The doctor and the staff are always great, concerned, professional, and helpful. Also, Dr. Wylie is always friendly and seems to care about the health and the condition of the patients feet. However, I am only rating them 4 stars instead of 5 because for some reason, they did not give me all the instructions the I needed to take care of my fractured foot. 🤔

We have found Dr. Fritzhand to be the best Podiatrist in the city, plus he is pleasant, and we never feel rushed in his office. His staff is first rate also, always willing to help with whatever it is you need help with.My last visit, I took a friend with me so she could meet Dr. Fritzhand, and her word for him was adorable! Plus he is an excellent doctor, so how can you go wrong choosing this doctor?

Typically I do not go to see the doc often. I’ll just suffer through until I’m well. However the pain I felt in my toe from an accident was unbearable. With that being said from the moment I walked in till even after I left the doc and the staff conducted themselves with the highest professionalism. Kind,courteous,as well as fixing my foot. I now have a permanent foot doctor (hopefully won’t need it in the future though). Five stars all around. Definitely recommend.

It was a quick procedure , 2 ingrown toenails , thought my whole toenail had to come off , just the sidewall to prevent them from growing back . Went to work the next day . Took Advil Tylenol /ibuprofen when the lidicaine wore off , haven t taken anything since .

Dr. Fritzhand is quite personable but mot at the cost of his attention to tasks at hand (foot?🙂). In addressing problems that go beyond simple maintenance care in-office, he is careful to make sure patients understand plusses and minuses of prospective procedures.

I literally limped in for my first appt a couple of years ago; they determined what was wrong with my feet. They gave me mobility again. I can’t recommend them enough!

Apparently the Dr. Didnt care for me, I dont feel like I was treated well, I dont feel as if he actually heard me, or treated what was wrong. I felt like he was in and out in seconds with no real diagnosis.

Very friendly people, they also do a great job

First, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady. Then, I barely had time to sit down and another smiling face called me in to the exam room. In a few minutes, the doctor came in, they took x-rays and Dr. Fritzhand quickly determined initial treatment. The nurse wrapped my foot. The doctor came in and talked with me about exercises and made sure I understood what was done and what to expect. The entire visit was about 30 minutes, but it was not rushed and I felt good about everything. The entire staff, from the minute I entered the office until I left was courteous, professional and made me feel important t to them.

I’ve been bringing my Aunt and aksed about my insurance and the visit also covered me . I went in for an appointment with Dr. Wiley and have nothing but great reviews for the entire operation !! They’re friendly from the front desk to the Doctor to the nurse . All around very good experience for me thank you!!

The wait time was horrible. After sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes, I asked when we would be able to see the doctor. They informed me that there were still 2 people in front of us. In short, they were running 45 minutes to an hour behind and didn’t have the decency to call us or inform us when we arrived.

Doctor ky was great he treated my foot pain I have a better quality of life he provided me with the right advice and I would recommend going to see him

Dr. Melody has taken very good care of my feet (as needed) over a number of years. She has had orthotics made for me, treated foot issues, and provided care for my feet. She and her staff are always very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Wylie is a professional who cares about his patients. My experience started as an office visit that turned into a trip to the hospital for surgery. Dr. Wylie took care of everything and by the time I arrived at the hospital, 2 additional doctors were ready treat my foot . I had surgery the following day and after 5 days in the hospital, I am healing well.He treats his patients like family and will go above and beyond for them. I could not be any happier with my progress and highly recommend him for diabetic as well as general foot and ankle care.
