I went on their website to compare their Anthem HealthKeepers coverage to Aetna Better Health. Anthem HealthKeepers, in my opinion, is by far inferior. I was not interested in speaking with Anthem. I never called them. But I have received too many mailings from them of which were never solicited by me. I dont know how they obtained my personal information. I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from their mailing list, even eventually going through the Better Business Bureau more than once. Anthem will not stop sending me mailings. I consider it harassment. I never requested information from them because their coverage is inferior to what Aetna Better Health offers. This is an awful company in my opinion.

Anthem is not a good place to work. The department I was in had is repeatedly calling outbound to leads to ask if they wanted free quotes. Even the prospective leads did not agree with anthem and there policies. Also they make it seem like a great place to work but management rarely greets you and if there is ever a problem or concern you can not approach it without getting multiple answers. Also be safe when asking any questions because they don’t accept that. Be prepared to have your paycheck messed with and don’t trust Suzy Cole because she will talk crazy to you and be sure to keep your head down if you want to keep the job.

I had a great experience with Vincent with getting quotes and explanations for our little company here in GA. Impressed by his response time seeing as how it was open enrollment and I know its extremely busy.

Anthem is bad inaurance company it has saes tell citzen tgat if tou on medicare anthem exrra advantage plan and get extra help and use a CVS PHARMACY THAT MEMBER WILL HAVE 0 CO PAY YEAR RPUND. THIS ISXLIE ANTHEM AND THERE AHENT PRATICE IN BAD FAITH. ALSO ANTHEM PAY PHARMAIST $50 DOLLAR KICK BACK TO REDUCE OR DELAY MEMBERS MEDICATIONS BOTH ARE ILLGEAL COMPANY DOES BUSINESS ON BAD FAITH .THANK YOU

They lied to me an said an MRI was covered and the day before my MRI they cancelled it. They also said all of it would be covered except my co pay was $2300. So I went and got it done for under a $1000. Thanks for nothing.

Today I started 9:15 am. Want to add a new option. ie. dental and vision package. I listen to the elevator music , phone call dropped twice. For all I can say about this waste of time. Medicare is a learning curve. Im thinking now with thoughts that if this takes this much time and hassle, how will they handle a claim. Today the joke was on me. Think tomorrow the joke will be on them. They arent the only company offering these types of coverage. lol
