Everyone from the Physician Assistant, X-ray tech who was also doing blood pressures and checking people in, the girl signing me in, they were all wonderful! Very respectful of my situation as well as very helpful and sympathetic. I could not have had a better experience.I appreciate you all!

Worsts experience ever for an urgent care. I waited 2 hours to see a nurse for COVID test. I had an appointment on Dec. 11 at 5pm and the girl on the front desk put me in as a walk in. I didn’t find out until 2 hours later when the nurse told me that I was signed in as a walk in. SMFH.Don’t go here the girl who signed me in doesn’t know her job. I can’t imagine how long other people wait who we’re actually sick. Any ways Warning you’ll be waiting for hours.

I went for COVID testing. It was a smooth process and handled so professionally. I felt safe and comfortable throughout. I signed up for alerts from the lab directly (they gave me instructions on how), but they also called within a half hour of getting my results. Overall, I’m so impressed!

I would definitely recommend this medical facilitie to anyone they was very accommodating the staff was nice and I was glad to be seen on a walk in basis I did not want to go to am emergency room. By the way the office Im referring to was Ciniminson NJ Appreciate you guys

Called ahead and inquired about Covid19 testing. Person on phone was abrupt and said you can just come, you dont need an appointment. I got in my car and drove over. When I arrived at 2:07pm I pulled up to the front and was told to park my car and call the number. I did that and was called back at 2:23pm and asked a series of questions. It took about 15 min for someone to come out and take my temperature, pulse ox, and heart rate. She then swabbed my nose and told me to wait to be seen by a doctor. As I watched the staff (doctors and techs) standing in the lobby, I waited 40 min and called inside to ask if I should still be waiting. I even had time to get food at the end of the shopping center. I waited another 23 minutes and then was told to move my car to the curb in front of the building (20 ft from where I was parked) and waited another 32min. Finally a doctor came out and listened to my lungs and asked a few questions then said shell be back out with the paperwork. I waited another 15 minutes for a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes. Im sure they will bill my insurance for much more than just the test. Would have been better off going to any of the pharmacy or drive-thru testing sites. Complete waste of a day. Only the doctor was at all apologetic

I did not know the process of Medexpress now due to the Pandemic. I called the receptionist to inform her, I was in the parking lot. She took my information and advised me that someone would be calling me to come in and get seen. I also explained my son was with me too, since nobody was able to watch him at the time. My mobile device was dying, and I spoke with the receptionist Jasmin to tell her I may not get notified, she said that is okay and to have a seat in the Lobby and someone will get a room shortly. When I sat down with my child, I overheard the receptionist Sue complaining that me and my son are sitting in the Lobby and nobody was supposed to be there. I found that very rude especially if I can hear someone FRUSTRATED behind glass that I was sitting down. I understand we are in a pandemic but in a medical facility your receptionist should speak much more quieter, and not SCOWL because me and my child sat in a lobby less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

Anytime I have used the Cinnaminson MedExpress the front office and triage people have been courteous. The medical team has examined me thoroughly and diagnosed my ailments successfully. I am satisfied with my experience there and recommend this quick med office highly.

I had my eyebrow spit to the bone from a big piece of falling tree limb from like 40ft high....I was happy with the staff and the doctor...she did an excellent job with the stitching.

Very nice staff. I went in on a Sunday morning. I mentioned I had asthma but was diagnosed with pneumonia. Left and went to fill my prescriptions. While waiting for my scripts, breathing became extremely difficult and almost lost consciousness. I ended up in the hospital... which is what I tried to avoid by going to the urgent care. I was never given a nebulizer treatment while there and soon retractions started and extremely labored breathing.

This is a sorry excuse for any type of care at all. I called ahead waited an hour and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me at a cost of 87 dollars. The people at the desk were beyond horrible, they were snarky and condescending. I have never had a worse doctor experience. I would not send my worst enemy there. In closing, I was so disgusted with the behavior of the girl at the front desk that I asked her name. She looked me right in the eye and flipped her name tag over so I could not see it.

