, I dont even drink. They cant keep therapist longer than a month it seems and if one decides to leave they dont even bother to tell you, instead youll play phone tag for weeks and thats only because they are looking for some other shmuck to waste your time. Repeat this process a lot.
