Their customer service is abysmal. I email and call and no response back. The fact they call their customer support department Customer Success is laughable at best.

Went back and forth for over a month to set things up for my office. Didn’t get anywhere. Waste of my time.

If I could give it no stars I would. We did not receive one call from the ad we paid for. It was well presented to us for advertisement. I would recommend doing your own advertisement.

The product was good and well presented. We did get a few calls directly from the add. However, The company did not honor the payment arrangement I made with the salesman. Will not do business with again.

This is a great concept, but may not be useful for all business types. I had some frustrating issues, but the Vice President of Sales did everything he could to rectify the situation, and that showed a lot of integrity and care for their clients. Thank you!If I see some positive results in the next few months, I will change my review to a 5-star!

Channon Smith is the worst person on the face of this planet. He is a ruthless sales rep, and treats everyone as if they are below him.

Our clinic had patient point for the 2 1/2 years that I was here. I am sure it was much longer but the problem we had was inattention by management. They would deliver pamphlets and brochures to us even though we had no storage and promise that they wouldnt do it again, and it was done again. We would have no one show up for months on end. They changed reps about every 4 months and changed managers 3 times in 2.5 years.

I advise every business owner to stay away from this Company ...they are SCAM !!!First they promised to circulate the Material on September 2016 ...that never Happened ...we paid almost 5K to get a discount for service that was never provided ...I reached out to the hospital that should have our Pharmacy ad . And they said they don’t have any info on the promised service we received through patient point ...I called the company several times to find out what happen to our Ad. And no one ever replied back to us .