Had a problem with my eyes and they looked after me very well, didnt av insurance at the time and they helped me to get discount on my prescription plus their fee wasnt expensive to see the doc. Very good place 👍

I card and was told they were taking walk Ins. And now I drove all the way from philly to be told “ no I’m sorry we are not taking walk ins”What a waist of time

Care was great this past weekend-Nicole, Joe, Miriam, Dr. Rakickas. But major problem-saw a mouse. Staff apologized but that’s gross. Go to a medical place or any business but especially medical facility and see a mouse-which means there’s more. Are you kidding me. Call pest control and fast! I felt bad for the staff because they were caught in the middle of explaining to me and it’s not their fault. Care was good and Dr nice but gross to think it’s infested.

The wait was longer than expected. Only one practitioner instead of two. Waited two hours. Staff was polite and friendly. The doctor was ok.

I was so impressed with this place from start to finish after my first visit. From the front desk staff to the nurses and physicians assistant, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I only waited about 25 minutes to be seen by the nurse (much better then if I went to my PCP) and felt the facility was very clean. I will definitely be back!

Staff is just wasting people’s time and never serious about the Responsibility they have. I had to take a day off from my work just to get tested for covid19. I took Appointment day before however they still took 2 hours Extra which cost me to take a day off from work. They don’t respect time and don’t respect their patients as well. Not recommended

Absolutely the worse place you can go. I went in and there was nobody in the waiting room and I sat there for over an hour before anyone came to see me. Don’t go there if you’re bleeding because you will die.

Went for a sore throat/ strept throat. Without insurance it was 119 for a basic limited testing diagnose. When I was seen by the doctors they made me feel very at ease arms comfortable there. Every person you come across, Secretary, nurses, doctors, they are all very nice and very accommodating. I would go back to this clinic and i recommend with it without insurance to go here..

I went to the Med express in Cinnaminson NJ twice in the past month and a half. I must say this place is amazing! They took me back in a timely matter....the doctor, nurses and staff where extremely nice and did everything they could to help me feel better!!! I highly recommend going to this one!!!!

I went there on the 4th of July because my son was not feeling well due to an ear infection. Took forever and ever to be called back in when there was barely anyone in the office. It Definitely took over an hour to called as I tried to calm down my kid pacing up and down with him. I don’t know if it was because of the holiday but my situation was not treated with any sense urgency at all. I began to wonder is the doctor not in at all? Even after we finally were called back in it took awhile for the doctor to finally appear. I’ve had better experiences with this facility before but not this time around.

Brought my 5 year old here on a Saturday, the place was clean and comfortable. The wait wasnt long at all. Everyone was very nice

I wish 0 stars was an option. I have never met such a miserable group of people in my life. The receptionist was the most polite. The nurse was rude the doctor was even worse. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go to somewhere who cares and has employees who like what they do. Save yourself the aggravation.

Very thankful for the quick and efficient service

This Med Express location is always where my family goes from this type of medical care and I know friends and neighbors who do as well. However this is gross-THERE ARE MICE! My husband saw one this past week and I was telling my neighbor who also heard of this recently. CLEAN UP THE PROBLEM. That is so gross-mice running around!

Definitely nothing urgent here. The staff seem disinterested and it took forever to even get checked in. Patient First up the street is much more efficient.

My first time at MedExpress. I read the reviews of the one closer to me but this one had a better review. So I took the extra trip to the Cinnaminson location to ensure Im treated well since I was already feeling bad. Nice staff, the location was clean and bigger than I imagined. The wait time was sooner than I expected considering the amount of sick people in there. I have no complaints. Heck, I was grateful to be seen since my own drs office couldnt see me... makes me wonder ... Anyway... Happy 2017 Be Blessed.

This was our first visit to MedXpress in Cinnaminson and we were happily surprised. Everyone was friendly for the most part and we were seen by a doctor in less than 15 minutes. Dr Kolinsky was very caring and knowledgeable and was able to address all our questions and concerns. Would definitely return again for our medical needs.

