I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Hensler by my primary doctor for a deviated septum that was causing me all sorts of issues for as long as I can remember. He was extremely reassuring on getting me to be able to breath through my nose again while keeping the risks of the septoplasty as minimal as possible. He was extremely professional and he did an amazing job fixing my deviated septum! His instructions for post surgery were clear and concise, and easy to follow. Not only that, his team of nurses and assistants are arguably the nicest team of medical workers I’ve ever encountered in the medical field.

Dr Hensler is a rather young, very caring and expert ENT doctor who has listened to me very patiently and cared for me in a time of crisis of COVID respiratory illness for all of us! Hes curious, responsive, and knows what hes talking about. I cannot rate him highly enough.

My first visit with young Dr. Hensler was very reassuring. He seemed knowledgeable during his physical examination of my auditory system while certainly displaying a pleasant demeanor. I came away feeling confident in his diagnosis of my hearing loss and tinnitus, and in his suggestions for remediation of my auditory issues.My visit included a complete hearing examination by a charming and very professional Audiologist, after which, Dr. Hensler again met with me to further explain and reaffirm the Audiologists findings.Prior to my visit with Dr. Hensler and his staff, I was very hesitant to talk to a salesperson at a hearing aid store regarding my hearing problems. I feel MUCH more confident now, as I begin researching and shopping for hearing aids.

Septoplasty went off without a hitch. Dr Hensler was very professional and knowledgeable throughout with an excellent bedside manner.Hope to never require his services again but would not hesitate to come back if needed.