Better than a Hosp ER. Quick effective and efficient. Staffed with knowledgeable people.Staff as a whole were understanding and compassionate. Triage and check-in could work on their people skills just a little bit. They dont do referalls, and are a non-narcotic prescriber, if that is of concern to you, which incidentally is an industry standard.I like MedXpress and I would and do recommend.It is my go-to spot unless it will result in referral to a specialty.

Horrible second visit. My first visit , a month ago was very pleasant. I got the exact opposite today. Why would someone throw out a urine sample? Susan at the front desk was kind & helpful. Ta-knee-sha (I dont know how to spell her name) Lied, gave me an attitude and offered no apology. After giving a sample and waiting 1 1/2 hours, Ta-knee-sha said she needed a sample. I already gave one. She said your name wasnt written on it, so it was probably thrown out. My name & birth date were on the container, as I made sure it was correct. She shrugged her shoulders, gave no apology and said she never saw it. The office was not busy, there was not a lot of activity. Susan showed Ta-knee-sha were she put it and still Ta-knee-sha had an attitude like it was my fault. She told me I could talk to the doctor. So, I was to wait longer for no remedy to my visit? I am a full time caregiver so my days and hours when I am free to take care of myself are very limited. Thanks Ta-knee-sha, I still have symptoms and will have to wait until I am able to visit a doctors office. I can forgive mistakes, but not unprofessional and nasty attitude.

Just a great place when your feeing sick , hurting , worried about something medical , this is the way to go ! Open weekends until 8 you cant beat that . I have had nothing but great experiences on each of my 4 visits there :) Thanks to the staff for all being very friendly and proficient. It is first come first serve so Ive had to wait 1/2 hour or so but stil much faster than a hospital visit!Thanks everyone once again for top notch service , Brian P Winks ESQ.

I have been here multiple times each time for different things myself or the kids . I have always had a good experience here and would recommend it over and over . Staff has always been courteous!

Wait time was average. Doctors were effective and helped me greatly. My only issue is that the older receptionist lady was very rude.

Dr. Jeffrey Rakickas and staff are exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment.

Probably great if you are sick or injured. But if you go there for drug test or physical prepare to be there 4+ hpurs while they wait for no one to be there to get you in.

MEDEXPRESS? Nothing express about this place. You wait forever in the waiting room, get taken into the nurses room and wait for awhile, just to be taken into the doctors office/ examination room just to wait another hour for a 2 minute conversation with you.

This facility is beautiful, clean and efficient, the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was fast, I would definitely recommend this for urgent care

It would’ve been a 5 star visit if Gaby wasn’t gabbing on a personal phone call and steady texting. I asked her what time the doctors are seeing patients because they opened at 8am. She said, “Oh, you can blame me for calling customers up late.” I guess 8:3 5am was good enough. On a positive note, she has potential to be an elite multitasker because texting and talking on a personal call can be a challenge. Anyway, I hope you and Jacqueline get Turnt-Up this Saturday.

I got charged $50 just for them to tell me that they can’t do anything for me and that I need to go to the ER instead. I never even got to step inside the building. Imagine that.

I went to MedExpress expecting to be underwhelmed. I would have preserve a hospital.I was wrong, MedExpress was efficient, easy to deal with and the staff was very nice.

They say they open at 8am but the doctor doesnt arrive until she feels like it. We are stuck sitting in the waiting room forever....

My mom brought my nana in Saturday night just as the office had key in door to close. They were so caring and saw my 95 year-old nana and no one there gave the impression they were annoyed that they had to stay. Just the opposite, they were concerned about my nana. They did an x-ray, assured both my nana and my mom and saved a trip to the ER. I highly recommend this highly qualified facility from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between!

There is nothing express about this place. Iv been here for 2+ hours waiting to be seen for a drug screen while everyone else who has come in after me has gone. I wouldnt recommend coming here at all!

There was 2 people in front of me and we had to wait 2.5 hours. Would’ve rather paid a higher copay and went somewhere else for “urgent” care.

Awful experience. They are only intetested inyour money, not your health or well being. Will never ever use your Service again. Do yourself and your health a favor....go to a real doctors practice!
